The manicure was $15 dollars and included trim, cuticle trim, hand and arm massafe, lotion application and color. I'm happy with my service. Staff were very nice and pleasant. Very relaxing!

All you need to do is pick the service and message them with the design so they can adjust the tier accordingly. Upon entry, the place was packed but extremely clean. Despite how busy it was, I was seated a little before my scheduled time and was warmly greeted with an offer of a drink. Kate was so gentle and attentive, which I really appreciated since it was my first time getting Gel-X nails. She took the time to explain the process, made sure I was comfortable every step of the way, and regularly checked in to see how I was doing. I never felt rushed or overlooked. The final result? Absolutely stunning! Almost identical to the inspiration photo I had shown her. I'll definitely be returning and highly recommend booking with my girl Kate if you want beautiful, flawless nails and a relaxing, professional experience!

Coming in, I was greeted by the guy at the front desk. Super nice and let me walk in on a Sunday evening. It wasn't busy but also not fully staffed. So everyone was occupied with a client. I get in the pedicure chair and wait for a bit. My feet are soaking in the water for probably almost 10 min. So I'm sure it's good enough. Here's where it just goes down hill. My nail tech was nice at first but throughout the service, I could just tell the job was going to be bad. After my feet had been soaking, he noticed leftover polish and instead of using polish remover, he used the buffer so hard on my big toe, that it broke my skin the second toe and it bled. I literally told him to stop and he said "oh have you been bleeding?" Like hello? He goes over to the right leg was about to buffer again and I said "stop". I ask him to use something else. The paint job? Oh my. Pictures will speak for itself but gosh glad it wasn't a premium service. He didn't even put the spacers on correctly. The lady next to him had to help me get a bandaid because he didn't give me one. Just dabbed neosporin. Never in my life had I ever had a bad nail job. I did speak up but it's just not enough to come back. The tech was already ignoring proper procedures.

The employees at the front counter were nice. The beauticians were cordial and spoke good English. Although they often communicated in Vietnamese among themselves. It doesn't bother me. Because they're not loud like other nail salons. I brought my friend here in May. They were very accommodating because he was on a wheelchair. The aisles were wide enough for it to get through. The manicure station was built for wheelchair accessible. We started off with just nail trim ($22). Then he got curious about getting a shellac ($40). They came out so beautiful. Except, they won't come off easily like nail polish. They started to grow shorter as nails grow longer. It took him several weeks of washing and finally someone used paint solvent to remove the shellacs. Sigh... shellacking is not for every man. I haven't given up on Milano. I just need to find a right time to visit. Because I have a bruise on my toe, I waited until it got better before coming here. I ordered a classic refreshing pedicure package ($32). I am not into polish or massaging or anything fancy. The 30-minute nail treatment was good enough for me. Beautician Mary was my pedicurist. She took good care of my feet, especially that bruised toe. She was patient and friendly. My feet felt so rejuvenated and ready to do my routine park walk. I will be back in a few months. Maybe I'll bring other friends to try it.
