Covid measures: customers must wear masks, staff wears masks and gloves. No beverage service. Not a lot of customers. They have a large variety of different colors of polish. They offer the usual services. They are not heavily staffed and I did see them have to turn down a customer because of Covid regulations. My sister got a gel manicure and regular pedicure. They did an absolute fabulous job! I got a regular pedicure and manicure and eyebrow wax. I was very pleased with my services. I wash my hands a lot and was surprised that my polish stayed unchipped for so long! Before this visit I can't remember the last time I went to a nail shop. It's been almost a year. Came here to try to get a mani and pedi. Was seated right away in a pedi (spa) chair. I noticed they never turned the water on and begin filling the chair with a bowl that was filled in the back. After they began on my feet I heard one of the ladies that had just walked in being told there was no hot water. I was never told that as I entered the store. I was told to pick a color and have a seat at a specific chair. I was set to leave the country the next day so I really needed to get my feet done before I left so I remained seated. The pedicure was not as enjoyable since I did not get the full spa treatment but the did a great job on my toes. As I checked out, another lady explained that the hot water went out and someone came earlier in the day to restore it, but by afternoon it was out again. There was a slight communication barrier and just lack of communication as I noticed only certain customers were being informed of the situation. I paid $20 for my pedi which I felt should've been cheaper than that for the inconvenience and I refused to get a mani here. I highly doubt I will return but other than the miscommunication the staff was pleasant but the experience not so much! read more

No one should leave a nail salon with bleeding fingers and toes from aggressive over-filing. This puts people at risk for infection. To know my daughter came out like that is unacceptable. I have given this place three opportunities and I'm never coming here again. 1) Extremely rude staff on all occasions. They don't greet, engage or accomodate. 2) Got the full manicure here twice - they never trimmed my cuticles. The final outcome was a mess. 3) My shellac peeled off the very next day. Stopped in to get shellac before leaving on vacation. Unfortunately the technicians here are not very skilled with polish. l The shellac around the cuticle is uneven, sort if how it would look if I did it myself. They did have a second tech re-do it after the first but it wasn't much better. Then they blamed me for the unevenness saying my cuticles caused it. I get shellac 1-2 times per month so not buying it. I stopped in here to save time vs going to my regular place which was a big mistake. Of course I still paid for the service because I did take their time, but they didn't offer to give a reduced price even though the work was poor. Definitely avoid :((( read more

Worst nail salon ever! If I could give no stars, I would I was leaving on vacation and needed a full set and pedicure; of course I waited until the last minute so I went to the closest place I could find. I asked how much, they said $50 for both. The women then said they would do my nails first, so I sat down in a chair to have my nails done. She then asked if I wanted my cuticles trimmed, I didn't think they needed it, but I asked if it would be extra, she said it would $5 extra and she practically insisted that I get it done. So I agreed, she only cut 3 of them and when I asked about the others she said they didn't need it and we began to argue about the $5 charge for only trimming 3 out of 10 fingers. I lost. A few minutes later another woman came up with a tub to do my pedicure in, so I asked if it would be cheaper since I was not getting the full 'spa' experience by sitting in the pedicure chairs. She said no and that they wanted to close early so if I wanted a pedicure I would have to do it this way...I was leaving on vacation the next day so if I wanted a pedicure it was going to be with my toes in this tub like thing. Nails were baldly done and uneven, but my pedicure looked okay. I was so annoyed by having to do my pedicure in a plastic tub and the $5 cuticle mishap that when she asked how much I wanted on my card for a tip, I said 0. She was not pleased to say the least. After a few days the polish on my toenails was already chipping and the nails were already pealing up from the cuticles. About a week later one of the nails came completely off as I was unzipping my purse! At that point I was so annoyed that I took the rest off myself with ease. This nail salon is horrible. This was my first time going to this nail salon as my regular nail lady is out of town. I decided to do a refill with a shellac.The tech I had messed my nails up. I kept explaining to her that they were lumpy and lopsided, but she didn't do anything to fix them...I would not recommend this place they're not very friendly the lady kept yanking my hand At one point she even made me get nail polish on a few of my fingers because she was just being so discourteous. Not everyone can do coffin shape nails but mine were pretty straightforward because I was just getting a refill today. It's pretty hard to mess up a refill but they managed to mess up a refill. Apart from that I'm a super friendly person I complemented them on their Decor an atmosphere In the shop, but she literally ignored me. Apart from that when a new client walked in she was very rude to her and the young woman asked her several times how much it was for a wax and then finally I had to say excuse me she's talking to you and then she answered her. This place offers 10% discount for a good review. My service was not that great. The nail dip that i got did not look good; very thick and ugly color. They used some yellow shaded finish and used UV light. I never had UV light for dip. The top coat started to pull off one week later. read more

Went on a Thursday night. My nails didn't look fresh. The edges weren't smooth and uneven. Two different people did my dip set in two different ways. They started rushing on my nails because they wanted to leave early. They also did different coat amounts on both hands. One of my nails started coming off the next day. I had to super glue it. I went back in on Monday morning and one of the nail techs had an attitude when I was trying to show her how bad my nails looked for a brand new set. I told her that I had to glue one of the nails. She saw one of my fingers where the nail broke and said that it wasn't her fault. She said " I'm only fixing the nail that is lifting, but the broken nail isn't my fault". I said "I never said that the broken nail is your fault, I'm saying that I had to glue this nail, and they don't look good". She said that it would be an hour for her to fix the lifted nail. I decided it was best to leave and I went to Sweet Moment Nails. They saw my nails and asked me when did I get them done, and stated that they're quality of nails is better although it's higher. I told them how much I paid and the lady looked surprise. So now I'm spending another $50 because of Nailzone's horrible job on a brand new dip set. read more

I went with a coworker to this place (we work around the corner). I got a pedicure and my coworker got a manicure. My pedicure was probably the worst ive ever had. Not only did she completely skip on the massage, but she also scrubbed for only 5 seconds. My feet looked worse than when they came in to the salon. The nail polish job wasn't very good either (uneven, messy, and chipped). As for my coworker, she had a worse experience than I did. Her manicure was terrible! The paint also was uneven with some spots completely missing nail polish. When she pointed it out, the worker avoided the issue. There was dirt under the nail and nail polish over her cuticle and finger. Her nail polish was already peeling off as soon as she left. The absolute worse thing about this place is there attitude. My coworker went back to the salon to see if they can fix it. The salon attacked her and embarrassed her infront of other customers (trying to get them to get involved). They yelled and rolled their eyes at her while they fixed. That is not how you run a business. I did read the previous review. I don't think I should have to pay extra for "callous removal". You pay for pedicures so that you can get the rub down and scrubbing. I can paint my own toes for that kind of treatment. After we went back to our office, the girls (and a few boys) all stated that they went there (only once) and had the same experience. My entire office will not be expereincing this "salon" again. I didn't come here because of yelp reviews, I came here because my gel manicure from another salon had peeled badly after 4 days and I needed to urgently fix it before leaving town to see my future in-laws. My manicurist scraped and removed the old gel off, and quickly reapplied the french gel manicure. A week later and the manicure still holds up with no peeling. I've been here several times. Manicure and pedicure for $35- not a bad deal. Mani alone is $12. The technicians do a decent job, truly this place should get a 3.5 as it is a little over average. My main issue is the amount of time they take. A manicure can easily take 45+ minutes and done even think of doing a pedi during your lunch hour. If it wasn't for that, I would rate this place at least a four, for decent service, great prices and good color selection. I will keep coming back because they do a good job at a low price, but I've learned not to come when on a time crunch. read more
