Worst Nail Salon I've EVER been too. -Destroyed my nail with being to aggressive. -Made me feel insecure about my choices of nail color/previous nail choices -Gel Polish PEELED AND MELTED less than 13 hours after appointment and are REFUSING To refund me! -Terrible Customer Service!!!!

    Cool cat-eye for spooky season

I have been here a few times and like it and will come back, but the vibes were way off today. The gentleman who did my nails was great. However, there was some sort of altercation between 3 female employees. It was very loud and pretty awkward. One of the people involved had been working on my pedicure, but she abandoned me to go fight. It can only be described as ghetto. She did apologize but maybe just take it to the back or outside instead of yelling in front of a customer? I had looked forward to a nice relaxing bit of me-time and I got WWE/Desperate Housewives/fighting with your MAGA in-laws about vaccines/trying to give my cat pills type energy. Also everyone kind of left me. I had to put on my own shoes and of course I immediately ruined my pedicure paint. I'm a spaz that's why I go get my nails done by a professional. I didn't say anything because I was desperate to escape. I'm conflict-avoidant. Again, the nail guy was an angel, the place is very clean and nice and they have great colors and styles to choose from. The employee drama just really turned me off today.

I visited for the first time today for a dip manicure and a royal pedicure. I went with a friend. Upon walking in we were immediately greeted into a nice clean atmosphere. As we were choosing our colors, I immediately notice how it was very organized. Polishes were displayed by brand and by color. The service I received met my expectations and I would definitely return. Prices are also reasonable.. Beverages were offered as well!

Yay! Vanessa was so kind and sweet. This is my first time at this salon and it was so refreshing to share my pampering experience with her. Massage and customer service was great

so happy with my nails! i moved to atx in 2022 and have tried various nail salons in the area since then. i never was delighted with the product 'till now. the service was amazing. the workers made sure to ask if we needed refreshments or if our seats were comfortable enough during our mani-pedi. the atmosphere was great too. the nail tech that assisted with the nail design was very kind and funny. i came with a friend who was visiting and we both agreed that i had finally found my go-to nail salon. definitely earned a patron.

Been here twice for a pedicure and so far so good!! The place is super clean and I noticed they got new chairs, which just elevated the clean look of the place. The lady at the front greeted me right away and there wasn't a wait on a Saturday afternoon. Gina did a great job on my gel nail pedicure. I'll definitely come back again for more pedicures as summer is around the corner :)

Eh definitely not the best place I went to get my nails done. And not coming back. While my nails were being my done by a man. The lady next to him kept intervening throughout. I just didn't want a cuticle cut the lady told the man I didn't want a manicure and just color. So I had to ask for a buffer and file. The lady openly made fun of the color I picked. I honestly thought it was more pink but it came out very brown. When I asked for a color change they said if I had gotten acrylic nails it would have looked better. But he stopped adding layers and he also didn't color the entirety of my nails. The bottoms are still white (my actual nail color) at the bottom. I was already frustrated and wanted to leave at this point. They did give me $5 off but I'm just overall unhappy with my service and the look of my nails. They also lack customer service. They don't talk or ask questions. Just talk to each other.

The people that work here are so kind and attentive! They fit me and my daughter in before closing. I love this place.

My technician filed my nails down twice to completely start over, which left my natural nails extremely thin and sensitive. By the end of the appointment my cuticles were cut and bleeding, and several of my fingers were raw and irritated around the nail beds. I didn't ask for anything crazy literally just square nails with one solid color. The absolute most basic nails you could get. I should've stayed home, saved myself the money, headache, and pain. Throughout the entire appointment I was asking her to make adjustments and explaining what needed to be fixed, but she still couldn't seem to understand what I was asking for. Multiple nails are uneven, the sides are over-filed, and the shaping is inconsistent. After sitting there for four hours and not getting anywhere with the technician, I went to the front desk to explain what had happened, and the receptionist literally laughed in my face like it was a joke. A nail appointment should never leave someone with cuts, bleeding fingers, and nails that look like this after spending that much time and money. I'm attaching photos so people can see the condition my nails and skin were in when I walked out. Will never be returning here again that's for sure.

After giving it some thought, I do believe I clearly communicated what I wanted, and I ultimately feel that I may have been overcharged. To start with the positives, I called ahead to see if they had availability for a walk-in. They told me it would be about 30 minutes, but I was welcome to come early and sit in one of the massage chairs while I waited. I appreciated that and did exactly that. It was relaxing to sit in the chair while they finished with other clients. Once they were ready, my pedicure began. I originally selected a lower-tier service, but the technician explained the Detox Pedicure very well and suggested upgrading. I agreed, and overall the pedicure experience itself was pleasant. While the pedicure was being done, another technician started on my hands with the manicure, but when another walk-in client arrived, that technician left to start a pedicure for the new client. The technician finishing my pedicure then move to her station and continued with my manicure and applied the clear dip. It was a seamless transition and excellent team work. I will say that I did like the quality of her work on my manicure and the dip. However, I did notice something with my pedicure. I had asked for clear polish on my toenails, and while it was drying it looked like some white dust had settled on the polish. I was trying to figure out how to mention it, but when the technician later applied oil to my toenails, the white appearance seemed to disappear and the nails looked glossy, so I assumed it had just needed to be brushed off. When I took a shower later that day my nails looked like I originally saw with a white dusty and matte look to it with some spot shiny. When I went to the register, I was surprised that the total was $130 before tip. I had calculated the $55 Detox Pedicure plus the $45 dip manicure, which I thought would be around $100. I assumed I may have miscalculated and didn't question it at the time, so I paid and left a 20% tip ($26) for a total of $156. When I got to my car and reviewed the receipt, I noticed there was an additional $10 charge listed for a "Cuticle Trim", along with a $20 "Additional Charge". $30 extra on to the bill. At most salons I've been to, the price of a dip manicure already includes the basic manicure prep such as cuticle trimming and nail shaping before the dip is applied. I get my nails done fairly regularly, and this is the first time I've ever been charged a separate and unclear $10 cuticle trim and $20 additional charge fee on top of the dip manicure price. The menu did not clearly indicate this additional charge, and it was never communicated to me beforehand. While I did enjoy the service quality of the manicure and the overall pedicure experience, I was not happy with the final finish of my toenails and was especially disappointed by the lack of transparency in pricing. This experience left me feeling unsettled. Clear communication about pricing, especially additional fees, is important so clients can make informed decisions before services are performed. Unfortunately, I don't feel that happened here. For that I don't plan on returning.

On 12/4 I had a gel manicure and gel pedicure with a referred technician - One week later I developed severe itching between my toes, skin maceration, followed by painful skin fissures ("paper-cut" like tears) between nearly all of my toes, burning, and major sensitivity. My Primary Care Physician has confirmed tinea pedis - caused by dermatophyte fungi (not properly cleaning, sanitizing pedicure tubs, or sterilizing tools). I am now treating what appears to be a fungal skin infection that developed shortly after the service. While I can't say with certainty how or where the infection was acquired, the timing directly followed my pedicure (timeline aligns with the exposure & development of a fungal infection). Untreated or possible progression of this development could lead to Secondary Bacterial Skin Infection, Cellulitis, Lymphangitis, or Sepsis - becoming very serious. I did not notice any visible sanitation concerns during my visit, but given my outcome, I strongly encourage future clients to: * Ask about foot bath disinfection procedures * Ensure tools are properly sterilized * Avoid services if you have any cuts, shaving, or broken skin I hope this review helps others take precautions. I recommend monitoring your feet closely after pedicure services and seeking care promptly if symptoms appear.
