I highly recommend this nail salon! The shop is very clean and everyone was kind. Ask for Ann she takes her time with your nails to make sure everything is right. It has been a while since I seen such excellent service at a nail salon. I am use to getting my nails done at a !almart for way cheap but they don't compare to the attention you are given at Nail Time. I did wait a bit because I did not book an appointment. I don't know how it is on a regular day but I came on a Saturday and it was pretty busy. So I recommend you make an appointment beforehand. As for price, I mean you do get what you pay for. Now ladies u ask know that finding a GREAT place to get a mani & pedi it's truly hard to come by. NAIL TIME is that place, now I do believe there are some negative reviews on here however they normally come from people who have a picture of Wat someone else looks like and they expect to look the same. THEY ARE NAIL TECHNICIANS NOT MAGICIANS!!!! Now in no way am I saying that they can not for fill a request because for me Ann & Steven go above and beyond that. They totally ruined my nails while removing my gels. They were so aggressive and straight up peeled the gel off without allowing the acetone to soften it. Then buffed and filed my top layer of nail and now they are so thin and brittle. It was like they had never removed gels before. Don't go here if you care about the health of your natural nails. read more

Overall excellent salon. Basic manicures and pedicures have always been great, and they've fixed my nails for free when I mess them up a day after getting them done. The only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because they don't do a great job with gel manicures. I've had 3 done here, and every time, they've started lifting and peeling within 2 days. I thought it was my nails for awhile until I tried a gel somewhere else and it stayed put for several weeks like it's supposed to. I now go to the other place for gel manicures, but I will keep coming here for pedicures. read more

I am giving this salon 5 stars because of Kristin. I've been going there for years but she is the only one I'll let touch my nails. She is sweet, honest, professional, speaks English well and always helps me decide what color combos work and uses a base coat on my gel nails which keeps the gel from peeling off. She'll also stay after hours if I pop in close to closing time. Make sure you ask for Kristen, she's in the front of the shop. read more

THIS PLACE SUCKS DON'T GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE! YOU DON'T KNOW ME BUT TRUST ME!! ITS HORRIBLE !!! So I walked in asked to get ombré honey acrylics the woman who helped me said she knew how to do it. Well she did not she kept on adding different powders together piling the acrylic power onto my nails making them thick and fat looking. I sat there for two hours while she tried to do it, later she admitted it was her first time when she came to the realization she wasn't going to be able to do it. She said to come back Monday because it was getting late and she couldn't fix it then, I paid for her to color my toes also she told me to wait until Monday with that as well. This was the day before thanksgiving I had no toe color which I paid for and gross looking acrylic nails. So the next day thanksgiving mind you I go to another nail salon that is open thankfully they fix the mess she left my nails in but of course I had to pay more money. I go back to the nail salon today Monday when she told me too hoping I can get a refund. Nope she starts arguing with me that she never said she had to go, that my new nails I paid for is her job. It was a mess she was obviously embarrassed not wanting to admit her bad job. Ultimately I got 20$ worth of nail salon credit. After I paid $45 tipped her $10 then had to go to another nail salon and pay another $60 to pay for her mistakes. It was the worse experience of my nail salon life. The reason why I paid for my botched nail job is because she took so long trying to do the acrylic ombré they had to close the register so I had to pay while she was trying to do my nails. It was all bad, not only did she botch my nails which costed me extra money but she fought me verbally at the nail salon when I didn't want any problems just my money when she said she could give me store credit I said fine whatever and she just still kept arguing I'm guessing it was due to embarrassment. I know this is long I normally never write yelp reviews I just want to warn people about this place I didn't catch her name it is an older Asian gal with a botched lip job she's hard to miss. I will NEVER go here again! My 80 year old mother and I went here for pedicures recently. The woman who served my mother was so rude and unprofessional that we really should have grabbed our shoes and walked out! The woman made several comments about my mother's calcified toenail and a toe that crosses over another one (something for which she is very embarrassed of). She acted dsgusted and said she couldn't do a very good job (which she didn't). Everything she said, she said OVER my mom, to me in a very condescending way. She made both of us feel like absolutely dirty, unkept people for not getting our toes done every other week....who does that? All other places have taken their time with my mom's feet and treated her with respect. For that, my mom tips very well. I've been a regular at the salon for a couple of years. I always get my eyebrows waxed and have always loved the results. Today, this was not the case. The woman DESTROYED my eyebrows! I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the end results in the mirror. She practically waxed the whole end of my left eye brow off and suggested I pencil it in until it grew back. As if this was not enough, the right eye brow was A LOT thicker than the left. She told me she would try to match the right eye brow to the left one. In other words, practically wax off the entire end of the right eye brow. Again, I couldn't believe what I was hearing! This was only after she noticed me tearing up! She actually thought she had done an okay job and was ready to send me home with 1 and a half eye brows. To make matters worse, the arches were completely uneven. It looks like I'm raising one eye brow at all times. The reason I decided to write this review was because of her attitude. She was not apologetic at all and even tried to blame me. I didn't even refuse to pay for the service (the tip was another thing) and she still did not apologize. She said it was my eye brows that were the problem and not her. She also tried to place blame on the previous waxer and said THEY did it incorrectly the previous time. She rescinded her comment once I told her I religiously go their salon for my eyebrows. I am extremely disappointed in the service and will not be returning here again. I would give it ZERO stars if Yelp allowed it. Take it from me, don't visit this salon. read more

This review is long overdue. I was a regular at this salon and most of my experiences were okay, nothing special. I would visit regularly with my daughter and sometimes with my sister and niece for mani and pedi. The owner/manager is very friendly and remembers his loyal customers. My last visit to the salon is due to Tina. I arrived at 6 for a standard mani /pedi. Knowing they close at 7, I asked if if was too late but the manager said it was fine. After I was seated, the manager left for the day and the attitude started. I suppose Tina wanted to go home and didn't feel like starting a new person. She huffed and rudely grabbed my hand to look at my nails. She walked away and starting cackling in a different language. She returned with her sour looking face and grabbed my hand again. I pulled my hand back and said no thank you. I have been to the salon so many times and this time was felt so unwelcome. Calming atmosphere with excellent music - mostly quality classical. I've only visited once so far and none of the technicians engaged in the normal nail salon cross chatter in their foreign tongue, which always feels so rude to me, especially somewhere I've come to relax and "tune out".
