Yes , I tipped ! I have a problem w complaining and should have never left . I paid 65 for this ? Take a good look a detail ? Hello, I came here a few days ago to get a set of acrylic nails. I called prior to the appointment to ensure they could do the design (French tips with 1-2 hearts on each nail) I had in mind, the lady said yes. When I showed up, I showed the lady the picture and she walked to the other workers point at the picture and laughed at it. While I could not understand exactly what they were saying I could put together they were laughing at the design. She then sat me down and started working on my nails. Right before she started the design she started saying something about it. It was extremely difficult to understand her English and I really tried my best. Some how my the design I showed her did not happen. She ended up doing what she wanted and it was 1 heart on 4 fingers and a few hearts on the thumbs. She then proceeded to add silver lines on every finger which ended up coming off when she applied to top coat. Once she applied top coat on my fingers she told me to put them under the light and it burned! I was not quite sure why and have never experienced that before at other nail salons. Once I got in my car I also noticed she applied top coat over a piece of hair that is not able to come off. I do not recommend this place at all. I am not one to leave a review and I really tried to appreciate the nails but after sitting with it, I am extremely upset. read more

I got my nails done here with my friends, my nails got rushed and came out not so good. The lady was sweet but kept messing up my nails with the window screen between us or bumping her fingers against the polish. I can see the mess ups even when it was coated again like 3 times. She didn't ask if I wanted gloss or matte she just proceeded to add gloss.... when I told her I wanted matte she put the coat on but it doesn't look the same anymore with the gloss under. They recommended gel cause it's supposed to last longer but mine are peeling already and it hasn't even been a week and to make it worse one of my nails popped off the next day. They were nice enough to fix it for free that's why I give it 3 stars. My best friends nails also fell out the next day she just decided to rip them off. Sanitation was not the best they used the same old grinding bands that were picked out of a small container with the other dirty bands and no masks were worn during my visit. read more

I have been coming here for years, through at least 3 different owners. Spent hundreds, probably thousands of dollars with this business and sadly I will never step back in there again, nor will I recommend this place. I came in on a Sunday at 3:01 and was turnt down like a regular ol' walk in coming in for the first time. A short "maybe you come back later, we busy and that was it." There wasn't even many people in there. Surely they could have squeezed me in, seeing they close at 5. How disrespectful and inconvenient. Not even a Hey how r u, there's a long wait. The last few times I have went I was unhappy as the older women with dark hair and glasses, who does the pedicures is super rude. She's actually a rude person period. Don't ask for too much or she will immediately start complaining in a different language to the lady next to her. It's very clear what is going on, without me even knowing the language she speaks. I still chose to do business with you all despite that issue. Unbelievable, and never again will I give these people another dime of my money. read more

I almost hate to post this, because I'm afraid I won't be able to get in so easily! These ladies are so nice, the salon is clean (I love the liners for the foot basins) and the value of the services is amazing. I had the mid range pedicure for $35, and they only charged me $40 for the SNS French manicure! I had to ask if she had charged me enough, I paid $65 for same service in Colorado. I have to say one thing I really like about these ladies is there are very honest and value your time. If you show up and they are busy, they will say, go shop for 40 minutes and then come back. Some salons just want your money and will leave you sitting there for ages. I love this place and will keep coming back read more

