I was referred here and I am truly disappointed. I went for a girls day and got pedicures which was amazing! I have no complaints at all about the pedicure. I got my nails done as well the same day (Saturday) and I asked for color dip which I was told that you can just do clear dip and put gel polish on top so that you don't have to keep refilling the dip every time....seemed different and I was hesitant because my nails are oily and I am aware of that. Within 2 days, I had air bubbles in the polish. I work a lot & my time is very limited so I could not make it back into the shop to get them fixed until the following Saturday. So I stop in to get them fixed and was told that the polish was probably old which is understandable to a point. Well today is Monday and I have 2 chipped nails and bubbles allllllll over again. I wanted to like this place and I wanted to go back but for the amount of money I paid, I am very disappointed. If you prefer dip nails, find another shop! read more

3rd times a charm! Today was my third time here! I've been happy with my nails each time. I love that it's a small family owned business. They are sweet as can be and really make sure you like you nails before you leave. No rush jobs! They take their time. It's the best pedicure I've received to date in Gilbert! There are fancier nail shops around with horrible service and horrible work. This shop is slightly hidden so missed by many. Give them a try, they will not disappoint. Also an appt is actually and appointment here. No waiting 30 mins in lobby for your scheduled appt, they will take you right away at your designated time. read more

So I have been going here for a few years and honestly, I will likely continue since they know me here. I have a standing order and they know my preferences. And with some places having a strong language barrier I hate going to new places and trying to communicate my requests with them. So let me start of by saying, they do nails just fine here. I've had to come back a couple of times and have repairs a day or two after my nails been done. No big deal. Happens. But The reason I gave them 3 stars is not because they are not friendly, because they are very friendly. But literally every time I come here at 9 AM, there is no one here. It's now 9:20 and I'm standing outside still waiting for someone to show up. If they can't open their doors at 9 AM, they need to change their hours. This is retarded and super irritating. Clearly they don't consider that people Google their hours of operation and plan their days accordingly. Clearly they don't think women stopping in to get their nails done would have anything else to do in the mornings. Regardless of their Personal reasons, someone should still be here to open the store. Bad business practice. Be certain their prices aren't on the low end either. I paid $80 plus tip for a gel and French mani and pedi. It's not too bad but the fact that no one showed up until 9:23am makes it a harder pill to swallow that they still want top dollar and can't be bothered to be there on time. A little off putting. So decent nails, friendly service, but pricey and they open at whenever they feel like it o'clock. read more

Originally I thought everything was looking great. My toes came out great! My fingers not so much... They had gotten a call and we're on speaker phone talking and once the phone call happened my nails were completely uneven. Like jagged and at a decline. I got a gel and the top coat was not even. I'm sure if the phone call didn't happen, the nails would have turned out better. (But that is what people see the most) read more

My friend first introduced me to this salon about 3 years ago when I first moved to Arizona. I will never go to another place besides Idol Nail and Spa! The owners are very friendly people and always make you feel welcome. During COVID they took the necessary precautions to keep people safe and the salon is very clean and organized. I have not been to them in awhile since becoming pregnant but went today to get a pedicure and was more than impressed. Pricing is great as well for the service they provide. Just got my nails done by Jenny at Idol Nails! She was super good and the whole staff was friendly and helpful! The last time I had my nails done with the dip gel at another salon it was very thick and they cracked. Jenny's dip nails are smooth and thin! I'll be back! I'd recommend you try them too! read more
