The lady made my eyebrows so uneven that half of my eyebrow is missing! I left in tears, as there is no way to fix waxing half an eyebrow off! Just find somewhere else to go. The worse experience I've ever had getting my nails done. My nails were uneven and the paint looks like it was painted by a child. She also made me WALK TO A BANK to pay in cash. She told me she "doesn't get paid for two weeks if I pay with card" and made me feel VERY uncomfortable. She also lied about the price saying it was $65 but she would only charge me $55 if I payed in cash, even though my total was $55 no matter what. My daughter wanted to get a manicure for a special upcoming photo event this Friday. We yelped a few places and were near the area of Fusion- when we decided to stop in. Seems the average star is 3 & we have to agree. We were matched up with Anna. We picked out a color from the gel line. When she started in (soaking my daughters hands in water) she said " we have this new gel, it generally $35, but for your daughter we do $30". I didn't know what line she was talking about and she pointed to the window as advertised. Not very well explained however it's the " newest form of gel nails" in finer terms ; Its called SNS gels for nails. Formulated to support and enhance the SNS dipping powder system. There are eight "specific use" gels--each fortified with Calcium and Vitamin E, along with Vitamin A, D3 . My daughter had heard of it and thought $30 was fair. I'm thinking not for a simple teens manicure, I thought it was pretty pricey! The nail tech was questioning me while she was servicing my daughter: as to where I get my nails done, looking at them and asking why I go there?! I didn't care for that abruptness. The process to this system is pretty quick, clear gel, dipped twice into the glitter power & then set. Supposedly, these last longer than the competitors brands, have the vitamin benefits, so " we shall see" how they stand up! It's guaranteed to last up to 3 weeks. My daughter was happy with the results. The experience to me was a little up sell mixed with a little judgement. I don't think we will be back. I like the place I go, it's a little further drive- but worth the effort for fills every 4 weeks, not a high pressure sales feel and pleasant atmosphere. read more

I have been going to this location for my spa pedicures since 2007. Their are two amazing ladies that I have used for my pedicures for 10 years , Rose and Mia. They utilize sterile procedures and safe practices. The toe nail art work is amazing and can't be duplicated anywhere else. These ladies are personable and very artistic. If you get to know them they talk to you and are very friendly. I love this place and won't go anywhere else!!! They aren't very educated with acrylic nails. They are all old and don't understand how to do anything brand new. They didn't even know how to do a long square shape when that is their specialty! So unsatisfied!!! The worst full set I've received. I'm new to the area and was looking for a good salon and since this one is around the corner from my house, i decided to give it a shot. The nails are uneven, chunky, and all a different shape. I asked for full set long coffin shape, and I got a little squarish shape. The nail tech was in a rush and did a completely sloppy job. Instead of cutting the tip into coffin shape before applying acrylic she applied acrylic then did a poor job at filing them down. After seeing I was upset she took off $5 and ended up being $35. Don't go here. Just don't. They rushed my mother, my sister, and I out as fast as they could. We all got full sets and they were sloppy and a week later they're all popping off. I've never had an acrylic nail pop off...the women didn't seem to care about giving good service. They also didn't listen at all to what each of us wanted. I had a different nail tech than my mother and sister and ended up having to reshape and repaint my nails when I got home. I've been to quite a few nail salons but this is the worst I've EVER been to. Horrible service. Don't waste your time. read more

I was visiting a friend today in Gilbert and we decided to get a pedicure and went here because it is where she usually goes. While the place is nice it is a bit more expensive than other places. Once thing I did not like is that the technician was rushing through the service and was more interested in what was going on throughout the shop instead of focusing on doing a good and thorough job. Additionally, they are quite dirty and from what I saw, do not sanitize. After the lady in the pedi chair next to me left, they did not clean or sanitize the bowl. They refilled it, put blue salt crystals in the water and loaded in the next client. I also suspect their utensils are dirty as the nail file she used on me was quite worn and was streaked with polish stains. Also, the heal file was pulled out of a drawer and put back in there when she finished scrubbing my heals. I did get my brows waxed and witnessed the technician "double dipping" in the wax pot with the stick she used on me. So, my conclusion is that this is a common practice. A warm wax pot with multiple dippings from various clients is a breeding ground for bacteria. And don't even get me started thinking what else people may have had waxed and where that dipping stick has been. This place is gross and should be closed down. If I have any influence, I will suggest that my friend gets her pedis elsewhere. read more

