Ok, first off I wasn't impressed when I walked in place didn't look very clean at all. Yeah they use the plastic liners but the girl pulled off the jet thing from a foot tub someone had just been using not very sanitary. When I ask her to grab a new one she went in the back and came out a minute later. Who's to know if it was cleaned. None of the nail tools looked clean either. No where did I find an autoclave to sanitize these nail tools. Third, the color I picked to the color they painted my toes is not even close. I have to admit the girl did a decent job on them but I didn't pick pink Next I asked to have my nails done coffin shaped an the same color I had picked for my toes. They were so badly missed shaped. I had her remove the nails an just paid for my toes. I will not be returning I rather drive to Chandler than pay the price I did in this place for the horrible quality.

I'm really disappointed in my recent nail set, spent 75 dollars just for my nails not to last for even a week. Got my nails done for my birthday and the beds started to fall off the next day. I prior to getting the beads, I asked if they would Stay on they said yes well they didn't. Luckily, I was able to get them fix but just got my nail to break in Vegas over nothing. Now I'm sitting here eating, and my nail just breaks off at the tip. My nails should not be breaking like this !!!

I have never wrote a review before, but this salon was very clean, they were all friendly. The lovely lady named Anna was amazing she did my nails perfectly and was so nice and lovely. She was gentle and always making sure she got the right stuff, even after I told her the wrong length she didn't get mad.

The end result like I said cute but a so-so experience.

** disclaimer long, I also hope I don't sound like a Karen** Hi there so I have a good and bad experience. About 2 weeks ago I came in to get my long natural nails dipped went smooth without any incident. Okay cool it was a new option for a new place while my regular nail tech gets back into the regular swing of things after covid-19. So I return yesterday to get my nails re dipped with their version of SNS dip powder. Mind I made my appointment a week in advance advised them of what service I wanted. Boom ok nothing was told to me for any further instructions. I get there at my scheduled time, considering how packed they were my allotted time was respected. Well done I'm that aspect. So I sit down we have some small talk about what I wanted I finally went a different direction we were not on the same page, I picked a color way different then what I intended for. He looks at my hand and asked if I wanted to keep my nail. Umm I like yes. Then he tells me next time I come that I need to soak it off myself prior to coming. I proceeded to ask again to clarify Incase I misunderstood. He agreed that is in fact what he said..... never have I been told to remove any product gel,acrylic, or dip. If they say anything they will say hey there is a charge with that. Great ok, that wasn't the case. I was already nervous I have anxiety I get like that in certain situations and sometimes my hands will tremble. So I soak my hands in acetone for maybe 10-12 minutes. He removed any remaining product tells me to wash my hand I do so when I was removing time I was washing my hands and on my right hand my long natural fingernail just snaps off. I am kinda in shock as that has never happens before. I go sit down he proceeds to e-file the nails which at this point are obviously thin or dry from some filing to much or maybe being to dry from excessive hand washing. He puts a tip on my nail. He then proceeds to to move forward with the service. Great in turns out nice. I get up to the cashier to pay they tell me the price of 87$ I was kind of taken a back I was also paying for my brother's GF nails I advised them that I was paying for someone's else's nails. Then they again told me abruptly 87$. I am like ok I pay with my card they charge 50 cents cool. I was waiting for them to ask me if I wanted to tip. It was my intention to tip 7$ for mine 5$ for hers. I am thinking ok I will just put it on the receipt. I don't know if it was my thought process of everything that occurred but I didn't see a place to leave it, I don't have any cash I just said eff and left which I admit was very rude and not my intention. I get in my car everything that happened.... I thought oh well. I get home I call another salon that I know does dip. I proceed to ask them if I came in with dip am I supposed to have removed it prior to my appointment he said no! I asked if there is an extra charge he said no! So the last thing I ask what about for long nails he said a extra 5$. I think I will give them a try before going to Nail Trends ever again.

Wort experience ever! I asked for the set on the left and got nothing like it, highly don't recommend at all.

