I went for a gel removal and left looking like this. Shellac still on all my nails. She sat there scraping my nails for 20 minutes. Only $10 but should be a simple job, pretty frustrating. read more

iNail - Horrible gel removal - Nail Salons Near Me - Houston, Texas

Had another pampering session with Karen. I always enjoy the extra massage service. They charged $1/ min which is a very good deal. There are many big chain nails salons nowadays but i prefer mom & pop kinda place. The work speaks for itself. read more

Nicky is the best!! She listens to what you want and just does it perfectly! My new place!

I went in today for a pedicure and full set. JENNY SLAYED MY NAILS!!! she did an amazing job. I decided after I left that ill be going back here for her from now on. Other than jenny doing a great job, the manager and I'm guessing whoever does the pricing was talking mess because the amount she charged me. I'm guessing they didn't know I was fluent in the language being spoken. I obviously knew they were going to upcharge me, but the guy literally ran my card so fast and didn't provide an amount, I felt played. like it was done intentionally. Would have been fine if i was simply informed. The nails took a long time. I get it. Not at all good customer service what so ever. ONCE AGAIN- JENNY WAS SWEET, NICE AND DID A GEATTTTTTT JOB. read more

I came here to get my birthday set and I was not disappointed. You can tell their normal customer doesn't get something as intricate but Jenny (I think and will confirm) was up for the challenge. I showed her my vision and she executed it perfectly. I got a million compliments and I can't wait to go back! read more

Seriously the best mani/pedi of my life! I don't know why they don't have all 5 star reviews because I was so impressed by their attention to every detail! The shoulder/neck massage I was given after my perfect mani/pedi was an incredible bonus! I will definitely be back the next time I come to Houston!! read more

Best nail salon in the Galleria area! I have been coming here for years and the service is always the best!

Awesome friendly people, clean and fast. Been going there for the past 10 years and counting. read more

This was my first time trying this place. Would NOT recommend! One week after my full set I had a nail break I returned they fixed it however it broke again along with several others. The bottoms started to peel up feeling rough and allowing my hair to catch underneath! At the two week mark? Never in my life have I paid $100 for my nails to look so awful in two weeks. Keep in mind I type all day I am not a mechanic/construction worker. I went back and explained the problem they said it would be another $100 to fix them !! Yea right SAVE YOUR MONEY read more

They did very nice job on my nails. I came here for a basic manicure since I wanted my nail looks nice because I will have a training next week. This is my first time that I came here and I really love this place. Their regular manicure is 16 dollars and it also includes 5 minutes massage shoulder. The color is very nice. The nail technician that did my nails is friendly. I only use yelp to find the local restaurant but this is my first review since I believe this place review should be much better than this. read more

This place is awesome, very nice and people here r really friendly. Got recommended by friend and was very satisfied with the service. I dont do reviews much but they deserve it. I was looking around reading the reviews and there r some bads in 2012. Well I guess they improved so much now which is very good for a business since they CARE about their customers and have changed. Over all thank you. read more

Best mani/pedi/massages EVER!!!! Staff is so nice and accommodating. They do it all. They know you you by name and are so welcoming. Wouldn't go anywhere else! read more

iNail is worth the trip. They take great care of their clients. Nancy is my personal favorite...detailed and honest opinion as to color, treatments, etc. highly recommend. read more

I'm honestly shocked to see any negative reviews at all!! This place is fantastic!!! A friend of mine turned me onto this place 2 yr ago and I have been a faithful customer ever since! They have tons of Shellac colors and have exact match of all of them! My nails always last and look great!!! But let me talk about the neck and shoulder massage.. this is the best part!!! They massage for a long while and then offer to add more time which is 1$ per minute!!!! It's a great deal and it's an actual massage they get behind the chair and really give a proper shoulder and neck massage!!! It's the best way to kill 2 birds with one stone!!! read more

I randomly found this nail salon while running errands in the area. I called to make an appointment and was able to come in within a few days. I got my nails done by Karen and she was absolutely wonderful. We had nice conversations while I get pampered. She pays attention to details and make sure the shape and length is exactly how I like it. Reasonable price and no hidden charges. I am looking forward for our next appointment. read more

I'm a long time customer and SUPER fan of iNails, I visit them at least twice a month and have for the last four years. I'm not sure how you could give them a bad review! They are all very kind and their work not only lasts forever, but it looks really REALLY good, super shiny and chip-proof! As far s nail salons talking about you - who cares?! That happens in every salon and since they tend to FEET AND BITCHY WOMEN for a living, let them talk and tip them with a smile as far as I am concerned. Anyway, back to iNails, their salon is clean and their work is very good. Lan and Nena are my faves, but everyone does a bangin' job - I'm seriously on my way to see them now! Prices: $40 - mani/pedi: includes neck and leg massage and stones $10 - Best eyebrow wax and arch ever $25 - just the pedi read more

Just got my 1st mani and pedicure done yesterday , very clean place and nice people , price s pretty cheap compare to other salon around and they did a great job removing my ingrown toenails, will be coming here from now on. Asked for their massage absolutely incredible while getting ur nails done... will recommended for friends and family.... read more

I could have done the same messy job at home! Anyways I don't recommend this place if you want a good service. I got a manicure! The edges were so uneven! My nails got filed like a half moon! Honestly I do my own manicure more professionally and clean than in your salon. read more

I'm sorry to say that it's time to move on from one of my all time favorite nail salons. INails can no longer rely on convenience - they need to have the skills and service for their clientele. Getting a manicure (and the associated back massage) from a woman with talon nails is terrible and PAINFUL. Also, I think that if you have to take the nail file from someone and show them how your nails should look that it's time to look for another salon. I hope that they pull themselves back together because the market is their's to lose at this location read more

Always incredible service! Best mani pedi and a shoulder neck arm massage comes with every mani! i always leave feeling incredible!!

