They did a shotty job on my pedicure and I could tell they were talking in their language about me when I asked one of the ladies to fix it. Don't go here. Sat 2 1/2 hours for a basic gel pedicure and nail cuticle cleaning, no polish or anything. I appreciate that Annie took her time, and my toes were neat but I did not want all of the add ons hot wax, massage etc. Is there any where you can go for just a $30-40 basic pedicure anymore?? Not to mention I couldn't sit back or relax the whole time. I had a low bun and the chair was sat upright so I was leaned to the side on my arm the whole time. There was no remote to recline. Finally once she was finishing asked if I wanted a pillow I then decided to get my eyebrows waxed as I was leaving and I should have just left after the nails. My brows don't look one bit done, even after I coached her through what areas needed more. I love this nail shop. The ladies here work so hard. They keep a steady flow of customers. They don't waste your time. They are upfront and honest about the wait time if there is any. They don't cut the quality of your service short to fit in another customer. They do quality work. Never seen anyone verbally unsatisfied or any drama here. When the owner comes in he gets right to work by refilling products, restocking chemicals and starting the pedi spa for any waiting customers. That's teamwork. I will never go to this nail shop again I went there today and made it early like I normally do because I get a full set and a pedicure every time I go so I go early when they open so I'm not there all day. The two techs to one client service only works if you have enough staff to cover the additional clients who are only looking to have one service done. There's no reason I come in 10 mins after you open and "you're so busy" I keep calling and coming by but it's more time added to my wait. I wouldn't mind going to another salon if the set wasn't only 3 days old why go somewhere else and have them fix someone else's mistake. The application was done poorly so I figured I may have some issues but it was the day before the holiday so I didn't even want to spend more time there. I found this place through yelp, and decided to go from the good reviews. I was not disappointed! I got a mani and pedi for $40 and my cousin got gelac nails and pedi for $48. From what I've seen this pricing isn't too bad. I was really happy with the results, especially considering how I have runner's toe. They did a great job accommodating to my needs and I'm very pleased with how they were able to conceal it. The polish was painted to the very tips of my cuticle and was cleaned up nicely. I have no questions toward the quality of their work, this is probably the most time, effort, and patience spent on my toes and nails to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. As for the workers, I found them to be very sweet! They kept a nice conversation with us and I felt very comfortable. In addition, I was very relaxed by the massage chairs. Overall, I love the quality and I found my time spent there very enjoyable, and my cousin can second that. I would definitely recommend this place! read more

I have been a customer of this salon for a few months now. Today's visit was beyond unacceptable. My standard visit consists of a pedicure and eyebrow wax. Since I have a business trip this week I decided to get shellac nails for the first time in years. My manicurist, Van, kept reprimanding me on the heating process, basically called me a liar when I said the heat was burning my nails and the end product was awful. She didn't paint all the way to the cuticle. During a shoulder massage, which I asked for 10 min, I popped up my head and asked if we had passed the 5 min mark because I only wanted 5 min. She instead thought I said five more and charged me for 15. Finally, she did a horrible job on my eyebrows, which I attempted to clean up once home. She was most definitely speaking ill of me in her native language. I will NEVER go back! Super disrespectful! read more

The pedicure she did was worth the $28 I paid and more. She was precise and careful. And the manicure was great as well! They offer you bottled water and the place has some nice flat screens. They have nothing but OPI nail polish which I love. Overall Helen was nice, friendly, accurate, and made sure I got my money's worth. I was so excited to try this place after reading all the reviews. As I walk in, friendly greeting and quickly seated for my pedicure. The chairs aren't great, so the massage was uncomfortable. I tried the spa deluxe pedicure, which was only $35-great price. The attention my feet got was not spa deluxe quality. The hot stones, paraffin wax, and towels were way too hot. I also got a lip wax. The wax smelled really sweet, like chocolate-which was a refreshing change. But after ripping the strip off, there was no pressure applied to help reduce swelling. Came here to get an overlay on my nails and a leg wax and both turned out terrible. I am going to the beach this coming weekend but now thanks to them I will no longer be able to get into the water. Their waxing was really painful and unsanitary. I am burned in 3 places and my skin has been exposed in two places. The wax was really hot and they went over areas like 3-4 times and on top of that, there are patches of hair still on my legs. They left strips on my legs too long and that's what caused the skin to be exposed. I am now worried about getting an infection because they are very unsanitary. The lady that started the overlay on my nails did a very poor job and it's a shame because I was a frequent visitor there but I will not go back. read more
