The technician rushed my shape and as not friendly after I mentioned it. Felt an eerie feeling of discrimination upon paying when I voiced my concerns. Witnessed multiple customers receive better tone of voice and accommodations when displeased. Mgr "accommodated" by taking off $5. Only bonus they still have going for them is the drink station.

I called a day before to ask if there was any openings for New Years eve knowing a lot of places would be closing early or just be super busy, and was able to get in next day no problem easy peasy. I get there and Francine greeted me and was so sweet. Her place is very clean and tidy and it's a small shop but it's perfect because she works alone. She is very attentive and did a wonderful job. I am definitely going to return and make this my new nail place.