This place is so unprofessional! When I walked in it was like a Market! the workers were all talking so LOUD! They were talking about everyone and some of it was not nice. I understood every word! How can you relax in this atmosphere? At one moment there was an argument with the owner and worker. I would not recommend this place to anyone! read more

Manicure and pedicures are well done and last with average/reasonable prices. The reason I am giving this place 5 stars though is because the massage with the manicure is amazing! They warm some lotion on a hot stone and massage your shoulders. When the stone has cooled, they massage your shoulders with the stone getting out even more of the kinks. I would say the massage alone is worth the price! The pedicure leg massage is not as good but overall my nails look great when I leave and I am much more relaxed then when I walked in. read more

Love coming here - great job with manicures and pedicures and the best part - amazing massages!

iNail does it best! Having come here for years, I know to expect great service, friendly smiles, and good prices without fail. I recently moved away and have yet to find a place that compares to their high quality. I always make sure to come back when I'm in town! read more

They've completely renovated and updated! You can't go wrong at inail! Lots of colors and super friendly staff!

$72 for a mani pedi express. I can't say much more than .... Oh wait, yes I can! They FORGOT TO DO MY RIGHT HAND! I had to remind them, and they were disgruntled as it didn't fall within the 'time' they had to service me. Terrible, overpriced experience. Way too many options in the area to go here. read more

Really Disappointed. They got me in and out quickly during lunch hour which is nice, but the quality is really terrible. Pedicure was nothing special, and the polish started chipping after 3 days. Got a Shellac manicure at the same time. Large bits started chipping off multiple nails at day 5. I paid $100.00 with tip for mani, pedi, and eyebrow wax (done in front of the entire main room) and it didnt even last a week. Avoid the eyebrow wax here- I was bleeding and the girl ended up using tweezers to pluck more than she waxed. (I do not have bushy eyebrows and get them waxed regularly so this should not have been an issue). Bottom Line- Way overpriced for low quality work. read more

This place is the WORST. They cut my daughter's cuticles on her hands and feet - she was in tears. Her polish did not dry and peeled off in an hour. BEWARE. read more

Very clean store, great customer services, great price , i get my pedicure done every 2 weeks :) happy customer ... highly recommended

Used to go here all the time, but I finally gave up and found a new place. I routinely had to ask the owner to cool the place down. It was always hot in there. What's the point of running an A/C at 80 degrees in Houston? Also, the technicians rush you thru the manicures. If you don't move your hands when requested, they'll grab and pull them for you. And if you want a mani/pedi, they will plop you in a chair and turn two technicians loose to get you in and out as quickly as possible. Not particularly relaxing. And the parking situation there is...well don't get me started. Just go somewhere else. read more

INail is by far THE WORST place to go to get a manicure or pedicure. I simply just wanted my toenails and fingernails painted. The ladies there are extremely rude and you know they are talking about you. The person who did my manicure cut my cuticles so much that they started to bleed. And then to make the situation even better...they got nail polish on my brand new expensive sandals. Not only did they get the nail polish on there, but also they denied the whole thing and laughed about it. After that, my friend was tipping the lady who did her nails, and naturally she got confused on which one did hers. so the lady who did mine ran over and took her 4$ and said "for me," even though that money was not for her. Later on we realized this, and it was too late to get the money back . Other than my experience, my nails are already chipping after one day, and the lady filed them crookedly. The wait is also very long. From my personal experience I wouldn't even bother going in there. They deserve worse than a one star. read more

I have tried this place a few times with my sister and won't be gong back. It's loud, crowded, and overpriced. They don't honor appointments so don't even bother making one. read more

The nail technnician I use there does a first rate job. However, they do not pay for enough parking spaces with their lease. The landlord should do somethng about this. They should make them pay for enough spaces for this type of business. They need at least 6 and maybe 12. They only have 2 and they often have as many as 20 patrons in the salon. This is the typical Asian nail salon where all the operators speak among themselves in Vietnamese. They could be speaking about the patrons in a negative light. It is very rude, but they won't stop. The salon seems clean, but I do see some patrons bringing their own equipment. I doubt if you were a regular and left your equipment there that they would honor the client's sole use of it. So you must lug it back & forth. It is too crowded. They have at least 50% too many manicure tables. I have not had a pedicure, and I doubt I will. This is not a relaxing or soothing experience. It is noisy, hot and crowded. The owner keeps the A/C at 75 when better salons keep theirs at 70. When I complained the technician lowered it to 74. That was too warm. There is too much humidity at 74. I return b/c this one technician does a great job with gel nails and it is located near my house. I would pay more for this service in a better, more expensive salon if it were available near my residence.. read more
