I'll attach a pic of my receipt below but when I asked her to explain how French tips made the service go up $70. Her response was "well you asked for that" but like.... The front desk lady also said "well you didn't have to get French tips you could have just gotten your toes painted..." which yes duh I could have but I didn't want that. Also, I wasn't aware but apparently you can walk in and just say "just paint my toes", you don't have to pick one of the services from the menu? (I didn't know this but feel like that should be public knowledge). With all this and the quality coming out not the cleanest, I would not recommend this location.

I'm about a week in, and my nails are still in great shape. I was told they can last up to three weeks! I needed a quick pedicure and decided to stop by to see if there were any changes in the business with the new management. I had a gift card that i received for my birthday last year that I still had some funds left. Since I never received notice of new management, although i've been coming here since 2010, I had no way of knowing that my gift card had been deactivated with the changes. Looks like i was completely removed from the system. It would've have been nice to receive some notice and some grace as a long time customer, but i was only offered a few dollars off which doesn't matter once you add a tip. But I'm glad i came today because I know now that I will not be returning, especially since my favorite nail techs left to go to other shops(thankfully i found most of them already).

There's no rushing you from station to station to get you out the door. My nails curve naturally and they take time to shape and protect them from breaking. My natural nails are super long and strong--people always ask if they're fake! The products they use don't leave dips in my nails and my nails are so protected that they survive at least a month of daily typing, furniture assembly, and playing with my energetic dog. The designs and care they've done for me over the years have been amazing, and I always leave (and return) happy. Highly recommend! All pictures are of my natural nails.

I could say the quality is better than what I usually get from other spas I've been to. Their room for head spa was really neat and relaxing. I use their dry area and restroom to dry my hair since it's DIY and the place was organize and really prepared for what would a client need. Hoa my specialist, she's the best! Makes you feel so relaxed to the point that I always on the verge of falling asleep. She's really passionate with what she do and enjoys it so much.
