She removed the gel with enough pressure so it didn't harm my natural nail. Later, a couple of walk-ins came in and boss lady assigned one to my tech. So she had to rush the end of the job. As a result, the filing isn't consistent on my hands. Thankfully, I had a no-polish manicure so mistakes were minimal. I don't blame her. I wish that she was allowed to finish her work well. Perhaps the walk-ins could have been asked to wait 10 minutes to ensure that services are completed to satisfaction. So my tip for relaxing and attentive service, avoid peak hours, which are Friday to Sunday. If you have to go on the weekends, maybe avoid being a walk-in with nail art request.

The day after my appointment, I noticed yellow crusting and redness on my right big toe. The infection has since worsened. I am especially concerned because I am currently 14 weeks pregnant, and an infection is the last thing I need. I'm embarrassed to share the picture of my toe, because I can't put any lotion or anything on the infected toe to prevent worsening, but it has to be included. During my visit, the overall service was also disappointing. I had booked a higher-tier pedicure that included paraffin wax and was told they would try to fit in a manicure if time allowed. I made it clear that I did not need the manicure if there wasn't enough time, but I was assured after my pedicure that there was time for it to be completed. I requested a simple service. No polish, just cuticle care and shaping. The manicure was done in the pedicure chair while I was receiving the paraffin treatment since the tech forgot the paraffin treatment and I had to remind her, which made it physically uncomfortable, as I had to twist and reach across awkwardly. The service itself took about five minutes and was rushed and uneven. I would have preferred transparency if there truly wasn't enough time to complete it properly. I was charged $100 for the services, which means my 'manicure' was $25?! This felt very disproportionate to the quality of the manicure received. I still tipped $20. While I initially considered not leaving a review, the development of a significant infection following this appointment raises serious concerns about sanitation and safety. Please exercise caution before going here. Update: The business responded to my concerns and issued a partial refund. I appreciate their attempt to address the situation.

She did a wonderful job on my nails. Had Cindy for my Pedicure and probably one of the best treatments I've had in a really long time. Can tend to be a little pricey, especially if they request (or they suggest) to do "extras". For example; it was an additional fee for callus removal that was $7 more added on top to the price of the pedicure service. My nails to shorten were an extra charge and sometime the polishes (like gel) can be more money as well. Just make sure to ask questions regarding cost etc. I was quoted one price when I called, but walked away spending more. I was happy with the overall results and the quality of time they took to make my experience worthwhile. NOTE- They do have a rewards program which by checking in to your appointment you earn points. I requested to take off the dip powder/current color because he thought I was requesting a gel polish. As soon as I sat down, he chopped my nail after I repeatedly pointed and told him these were my natural nails that I wanted to keep. With each chop I stopped and told him these were my natural nails that I want and with each chop he reassured me in different ways of 'Okays, Yes,' and demonstrating to me that 'I see your natural nails and here' and pointed to the underside of my nails. I attempted to trust the process because 3 nails were already chopped off plus my last visits ended in beautiful work. It got worse with each step. My nails are now breaking, flimsy, uneven, and so short to the skin that it's terribly tender. Needless to say, I won't be able to visit any nail salon in the foreseeable future.

They were pretty busy, but were able to fit me in with only 10 minutes of waiting. I was immediately greeted and given a cold bottle of water. They had quite a big selection of nail colors and well as gel polish colors. The decor was nice and relaxing, not cheesy or tacky. As I waited I looked around and noticed a cute brochure with all the services and pricing offered. Not only do they do nails, but they offer waxing, facials, eyelash extensions, and eyelash/brow tinting. The pricing isn't bad, actually less expensive than the surrounding salons. All the pedicure chairs and equipment was super clean and brand new, no 80's massage chairs here. They also had a huge tv in a perfect position for everyone in the salon to see. I got a regular pedicure and a gel polish change. The girl took her time and was very gentle and soft with her tools. She did a great soothing massage, and made it last. She wasn't rushing or doing a bunch of other things while she was working on me. She also didn't try to have a full conversation with me either, which I like because I just like to relax! After a few minutes, I was greeted by a much older woman, probably in her 70s. She brought me over to the pedicure station and proceeded to fill the basin with extremely hot water. She then showed me a list of the types of pedicures available. She pointed to my feet and said something then pointed to the most expensive one they have. I then told her that I wanted the basic one (lowest cost). She then pointed to the middle one. I told her no I wanted the basic one. She scoffed and went to the back to get supplies. When she came back, she proceeded with my pedicure. It was unlike any pedicure I've ever had. She asked me if I wanted the nails trimmed and I said yes. She then cut them very short and uneven. There was no room for correction without cutting them even shorter to a painful length. So I had to let it go . She paid no attention to my cuticles or nail root. The foot scrub consisted of one brush across my foot (this is no exaggeration, it was literally one stroke)! The nail polish application was also disappointing. It was applied very sloppily, showing brushstrokes and bubbles. I'm a pretty easy-going person and do not expect perfection from others, especially when selecting the lowest cost item. However, I still expect some effort and pride in workmanship. It was obvious that this woman was trying to teach me a lesson for selecting the lowest cost item. If that's not the case, well, I am certainly glad I didn't waste my money on the most expensive one! When we got to the register, she ran me up and then asked if I had a punch card. I told her I did not. She then handed me one, but didn't bother to stamp it. By this time, it was clear they had no interest in me, returning it as a customer, so I left the card on the counter and left. Needless to say, I will not be returning.
