It's been ages since I had a manicure or pedicure, but when my sister came to town, we decided to treat ourselves to some manicures! I made us appointments at Nail Trix, and we had ourselves a relaxing Saturday. Nail Trix was wonderful! All the staff was kind and did excellent work. I got a gel manicure, while my sister got the dip powder manicure. Both look great! They had a ton of color options, which was really fun. Plus, my sister said she thought the way the nail tech shaped her nails was the best shaping she'd ever had! It's a clean, bright shop, and we'll definitely go again! I read a review of a Yelp friend who had a pedicure so I decided why not try this procedure. I stopped in this place without an appointment and they were nice enough to fit me in. They sat me in a massage chair and put the hot water in the foot tub. The lady handed me a card and asked what choice did I want. Shoot if I'm going to get my tires rotated ( feet) might as well go big. So I chose #5 the $60 hot volcano! I took my shoes off and I don't speak Vietnamese but I know when she looked to her friend who passed me up she said " you screwed me" or " look at these feet"! I think they gave me a pedicure nickname of "Rooster" because of my claw nails and dry skin spurs on my heals. Well Kim who took the challenge was so nice and she brought out a big cheese grater that was left by the Italian restaurant next door. Well I found out that human feet heals are made of Parmesan because with each scrape that's what it looked like. Now she switched to my toes and she was so gentle and started clipping the nails. I think I dulled those nail clippers. This package had it all a purple gel in a bag wrapped in a night shower cap, hot towels around your calves, and hot lava rock massage. My legs haven't been this relaxed and smooth since that one time in college with my experimental leg preparation for the powder puff football game,, but that's for another story time. Well Kim did her best and we became friends! We laughed at what she went through, but she remained so professional and has a great personality. If you need the works pedicure stop in here it's clean the people working there are super nice! Kim did say come back so I guess my feet were not that bad. Lol. read more

I've been going to Nail Trix by Lynn for the last four years, and let me tell you, if I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would! I am always highly impressed with the quality of service I receive. From the moment I walk in, I feel welcomed and comfortable. Lynn, the owner, is very warm and greets everyone there by name, and truly cares that you leave happy with your experience at her salon. All of the staff members are very friendly and attentive, and they always make sure to listen carefully to your requests and preferences. The salon is lovely, with everything being spotless. I love the decor, especially when Steven decorates for different holidays, who everyone must meet, as he is hilarious and a lovely person to be around. He also knows how to give a great foot and hand massage. Diane as well, is such a pleasure to be around. She, too, is so funny, kind, and engaging. And her work is just as good as she is! As for the nail service, I am always thrilled with the results. I have gotten everything from their standard manicure, to gel, dip, and acrylics. All of these are shaped beautifully, with the foundation always prepped perfectly throughout everything from the filing process, soaking, cuticle care, and especially nail art, which turns out stunning every time. My nail technician is Lena, who is such a genuinely good person and is incredibly experienced, skilled, and precise in her craft. She is always meticulous, making sure to take her time and not rush through the process, which is apparent in the final product. Seriously, look at the pictures I've attached with just some of her work for me! Her attention to detail is unmatched, and she is always up for a challenge and happy to work with you on creating a custom design that makes you happy. My nails always look pristine when she is finished, and I receive many compliments in the following weeks asking where I get them done. Lena is a trustworthy professional, always willing to go above and beyond to ensure her clients leave satisfied. Their pedicures are like a spa experience from start to finish. They offer an array of five different kinds, all of which will leave you feeling amazing afterward. My personal favorite is their warm deluxe spa pedicure which includes everything and then some, including an exfoliating sugar scrub, a foot massage, a hot towel, paraffin wax, and a hot lava stone massage with lotion which is divine. I've actually fallen asleep from this before! Along with everything I've listed, they are also great with kids. My younger sister has been coming along with me for years and has always seen Kim, who is so awesome with her. She always leaves feeling great about herself and her nails, and it makes for some good memories for us. Kim is very good about listening to her and understanding what she wants and needs. And before I wrap this up, I must mention they also offer waxing services, which are just as great as everything else you will experience when visiting here! Overall, I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a top-notch nail salon experience from the moment you step inside to the moment you are done. I have directed many friends and family members there who have shared the same experience as myself and now frequent there as well. Worst acrylic nail fill/repair I've ever seen. Scheduled an appointment to have old acrylic nails removed and a new set applied. Old set discolored and lifting with many bad areas under nails. Wanted old acrylics soaked off. Steven said that all wasn't necessary and he could fill and fix problem areas. Been coming here for years. Recently changed owners and the new updates are wonderful!! I had a deluxe spa pedicure ($37) which included warm parafin wax and a hot stone massage. Honesty , much nicer than one I had weeks ago at another place which was twice the cost!!! Also, they now offer waxing services. The instruments are sterilized and the salon is extremely clean!!! This place is fantastic. Quiet, good ventilation, and they work hard to fit you in. My mother in law comes here once a month, and my father in law comes every three months for a mani/pedi!