I found this nail salon based on a reference of my sisters friend. It's located on 43rd and Indian School so the plaza itself is a little hood LOL but don't let the turn you away, inside the salon is quite modern + glam. I was instantly greeted by a cute, young gal who got me seated right away with a nail tech named Alex, also friendly. I told her I wanted a coffin shaped fill on my acrylics with a clear pink polish. I showed her a picture of what I had in mind and she suggested a pink gel she had at her work station in which she sampled for me. She filled and shaved my nail thinly (I don't like them chunky), and reshaped evenly. I also received a pedicure in which I also enjoyed, their massage chairs felt great as you can adjust the Strength. The chick who did my pedicure was also sweet and did a good job on my toe polish. Tip: they have a large selection of polishes. The color polish wheel that most salons have only for gel are also available in regular polish. So if you do decide to get gel nails you can get the matching color for your toes!

First time here, I am very picky with where I spend my money for nails. Great place with honestly amazing designs in the valley (and I've been everywhere). I showed a picture from Pinterest and she did better! Definitely new nail pace even though I live all the way in Mesa.

PLEASE READ IF YOU DONT WANT A BRUISED /INFECTED TOE NAILS !!!!!DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I came to this nail salon JUNE 26, 2021 , these pictures were taken on JUNE 28, 2021 During my pedicure this man started to "remove" my ingrown toe nail. While removing the ingrown he was not gentle at all he was going very aggressively. He was aware that I was in physical pain and did not stop. After the ingrown was removed he continued to poke in the tender area with clippers. OBVIOUSLY my toe was bleeding and then he stuffed the bleeding wound with cotton and left it there . You can see in the picture where I removed it. He did that to both big toes. After that came the hot rock massage. HE BURNED MY LEGS . He put them directly on my legs without cooling them a little . I literally flinched hard and said "OUCH ITS HOT" and he DID NOT DO A THING AND KEPT GOING . I WILL BE CALLING TO THIS SALON TO GET A REFUND AND MAKE A COMPLAINT

Just left the shop. I came in for a fill, no broken nails, and I've been here twice. I had my nails shaved down shorter and was charged $30. The board said fills are $17 and in the Yelp questions it clearly says a NEW set for coffins is $33. So why was I charged $30 for a fill, no design, no nail fix and I still tipped on top of the $30.

Went in to ONLY take my nails off from a previous Instagram nail tech. Ripped my nail off. The guy was really rough and I told him my pinky hurt, I looked at it and seen it was bleeding. He then put nail glue on the wound to hold my nail together.... Why would I want glue in a wound? Scared of it getting infected. Would not recommend this place. Was shaking and had anxiety throughout the test if my fingers that were left to do

It doesn't show as well on camera but you can see the thickness of the nails mainly in the index and pinkie finger.

My friend and I came to get acrylics for the first time ever. Luckily for her, she had a better experience than I did. The first issue I want to address is that the man who did my nails forgot to use the color I had shown him at the beginning. I had showed him the color and said that was what I wanted, however we got to the end (which I didn't realize because I was still waiting for him to put the color on) and he tried to ring me up without the color. My nails, by the end, were extremely thick, all different lengths and had a massive space between my cuticle and the acrylics. My nails looked like I had them on for a week even after I had just gotten them done.

The lady with red hair for pedicure is not a great choice. She cut me with the machine that take off the gel polish multiple times ! Just because the store is busy don't mean rush work because it's work is never done right. And the older lady with glasses for a full set shouldn't even be there. I paid 82$ for nails that were SO thick in acrylic and the nail it's self was SO wide I used to come here before and pay $100+ for full set and pedicure and it's always a good just just this time was such a bad idea and will never be returning because the pedicure lady didn't even say sorry for cutting me exactly 3 times just removing the gel polish.

Gel nails in Cinnamon Whip #613. Love the way they came out and the service was good.

I've come here many times and each time have left satisfied. I went in today for a pedicure and full set. The pedicure service was so poor that I decided to pay for my pedi and get my full set elsewhere. $40 for a (below average) regular polish pedicure is a joke. I've paid $40 here for gel pedis that were amazing!! What a joke. Never coming back. read more