This is a great nail shop! Its like many other nail shops, but I think it is a bit better than average. Why? Here's why: 1. Very clean and well kept shop. 2. Decent selection of polishes, both regular and gel. 3. Friendly nail techs. Not too pushy and just nice. 4. They do a great job! I've had several gel manicures and they have all been great. The manicures have lasted a minimum of 3 weeks and have always looked good the entire time. I do regular polish for my pedicures and have had the same results. Nice! 5. Decent prices. $25 for both pedicures and gel manicures. Not too shabby! 6. I have had my eye brows waxed here a couple of times. My brows always look great afterwards. Score! I had an okay experience here. It's only my second experience with gel nails, I'm hoping that these will last longer than my last experience at a different place. I called ahead for an appointment and when I walked in my tech (Angela) was waiting for me even though I was early. I was glad to get to sit down right away. The "head" lady is super nice and chatty and informative. Which was very helpful as I didn't get much talking from Angela. The facility is pretty nice, not very "homey" but nice. 30$ even for a gel manicure. Good prices. Angela did a pretty good job I feel.. I think it could have been a lot better though. To begin with, the files used are incredibly coarse and left my nails rough and needing to be smoothed A LOT. And while she buffed them, I'm still going to have to go home and finish the edges a little. I can not STAND roughness or little bits here and there. She also started filing my nails without asking if I wanted them square or rounded. And she filed in the edges a lot.. which I can't decide if it looks funny or not. Lol. Some of the nails are more square than others too... Another major annoyance. The good part is that the color is beautiful, (I asked for an American manicure instead of the typical French) , and she left my nails as long as possible.. She was also very gentle and didn't start hacking away at my cuticles and fingers.. But, if these nails stay on for longer than 10 days I'll be coming back. If it comes off in less than a week it'll be a 3 star. Update : my nails started chipping off at 6 days ... To be fair I'm super rough on my hands. But I at least expected a 7 to 10 days... I feel like I would give them a second try though. read more

Mom and I popped in to get our nails done. I've been to a lot of nail salons. I'm never picky on the place. Every one I've been to has mediocre customer service. Now I have had better nails done but the customer service here is the reason I'm happy. I work in customer service so IM super judgy when it comes to that. My tech was amazing. She held conversation the entire time. She made sure I was getting everything I wanted. The tech that helped my mom was awesome as well. My mother is hard of hearing and that gets frustrating for some people for the simple fact they have to repeat themselves. Once the tech learned of this she was super patient and gave my mom hand signals instead of getting irritated and yelling. Great place customer service wise. Will be back. read more

RIP-OFF! I came here because my friends come for dip manicures and gel pedicures all the time for only $65. Seems like a steal right...WRONG! I was charged $90 for the same services! Outrageous due to what the service was. I've paid that much before and have gotten great services, that is not the case here! Manicure: I had dip already in and one broken nail that needed a tip. She went and got the part for a tip and proceeded to put it under my dip to peel it off. Not only was this painful it RUINED my natural nail. Causing me to have to get tips on all my nails. Which I never do and did not come in wanting. After being forced the get tips it wasn't a terrible job but I still have dip on random parts of my fingers. Pedicure: To get the gel off my toes she used the cuticle clipper to pull of my gel. Yet again ruining my nail. I normally get hot stones and paraffin wax. I was told the only add on was hot towels. So opted for that. WRONG CHOICE! Towels were so cold my legs were shaking. My friends who recommended it is extremely upset and probably won't come back. She get hot stones all the time. This place is a scam to say the least! For the same price I can go to the luxury place by my house not this mediocre nail salon. SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY, and NAILS...GO SOMEPLACE ELSE! read more

I went in around 2pm on a Friday for a pedi and I was able to be serviced right away due to me being the only customer at the salon. I had a gentleman who did my pedi and he did an excellent job, my only complaint would be that I don't like how he cut my nails. I prefer the natural shape of my nails and he cut them to make them more rounded. I'm not too upset about it because I know they will grow back, next time I go I'll remember to say something about how I'd like them shaped. read more