I had to file them to make them look decent and attempted to repaint them to make the lumpy parts look even as well. They looked horrible and I wish I took a picture to post! I was told a 30 minute wait and I sat there for 45 mins soaking my feet so long the water went out twice and got cold, while I watched people that came in after me get service first. I waited a total of an hour and 5 minutes. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I had to dry my feet and leave. I don't know if my race was an issue but it seemed to be. I scheduled an appointment for myself and my 20 year old granddaughter for mani/pedis. We had to wait for about 15 minutes. They had 3 techs working. We were taken back and the girl that did my nails told me they were too busy my nails didn't need to be done , I could do my fingernails at home. She spent very little time in my toenails. Hurt me when she cut my nails and made two toes bleed. Very rude. However the tech , Rose, that did my granddaughter was very good and kind . She received a tip. The tech that did mine did not. If anyone is thinking of going to Nail fusion by my house don't! Run for the hills! My16 year old decided to spend a little of her money to get her nails painted fancy for homecoming. They are uneven, the texture is not uniform some are smooth but some are rough to the touch, they didn't go to the cuticles and have polish hanging off the side of her nails in other areas....they convinced her that nail polish wouldn't last 3 days so she had to pay for gel colors then wouldn't paint the color she wanted saying it would be ugly on her, then refused to paint the small flower on one nail (the whole point she went in there) saying her nails are too small for flowers. Her hands are the same size as mine and I always get a flower. The lady kept walking away and making phone calls in the middle of painting her nails. The whole experience was just terrible!!!She went by herself so she paid and then went to the car to cry. I was home from a cancer treatment so I talked on the phone to her and talked her into going in and asking someone else to fix it. They wouldn't let anyone else work on her and the lady didn't make anything any better. I went back to try to talk to the owner the next day and get her money back and they refuse to even talk to me and told me she is a liar and made it up just to get a free service. I explained that I am now paying someone else to remove what they did and did it right and I would just like them to refund her money since the service was poor. I understand an off day...but then make it right. The worker yelled at me and told me she woudlnt help me. Told me I could try to keep coming in and might catch the owner there but wouldn't allow me any time frame of when the owner would be there. She said she has never had a customer complain before. Nope don't buy it! Everyone has an off day and some many. I wish there was a way I could get my daughter's money back for her. But I will at least let everyone know to avoid that place!!! No one should treat any girl that way. The more I have looked into the place most complaints were when they were working on teenagers. read more

I sent my 2 daughters there for a girls afternoon. Both wanted their nails done, brought pics, and were very specific in what they wanted. Service was horrible. There were no waiting customers, yet my girls were rushed in and out as fast as possible. Nail tech didn't even know what "matte" polish was. Nails are all uneven shapes, and most are rough/jagged. This place is terrible at least for full sets. I came in for a full set on Friday, got it done and paid. I then realised that the person who did my nails made them lumpy, uneven, and the wrong shape. I was busy over the weekend so I didn't call until today(Monday). I told the person who answered what was wrong with my nails and told her that I had specifically said I wanted oval shape and mine were square. I also told her how I had told the lady at the time that "oh your making them a bit squared I want oval shape please." However, the person on the phone said it would cost $45 to get them reshaped... BS. I only paid $40 to begin with. I then called another salon right across the street (nail club) and asked the same question. The nice man on the phone told me it would only cost approximately $5. Also, I forgot to mention how today, my nails are also coming off ALREADY. It has been three days since I got them done. Do not go to this business they don't treat you well and the nails they so aren't worth the $40. read more

I went on June 21, 2012 for a pedicure & gel polish. The pedicure was fine and the polish turned out great. The problem came next. At the register, I was going to pay $48 which included tip on my debit card. The lady (cannot remember her name) asked if I would pay $50 & she'd give me $2 back. I didn't really see a problem with it, just that it was strange. I took my $2 and left. When I looked at my statement I noticed the $50 charge and a $2 atm fee. I called Fusion Nails and asked about the fee. The acted like they had no idea how their system works and said that they had no idea why my bank would charge a fee. I called my bank (BoA) and they explained that Fusion Nails' $50 charge was not entered as a purchase, but as an atm withdrawal. They have their system set up to avoid merchant fees for debit card usage. My bank reversed the $2 atm fee. A customer going into Fusion Salon would have no knowledge of an upcoming atm fee unless told by the employee at checkout. If you're in need of a manicure of pedicure, pay in cash or find another salon. read more

Hi, my name is Millie and I love this place. The reason why I like this place is because they take their time and once or twice they lasted more than a month. The people that lost attend me ( Toon, Rachel, Nina and Ann ) are really good people. They make you laugh and relax. I go here once a month with my son and he gets a mini pedicure. I think it is very affordable and the people respect you. Nina Is doing my feet right right now and I don't feel anything hurting me. Twice I have paid an extra 5 for the hot rocks, gave them a second chance, both times they just slid the rock up and down my leg, no massage or technique, very lame.
