I've been coming here for years and I really wish I could remember the name of the woman who did my pedicure today. I've had her a couple times now and everytime she does kind of a poor job on painting my nails. She doesn't push back the cuticles and doesn't really do anything around the edges. Today she clipped the skin too hard on my big toe and made it bleed. And now I'm home looking at the paint job and some of the nails don't have good coverage. She always paints them so thin. I'll have to apply another coat. Also my legs are really greasy. The woman who did my mom's pedicure wiped down her legs with a hot towel but I didn't get that. The pedis are consistently 3-4 star and reasonably priced ($40 for hot stone which also includes paraffin dip), but actually what I really like is their brow wax skills. A quick and easy $10 add-on and you're good to go. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere feels upbeat. It's also located near the Growler Bar, which is kind of genius. I love stashing my husband and kids there while I duck out for a little me-time. Downsides: Their massage chairs are getting a little rough -- I'd suggest upgrading those soon. Also, for some reason the acetone smell here seems more potent than other places. read more

I was hesitant to come back here because of mediocre services I have had before, but wanted to give it another try because of it's proximity and environment. Today I walked in at prime lunch hour without a wait and was greeted immediately. Lauren, my nail tech promptly tended to me. As you can see from the pictures, I am a nail bitter which does make it harder on them to get the nails to not lift and look natural. Lauren was amazing!! She was very detail oriented and even tended to my cuticle problems that most don't! I am very pleased with this visit and will hopefully be able to schedule with her in the future. I got May nails done here a few weeks ago, but haven't had the time to write a review. It seemed nice enough when I walked in, but the service was subpar. My nail tech was busy playing on her phone most the time, which extended the time I needed to be there at least 15-30 minutes. In the middle of doing my nails (I got a full set, gel color, & a pedicure) she began to clip her own nails then continued on mine. That was super gross. My nails are extremely paper thin after having all my acrylic peeled and ripped off my natural nail. Once the first one was peeled of I expressed that I was able to rip them off my self at home to which he replied it's ok it take soo long to soak off. It did not feel great and then charged me $15 when the website shows its $12 the price doesn't matter to me if the service that I'm paying for is what was done buuut I payed him $15 to rip acrylic and most my actual nails off soo dang crazy! read more

Okay, I hate to give one star but the lady that did my nails did a terrible job. I wish I would have gotten her name but I think I was at table 7. My daughter and I went in this past Sunday (so only 5 days ago). I noticed while in the salon that the dip (sns) did not fully cover my nails. I pointed it out in the salon to her. She said "yes" and I thought this meant she saw it and would fix it. Her fix was to continue to file down the sides of my nails. She ended up having to redo 2 nails because she couldn't file them down any further. So five days after and my nails are getting worse by the minute. What a waste! read more

I am extremely disappointed with the service here. When walking in the guy working there asked me three times what I wanted. He acted like he never heard the word pedicure before. Then While I was picking my polish he rudely interrupted another customer while she was talking to ask for payment. I considered leaving but thought how bad could the pedicure be? I had a pedicure and eyebrow wax. The actual pedicure was ok, my feet felt great and looked good for only $25. But they didn't send me to a nail fan after, just the register. My polish rubbed off the top of my nails in minutes because the paint wasn't dry. I did ask for them to fix it and said that my old salon had fans. Then they pointed them out to me and invited me to have a seat while my nails dried a second time. I also had my eyebrows waxed and the lady was a bit forceful. I understand if due to COVID one tech is assigned to certain areas but I was not communicated on that. Very frustrating when you go in with a friend GETTING THE SAME EXACT THINGS and you can't leave at the same time.) * I asked for a new full set because the ones I had were old & I KNEW THEY WERE GOING TO BREAK SOON. I specifically told the lady that & in response I get "I'll just repair the two you have that are broken" Who turns down more money?!?! I was in a time crunch so I just went with it. * To add to that, In the time that I was waiting to be worked on, I could've had my old nails soaked off.... *I've had these nails for LESS than a WEEK and two have already broken.... *My gel manicure has already peeled off, chipped, and is very uneven and bumpy. I went to Le Nails last Sunday to get French acrylics. The nail technician was new & complaining the entire time about her low pay. She rushed through my nails & its dark in the salon. I noticed bubbles & a piece of lint on my nail underneath the acrylic once I got home. When I checked out there was a price discrepancy between the owner & technician. The owner quoted $30..the technician $35. There are no prices on their inside wall menu. I called and spoke to the owner after checking website prices & was overcharged. I told her the technician did a terrible job and then overcharged me. Owner started making excuses that the tech used solar. I told her that I did not request the solar. Owner says she can't refund my card so I have to waste my time & gas to go back to the salon for a mistake that was the salon's. No thanks...I just won't go to this Salon anymore & now you get another negative comment on Yelp...so hope it was all worth the $5 you overcharged me ..oh and the shoddy nail service...sure hope I don't get an infection from this lint stuck inside my "solar" acrylic nail. . read more

I love this place! It is the best nail place I've been to. When I moved to Pflugerville, I was in search of a closer nail place and I'm glad I stumbled upon it. All of the nail techs are incredibly nice and always professional. My nails always look really cute. I was never a fan of getting my mani/pedi done, but I love coming in every couple of weeks to get my SNS manicure and deluxe pedicure done. After giving this place chance after chance, I give up. Short story: - always cut me - not friendly - bad service Long story: Example 1: I went to get a pedicure and they used a cheese grater to make my heels soft. A literal cheese grater. Fail. She cuts a 2 inch chunk of skin off the side of my foot. And then wants to still charge me. Doesn't attempt to clean the cut or ask if I'm ok. Example 2: on at least three occasions I want to get a full set of nails. Each time they cut me so bad that my finger would not stop bleeding near my cuticle. Example 3: they wanted me to try this new thing called dip powder instead of the normal acrylics. Saying it cost the same and it was a little bit faster of a process. I didn't mind but I was in a rush so I only had about two hours to spend there.after the first hour and a half she couldn't figure out how to do it correctly I had read done three of the nails three times. She could never actually figure out how to do it correctly so I left with three of my nails looking crappy and she also tried to charge me full price when I still had to go to another salon to get my nails. I've been there about six times since I moved to the area six months ago and finally give up. read more

I used to go here religiously back in 2015. I recently moved back into the area + even though I saw the more recent bad reviews, I wanted to give it a go. I talked my friend into going with me for pedicures. We get there + wait a few minutes until we are greeted, say what we want then picked out our colors. I understand that colors need to shaken when they haven't been used in a while but these colors looked rough + somewhat old. They sat us quickly after that. My friend got an older, very friendly woman + I had a thin, younger woman who barely spoke a word to me. I had to specifically ask her to get my ingrown toenails out as well, which I normally don't since it's part of the treatment. We got the deluxe pedicure, $35. Comes with a hot wax, lemon scrub, + hot towels. My lady burnt the holy heck out of my legs with the towels + didn't even seem to think anything of it. When she was finished, she didn't address me or even tell me to get up. I had to lift the chair open + closed both times that I got in + out. (Usually this isn't a huge deal but this is the one thing I do to treat myself.) My nails were messy + I nearly fell + busted my bum on the way out. I'm horrified at how downhill this place has gone, it used to be very nice. read more

One of the better nail salons in the area. I am very satisfied with my gel nail ($26) and basic pedicure ($25- great massage). They have a good selection of colors for both gel and polish. They also seem to be able to accommodate larger groups (lots of pedicure chairs!) If you're in the Pflugerville area and need a place to try, Le Nails offers great pedicures.