So it was a very rushed set, just sloppy (as you can see the cuts on my fingers and crooked nails) all around and I get it, it was super busy, people were waiting for 30 min+ They kept taking people even tho they knew they wouldn't be able to fit ppl in before close. So I mentioned throughout my set a few issues with the length and shape but when he first cut it was way too short and since he was so busy close to closing time I just dealt with it & just wanted them to be fixed tomorrow bc I had time before flying out for my sisters wedding... I stayed quiet for the rest of the set bc I didn't want to embarrass anyone or make it seem like a big deal when I knew it could be an easy fix. Long story short at the end I just asked "can I come back to fix a few things" and he argued with me about "why I waited until the end" in front of the whole salon. I don't do well with confrontation so I juSt got really quiet and uncomfortable and he was forcing me to say what I didn't like and why and then.kept insisting it was my fault and not his even tho I was NOT blaming anyone. I was so embarrassed and caught off guard. He then started talking about me to my friends that were there to the point that they also got offended and walked out. I paid $79.50 for something I didn't like and with no fix the next day. read more

Here we are, folks: It's sandal season! This is the best pedicure place I've been to in Phoenix. My mom and I enjoy going there together for our pedicures. It's very relaxing and they do an excellent job! We go there on a regular basis and will be going back again soon to keep our toes beautiful! Go early to avoid a long wait. read more

I love the girls here but the guy who did my cousins nails had a whole attitude he may think he didn't but he did. Don't work in customer service if you're going to trip about a nail polish change. He was big and buff with somewhat a Mohawk and always on his phone chilling. My cousin is not satisfied with her nails she got gel but left them rough without a shine. The reason I wanted a polish change was because the nail polish was not translucent on the example. read more

I love it here! It is the cutest place in the west side. I recommend Bee or Ana. They're super friendly and do a great job! The guys here have been exceptionally rude the only two times I've talked to them. But I'm not going to leave a bad review bc of them. Ana and Bee make up for the "men's" behavior. To say I'm not happy would be an understatement...I went in to get my nails filled for the third time there and i noticed this new textured glitter they had. The nail tech who was doing my nails explained that they were new. I decided on the dark blue and he asked his coworker how to apply it so she explained. I was so happy with my set, although it was somewhat rough like sandpaper UNTIL i noticed that the color was peeling off of my left thumb. At this point, it had only been hours since i got them done. By the time i woke up this morning (less than 24 hours had passed) and my other thumb was starting to peel as well. I went in, hoping they'd do something to fix it considering i had paid $37 + tip on my set less than 24 hours ago. The man who originally did my nails took the glitter off the two thumbs and said he was gonna put the glitter back on. At this point, the glitter was coming off of my thumb nails so it would only make sense that it would come off of my other nails so of course i didn't want that color anymore. He agreed to do something else so i showed him a picture of a simple ombré, but he said no because it was a powder and he only wanted to do a gel color...i decided it wasn't worth arguing and i just wanted anything else at that point. After he finished painting them, he told me he was "only" going to charge my $12 for a color change. I argued that it wasn't my fault that i needed a color change. Last night, i went online and watched videos of nail techs using glitter like he used on my set and they only did 1 solid coat of it. When he did my set, he did about 3 layers, so i would assume that there was just too much buildup. I ended up walking away, paying $49 + the original tip on a terrible experience. I won't be returning, my sister won't be returning, and I'll no longer be recommending this salon to people. I'm very disappointed with not the salon as a whole, but the man who gave poor customer service to me. read more

The owner is rude himself he was upset and It was very busy I understand that but should you be rude to a customer ? He was getting so smart and so disrespectful. Then they sent me to another nail technician and she didn't care how my nails looked at the end of the day she was just trying to hurry up and get done and five days later my nails are already popping off they. They like to rush and get things done and don't do it right. Every time me and my mom go to that salon they're always being so rude and we spend lots of money there and I think that they need to fix their services ‍ read more

Highly recommend this salon. They do great work and the selection of polishes and powders make foe endless options. They have a massive selection of color shifting magnetic polishes that I absolutely love. The staff is extremely nice and helpful if you can't decide on a design. The owner did my nails and he got the shape I wanted spot on, a perfect almond. read more