My experience started off poorly so I should have cut and run when I had the chance. I had some time between errands on Saturday so I walked in for a quick mani-pedi, no frills. I have done gel a few times, but in my line of work it doesn't last long. I was having a date with my hubby later, so I wanted to look nice for dinner. As soon as I walked in the door a woman greeted me, "here for gel manicure and pedicure?" I said, "just a regular mani-pedi. Can I see your prices?" It was like she didn't hear me. "Okay, honey, you can go pick your color out over there." She pointed. I replied, "that's nice but can I see your menu please? I'd like to see your prices." After sorting that out I walked to the wall of tired, outdated colors and picked out a basic red. The woman doing my pedicure did the typical trying to up-sell me to get gels, but I dug my heels in. She didn't talk to me for the rest of the pedicure, but chose to chat with her coworkers while working on me the entire time. Rude, but whatever. The worse part was when it came to buffing my feet. SHE CUT ME WITH THE SCRUBBER!! She scrubbed too hard, I flinched and winced. Her reply: "your skin is too dry." Seriously, lady? She rubbed a purple, artificial lavender lotion on my legs that stung because of her scraping my ligaments off. Once the torture was done with that half of my body, she proceeded with the manicure. I'm not going to go too into it, but I'll let my picture do the talking. Suffice it to say, I had to ask her to fix a few spots (forgetting to do a second coat on one nail, etc). I left as soon as I was dry enough to dry and found that because she didn't do my nail tips, my index finger had already chipped. I covered it with my own red nail polish at home...oh well! I very rarely post reviews- especially negative ones, but I've never had this happen at a nail salon and felt the need to bring it to the owner's attention. I went to Lakeline twice and got an acrylic fill with gel on top both times. I didn't mean to get gel (so usually do regular polish), but I don't think the nail tech understood and ended up bringing me gel colors so I went with it. Honestly my nails looked beautiful! The nail tech was so sweet, and I was shocked at the low price! I expected to pay quite a bit for acrylic with gel. I came back and got the same thing again and this time had a male nail tech. He was very polite, and overall my nails looked good, just a little on the thick side. He also took off two of my nails that I guess were lifting and replaced the acrylic. He removed the old nail by literally lifting it off with another acrylic tip. It was painful and left my natural nail so, so thin. Unfortunately this set did not last at all. They stated lifting after just a week and eventually a few nails broke off. I decided to try a salon closer to me to have the acrylics removed. The new nail salon was shocked at how thick the acrylics were. They were also shocked to see I had nail fungus growing on 4 nails. I've never had this happen before! The set wasn't even old- I had a total of two fills before removing them! So now I'm 4 weeks into treating the fungus and have seen little improvement. I saw a doctor, got a pricey prescription, and was told it'll still be several months before I see change. I don't think this was an issue of cleanliness of the salon (though it could be). I think the set was poorly applied and led to lifting and water being trapped under the acrylic. My natural nails are so thin and break constantly. I have a long road ahead before I can even put polish on them again. Really regret ever going for the cheap salon and will not be back. read more

I really like this place. I've never had a bad mani or pedi here. My daughter suggested it and she has very high standards! What I really appreciate is that even though I now get only "natural" OPI manicures for $15, I am never dismissed or rushed. I've also had gel done in past. The array of gel colors truly is amazing. The polish edge lines on my nail are perfect every time. I get my nails done rarely, and to relax, not chat. The technicians are not at all intrusive but very friendly. And they aren't constantly chattering over your head. That, I do not care for. So, I do recommend, for mani, pedi, regular and gel. read more

Easily the worst dip nails I have ever gotten in my life. Do yourself a favor and save your $$! I politely asked numerous times if the nail tech could redo my nails but she kept telling me I was wrong and she knew what she was doing. After it was all done, they were left bubbly and not at all what I asked for. They had to be taken off and completely redone again by another tech after she noticed that I was unhappy. I'm not very please with my experience. When I was getting a pedicure my tech grabbed dirty felt shoes from the trash and attempted to put on my feet. I felt super disrespected and said no and asked for new ones. Then the tech doing my manicure was super rude, never spoke to me, and was just overall not happy. She kept putting top coats so my nails took forever to dry. And she kept touching them and would have to put more top coats because they were still wet. I didn't even wash my hands or get lotion. Not to mention the color I picked was not at all what it looked like. Needless to say, I walked out unhappy and will get this resolved. read more

Decided to get a pedicure on lunch today. Vivi did my pedicure. Quiet, peaceful place on a Friday. Vivi really took her time with me and was just super sweet.
