I'm a frequent customer and I got SNS with nail extensions, glitter french tips. I loved the way they came out! I also love to get pedicures because they come out great and are relaxing. Staff was nice and helpful.

I requested SNS nails with a little bit of ombre, and that was delivered. I came at a quiet time and all the ladies were very welcoming. I asked for an additional charm to add some flare to my nails and the owner delivered. Will come again.

    Always amazing service!

Always satisfied with the results and price! I've never had a bad experience at this Salon.

They were very nice and were able to get me and my friend out of there in an hour! I showed them a reference picture and they gave me exactly what I wanted. Will definitely be back!!

Quick service, $8 just for a polish! My nail tech was very nice and did a good job. Did get some polish on cuticles and side of nails but they look really nice for 8 bucks! The only thing that was weird to me was she made me pay for the service before I got my nails done.

Left is the fixed nail which is how I wanted the polish to look vs the right all messed up and ugly coating

I got my nails done here with my friends, my nails got rushed and came out not so good. The lady was sweet but kept messing up my nails with the window screen between us or bumping her fingers against the polish. I can see the mess ups even when it was coated again like 3 times. She didn't ask if I wanted gloss or matte she just proceeded to add gloss.... when I told her I wanted matte she put the coat on but it doesn't look the same anymore with the gloss under. They recommended gel cause it's supposed to last longer but mine are peeling already and it hasn't even been a week and to make it worse one of my nails popped off the next day. They were nice enough to fix it for free that's why I give it 3 stars. My best friends nails also fell out the next day she just decided to rip them off. Sanitation was not the best they used the same old grinding bands that were picked out of a small container with the other dirty bands and no masks were worn during my visit.

I almost hate to post this, because I'm afraid I won't be able to get in so easily! These ladies are so nice, the salon is clean (I love the liners for the foot basins) and the value of the services is amazing. I had the mid range pedicure for $35, and they only charged me $40 for the SNS French manicure! I had to ask if she had charged me enough, I paid $65 for same service in Colorado. I have to say one thing I really like about these ladies is there are very honest and value your time. If you show up and they are busy, they will say, go shop for 40 minutes and then come back. Some salons just want your money and will leave you sitting there for ages. I love this place and will keep coming back

This is a great nail shop! Its like many other nail shops, but I think it is a bit better than average. Why? Here's why: 1. Very clean and well kept shop. 2. Decent selection of polishes, both regular and gel. 3. Friendly nail techs. Not too pushy and just nice. 4. They do a great job! I've had several gel manicures and they have all been great. The manicures have lasted a minimum of 3 weeks and have always looked good the entire time. I do regular polish for my pedicures and have had the same results. Nice! 5. Decent prices. $25 for both pedicures and gel manicures. Not too shabby! 6. I have had my eye brows waxed here a couple of times. My brows always look great afterwards. Score! This is a great shop, that does great work!

Amazing!!! Stayed opened late, had impeccable colors to choose from, great customer service, and just cater to my picky nature.

It's clean, spacious, chairs are comfortable. Maybe could be more "homey".. But no complaints.

My technician filed my nails down twice to completely start over, which left my natural nails extremely thin and sensitive. By the end of the appointment my cuticles were cut and bleeding, and several of my fingers were raw and irritated around the nail beds. I didn't ask for anything crazy literally just square nails with one solid color. The absolute most basic nails you could get. I should've stayed home, saved myself the money, headache, and pain. Throughout the entire appointment I was asking her to make adjustments and explaining what needed to be fixed, but she still couldn't seem to understand what I was asking for. Multiple nails are uneven, the sides are over-filed, and the shaping is inconsistent. After sitting there for four hours and not getting anywhere with the technician, I went to the front desk to explain what had happened, and the receptionist literally laughed in my face like it was a joke. A nail appointment should never leave someone with cuts, bleeding fingers, and nails that look like this after spending that much time and money. I'm attaching photos so people can see the condition my nails and skin were in when I walked out. Will never be returning here again that's for sure.

After giving it some thought, I do believe I clearly communicated what I wanted, and I ultimately feel that I may have been overcharged. To start with the positives, I called ahead to see if they had availability for a walk-in. They told me it would be about 30 minutes, but I was welcome to come early and sit in one of the massage chairs while I waited. I appreciated that and did exactly that. It was relaxing to sit in the chair while they finished with other clients. Once they were ready, my pedicure began. I originally selected a lower-tier service, but the technician explained the Detox Pedicure very well and suggested upgrading. I agreed, and overall the pedicure experience itself was pleasant. While the pedicure was being done, another technician started on my hands with the manicure, but when another walk-in client arrived, that technician left to start a pedicure for the new client. The technician finishing my pedicure then move to her station and continued with my manicure and applied the clear dip. It was a seamless transition and excellent team work. I will say that I did like the quality of her work on my manicure and the dip. However, I did notice something with my pedicure. I had asked for clear polish on my toenails, and while it was drying it looked like some white dust had settled on the polish. I was trying to figure out how to mention it, but when the technician later applied oil to my toenails, the white appearance seemed to disappear and the nails looked glossy, so I assumed it had just needed to be brushed off. When I took a shower later that day my nails looked like I originally saw with a white dusty and matte look to it with some spot shiny. When I went to the register, I was surprised that the total was $130 before tip. I had calculated the $55 Detox Pedicure plus the $45 dip manicure, which I thought would be around $100. I assumed I may have miscalculated and didn't question it at the time, so I paid and left a 20% tip ($26) for a total of $156. When I got to my car and reviewed the receipt, I noticed there was an additional $10 charge listed for a "Cuticle Trim", along with a $20 "Additional Charge". $30 extra on to the bill. At most salons I've been to, the price of a dip manicure already includes the basic manicure prep such as cuticle trimming and nail shaping before the dip is applied. I get my nails done fairly regularly, and this is the first time I've ever been charged a separate and unclear $10 cuticle trim and $20 additional charge fee on top of the dip manicure price. The menu did not clearly indicate this additional charge, and it was never communicated to me beforehand. While I did enjoy the service quality of the manicure and the overall pedicure experience, I was not happy with the final finish of my toenails and was especially disappointed by the lack of transparency in pricing. This experience left me feeling unsettled. Clear communication about pricing, especially additional fees, is important so clients can make informed decisions before services are performed. Unfortunately, I don't feel that happened here. For that I don't plan on returning.

On 12/4 I had a gel manicure and gel pedicure with a referred technician - One week later I developed severe itching between my toes, skin maceration, followed by painful skin fissures ("paper-cut" like tears) between nearly all of my toes, burning, and major sensitivity. My Primary Care Physician has confirmed tinea pedis - caused by dermatophyte fungi (not properly cleaning, sanitizing pedicure tubs, or sterilizing tools). I am now treating what appears to be a fungal skin infection that developed shortly after the service. While I can't say with certainty how or where the infection was acquired, the timing directly followed my pedicure (timeline aligns with the exposure & development of a fungal infection). Untreated or possible progression of this development could lead to Secondary Bacterial Skin Infection, Cellulitis, Lymphangitis, or Sepsis - becoming very serious. I did not notice any visible sanitation concerns during my visit, but given my outcome, I strongly encourage future clients to: * Ask about foot bath disinfection procedures * Ensure tools are properly sterilized * Avoid services if you have any cuts, shaving, or broken skin I hope this review helps others take precautions. I recommend monitoring your feet closely after pedicure services and seeking care promptly if symptoms appear.
