I have left reviews for other nail salons that were good but Nail Expo is my new thang! They are amazing & the best part? THEY ARE NICE. They treat you like they know you so well! They almost always have availability, I love my nails. Side note: they have HOLOGRAPHIC top coat! You will not regret a visit!

Not only did my acrylics come out super thick and unnatural looking (after many requests to fix them), when I removed one after it broke there was a FUNGAL INFECTION. Never going back.

I've had bad experiences with acrylics before but I'm super impressed with how my nails turned out. It was affordable and the service was great. I believe Vivian did my nails, and she did such a wonderful job! I will definitely be returning in the future.

I love this nail salon . I've gotten my nails done for so many years and it's hard to find a salon where all the technicians are amazing , the staff is friendly , prices are great , and so many options for services . EVERYONE here is so amazing! You can literally walk in and show them a nail design picture from Pinterest and they will replicate it ! Last time I went in I got Vivian . She's so amazing at shaping and doing designs. She did the set pictured here .

The lady did an excellent job! I couldn't have been more pleased. Salons I have been to in the past have always rushed me in and out. She took her time and got it exactly perfect. Thanks nail expo!

    Concave shape, awful

I've never left a bad review before, but I wish I would have known before coming here. I am so disappointed in this experience. I came because I saw all the beautiful photos in the reviews but I didn't get that. My fingers are cut, bleeding, and in pain. My first shape was literally concave, and when I asked them to fix it, the manager told me I should have specifically asked for non-concave nails. I asked for mid-length coffin nails. I ended up with first concave short nails; then nails that were shorter than they were when I arrived, yet I paid for the extensions/tips. Over $60 for bloody, burning nails that were in no way the shape that I wanted. They bubbled and chipped before I even left. The paint is so far up the nail, it looks like my nails are over a week grown out. I hate to down a local business, especially women owned, but 3 hours, $65, and lost blood later, and polish all over my fingers, I thought I should say something.

    Nails done by Mia

Me and my friend came here to get our nails done for the first time and I am blown away with the results.I got an ombré with pink and white and it turned out gorgeous. I also got it with a glitter gel topcoat and it made my nails pop. My friend got acrylics done and she is in love with them. Everyone was really nice at the salon. They had there manicure licenses on display and over all the salon was clean. I got my nails done by Mia. I would 10 out of 10 recommend Mia and Cindy they are amazing Nail technicians. I will be recommending this place too many of my friends who get their nails done. The prices were also good as well.

My technician filed my nails down twice to completely start over, which left my natural nails extremely thin and sensitive. By the end of the appointment my cuticles were cut and bleeding, and several of my fingers were raw and irritated around the nail beds. I didn't ask for anything crazy literally just square nails with one solid color. The absolute most basic nails you could get. I should've stayed home, saved myself the money, headache, and pain. Throughout the entire appointment I was asking her to make adjustments and explaining what needed to be fixed, but she still couldn't seem to understand what I was asking for. Multiple nails are uneven, the sides are over-filed, and the shaping is inconsistent. After sitting there for four hours and not getting anywhere with the technician, I went to the front desk to explain what had happened, and the receptionist literally laughed in my face like it was a joke. A nail appointment should never leave someone with cuts, bleeding fingers, and nails that look like this after spending that much time and money. I'm attaching photos so people can see the condition my nails and skin were in when I walked out. Will never be returning here again that's for sure.

After giving it some thought, I do believe I clearly communicated what I wanted, and I ultimately feel that I may have been overcharged. To start with the positives, I called ahead to see if they had availability for a walk-in. They told me it would be about 30 minutes, but I was welcome to come early and sit in one of the massage chairs while I waited. I appreciated that and did exactly that. It was relaxing to sit in the chair while they finished with other clients. Once they were ready, my pedicure began. I originally selected a lower-tier service, but the technician explained the Detox Pedicure very well and suggested upgrading. I agreed, and overall the pedicure experience itself was pleasant. While the pedicure was being done, another technician started on my hands with the manicure, but when another walk-in client arrived, that technician left to start a pedicure for the new client. The technician finishing my pedicure then move to her station and continued with my manicure and applied the clear dip. It was a seamless transition and excellent team work. I will say that I did like the quality of her work on my manicure and the dip. However, I did notice something with my pedicure. I had asked for clear polish on my toenails, and while it was drying it looked like some white dust had settled on the polish. I was trying to figure out how to mention it, but when the technician later applied oil to my toenails, the white appearance seemed to disappear and the nails looked glossy, so I assumed it had just needed to be brushed off. When I took a shower later that day my nails looked like I originally saw with a white dusty and matte look to it with some spot shiny. When I went to the register, I was surprised that the total was $130 before tip. I had calculated the $55 Detox Pedicure plus the $45 dip manicure, which I thought would be around $100. I assumed I may have miscalculated and didn't question it at the time, so I paid and left a 20% tip ($26) for a total of $156. When I got to my car and reviewed the receipt, I noticed there was an additional $10 charge listed for a "Cuticle Trim", along with a $20 "Additional Charge". $30 extra on to the bill. At most salons I've been to, the price of a dip manicure already includes the basic manicure prep such as cuticle trimming and nail shaping before the dip is applied. I get my nails done fairly regularly, and this is the first time I've ever been charged a separate and unclear $10 cuticle trim and $20 additional charge fee on top of the dip manicure price. The menu did not clearly indicate this additional charge, and it was never communicated to me beforehand. While I did enjoy the service quality of the manicure and the overall pedicure experience, I was not happy with the final finish of my toenails and was especially disappointed by the lack of transparency in pricing. This experience left me feeling unsettled. Clear communication about pricing, especially additional fees, is important so clients can make informed decisions before services are performed. Unfortunately, I don't feel that happened here. For that I don't plan on returning.

On 12/4 I had a gel manicure and gel pedicure with a referred technician - One week later I developed severe itching between my toes, skin maceration, followed by painful skin fissures ("paper-cut" like tears) between nearly all of my toes, burning, and major sensitivity. My Primary Care Physician has confirmed tinea pedis - caused by dermatophyte fungi (not properly cleaning, sanitizing pedicure tubs, or sterilizing tools). I am now treating what appears to be a fungal skin infection that developed shortly after the service. While I can't say with certainty how or where the infection was acquired, the timing directly followed my pedicure (timeline aligns with the exposure & development of a fungal infection). Untreated or possible progression of this development could lead to Secondary Bacterial Skin Infection, Cellulitis, Lymphangitis, or Sepsis - becoming very serious. I did not notice any visible sanitation concerns during my visit, but given my outcome, I strongly encourage future clients to: * Ask about foot bath disinfection procedures * Ensure tools are properly sterilized * Avoid services if you have any cuts, shaving, or broken skin I hope this review helps others take precautions. I recommend monitoring your feet closely after pedicure services and seeking care promptly if symptoms appear.