Aesthetically pleasing on the inside! I had a hard time locating this salon. The area is a bit rough around the edges but the inside is gorgeous! I came in to get a full set and gel pedicure. I wanted to give this place a higher rating but there were some things that bothered me. First, I asked for almond shaped nails and the gentleman working on my nails started shaping the set as coffin shaped. He fixed it but the process was awkward. I asked for rhinestones and he seemed to nod in agreement as I asked if he could do the same design. He even got up and asked me to show him. I ended up with no design just plain almond nails and I didn't want to be confrontational at that point because he had already hurt one of my nails. The entire time the only conversations going on were between the technicians. The gentleman working on my full set hurt me a couple of times to the point he had to work less on one of my nails because it was too painful. The gel pedicure was relaxing. However, I don't think I've ever paid so much for an underwhelming experience. The worst part is that it's only been 6 days and already I have my acrylics chipping and my gel pedicure is also chipping. I don't think I'd give this place my business again. Two postives: gorgeous salon and huge variety in the gel polish colors. (Provided they last longer than 6 days) read more

My nail tech was very gentle, and the experience of getting my pedicure and manicure was a very relaxing experience. I usually get cut so it was nice to get to relax and enjoy it. I got a regular mani + pedi, and it was reasonably priced & I loved my end result. They did have a large selection of gel colors, but the selection for regular polish was very limited. I was surprised that my tech didn't clean under or around my nails, toenails or fingernails, and did not have me wash or scrub my hands/nails before starting my manicure, then left polish on my fingers and cuticles. I loved the colors, shape, and paint job on my nails though, so I was really disappointed that my manicure only lasted 3 days. I know it isn't gel, but I expect to get more than 3 days out of a manicure, before chipping occurs on 7/10 of my nails. He didn't paint the edges of my nails; I think that seals the manicure better and makes it last longer. Maybe the guy was having an off day, I don't know. They had so many good reviews and they do seem to have a lot of returning customers, though, I don't know if I will be one of them. read more

Last time I got regular polish. She didn't answer me and I said okay whatever. Which was fine that when I asked about it at the front desk why it was again because someone else came up to the front. She tried explaining to me and I said okay next time but the lady would not stop talking crap. I told her that she is being rude and I said it was okay. I just said next time it would be nice to have an up front pricing for that because I would have had to pick another color at that point. I don't care about gel on on my toenails it doesn't matter to me. When I asked her to stop servicing me cuz I couldn't sit anymore, she would not stop using the cuticle nippers until I finally got up myself. I also don't need five clear coats of Polish. She proceeded to get mad and start talking badly about me when I zeroed out the tip it area but she didn't wait to see that I had cash for tip in my wallet. That got her no tip. But I made sure I tipped my guy. He was awesome. Too bad I can't have a good experience the whole way around. Makes me not want to come back and only because of her.

The lady decided all of them needed to come off, and I said okay, you're the professional. Next, she violently pried each one off with an acrylic tip, cutting right into three of my nail beds, causing two to bleed. It hurt terribly. I sat there and tried not to react because she's the professional, right? Had soaking them in acetone not crossed her mind? Not too add too much personal fire to the flame, but I was getting my nails done for my mother's upcoming funeral. She said, come back in two weeks and I'll do your nails. I'll be damned if I walk in there again. I'm all about supporting small businesses in my neighborhood, but buyer beware. I guess if you sit still and don't scream when blood is coming out of your nails, they just keep going.

She explained things so well to me, kept telling me I have strong and beautiful natural nails, helped me decide which design to choose for the cat eye gels when I was indecisive. I needed some TLC on my heels too and she used this homemade rose scented sugar scrub exfoliant and really just did great work. Pretty sure she also practiced some TCM on my hand's and feet's pressure points. I turned on the massager and closed my eyes lol. I was truly in heaven. She's very kind and you can tell she takes pride in her work. Detail oriented and I could see she was taking extra care to not let any gel cure on my skin. I love how they came out. The color also changes hues in different lighting. It's so cool! Might be worth to mention that it's been only a week and the gel has started to chip off on one of the nails, but I also work with my hands, so maybe that's why. def want to come back and try again soon.

This place deserves a no star every time service is worse. No one will not accept helpful criticism they don't ever listen to the customer. Went in for a pedi the lady dug so much into my nail that I was bleeding I told her to stop continuously and she wouldn't until I pulled my foot back. Then she tried doing the same to the other foot. This place does not follow the rules to doing proper mani and pedis. RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. So I believe the workers go by stations and numbers, this guy is number 11 and i've seen on here that other people have gotten rude service from him too. HE NEEDS TO LEAVE THIS JOB.... or location, if he doesn't know how to talk to people. He embarrassed me by raising his voice at me, just over a miscommunication.
