This last time was my very last time going. They charged me $91.00 for a WHITE TIP GEL. $91. $91 fucking dollars. For a white tip. I've gotten full colors in gel and they charged me a whole different price under $80. If I could give no stars I would. I called and made an appointment early in the day. I even asked what would be a good time to come. The lady say 6:00. I asked are you sure? 6:00 is good. She assured me 6:00 was good. I get there and say I Have An Appointment. I get Ah OK go sit in the back. I sat with my shoes on in a pedicure seat for 30 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. I should have left but I got it over with. Which is what they seemed to do when giving me and my daughter pedicures. It was not worth the wait or the money. I'm finding a new place. I have gotten my nails and toes done at many places in northwest Austin, and this has been my go to favorite. The staff is friendly, remembers your name, keeps the place clean, and the experience is always pleasant. They do SNS nails, which is better for your nails than solar. From haircuts, coloring, etc to waxing services they do it all with care for details. I regularly get the deluxe pedicure. It's worth the few extra bucks. :) they have 6 massaging pedicure chairs and two small ones for kids. read more

I stopped in here because its around the corner from my house, and my regular salon was booked. I just needed a polish removal. Nothing else. Every other salon has always removed SNS/dip using acetone. This lady pulled out a fake nail and pried the polish off. Then she very quickly just filed off the remainder using the Dremel, and very roughly trimmed down the ends, but left them very uneven. Didn't even put on the seal coat to protect the nails. Absolutely awful. Really wish zero stars was an option. Avoid at all costs!!!!! read more

I live in the neighborhood right across from this salon so it was perfect. I've gone now probably at least 10 times for a gel manicure and pedicure. What I've noticed and why I'm reviewing finally is, now that I've been going regularly, my service is going down hill. I barely get a massage during my pedicure or my feet scrubbed down. They usually do my manicure at the same time which would be fine if I am ever in a rush but I'm never in a rush during a "spa session". I also get gel on my toes and honestly it seems like an inconvenience for them each time. The owner (I think) even went so far to say "oh no, she's gonna be here for 3 hours" last time I walked in. There are employees who do a decent job and they are always busy but overall, I don't feel comfortable going and spending $70+ every 2 weeks for a service that is going downhill. read more

Anita dragged me here. She didn't want to get a pedicure by herself so she insisted I come with her. Ok, ok, I confess, I always go with Anita when she gets her pedicure. What can I say, I love when they razor off the calluses on my feet. Love to have baby soft feet. Anyway, last time we came here an older (really older) woman did my pedicure. She cut my foot badly while trimming the cuticle. When I jumped from the pain she laughed. Seriously, she looked me in the eyes and laughed. It felt sadistic. I'm never going back. That plus the nail salon is the dirtiest I've ever seen. I was afraid I would get some sort of infection after being there. Especially with an open wound. When I got home I doused my foot in rubbing alcohol and applied a liberal amount of Lotrimin to ward off any fungal infection I could have picked up there. I was scared guys. I will not go back. I don't want Anita's feet in their either so we'll both be finding a new nail place. read more

I was here one time and will not return. I had a tech complete a manicure & pedicure for me and she was friendly, but not good. I was wondering if her eyesight was going bad because I was trying to think of excuses as to why she would do such a bad job. She did okay on my feet, but my hands looked like a child painted them. The reason the polish job was bad was because she barely cut any cuticle. She did not appropriately push cuticle back so when she went to cut, she could not grip anything to cut.Then she painted over the cuticles and so the polish was not neat around my cuticle line...two days later when my nails started to grow and the polish flaked from skin, my hands looked terrible, I had to take the polish off. It was a complete waste of my money. read more

Do you think they are talking about you? OH. Yes they are. I came in with my mom who is Vietnamese. They proceeded to talk massive amounts of crap about her. Here's the thing...we both don't look Vietnamese, but we are. My mom was down for getting a mani/pedi. But they all started talking as soon as she came in and she quickly told me she didn't want a mani/pedi and wouldn't tell me why. WELL, They talked about the way she was dressed, where she must be from, and at one point the gentleman (Thai?) even said he thought she might understand what they are saying and that they should be quiet. They acted like she was inferior because she may be "mixed" or not asian....but they knew she was. How clueless can you be? She is 100% Asian and 100% Vietnamese and speaks Chinese also. My mom has class though...She had a game face the entire time and did not say a thing. She even tipped them large amounts and smiled at them the whole time. These idiots are appalling to me and on top of that the gel manicure I got was chipped within a day. AMERICAN Women: THEY ARE talking about you. Don't be mistaken. They are snarky, stuck-up, mean ladies and are very unhappy. Don't let then rain on your parade. read more

I have used this nail solon to have my nails done 3 times. The last time, I was talked into getting a full set which I did. That was last Sunday and I had to travel to Seattle the past week. On Tuesday, my middle finger right hand nail broke for no reason. I have never had a nail break in this manner before and I have been wearing nails for 20 years. On Thursday, my thumb nail broke away from my natural nail, and partially broke off. Today I was watching TV and my index finger tip broke in half. I went back to salon and asked if they would repair my nails and they said no, it had to be within 3 days. I explained that I was traveling and had just gotten back. I have never had nails break like this. and never had a salon be unwilling to correct the problem. I paid in cash or else I would have cancelled the charge. I have never been at any salon who did not honor their work. I will never go back and I will make sure I let everyone I know how they would not correct their mistake. read more

Horrible experience. Cold water for my pedicure and when I asked for hotter water, they just put lukewarm water in. My pedicure was messy, and when I was asking for it to be fixed, they just plopped more nail polish on top of it making it even messier. My manicure was bubbly and my nails were filed unevenly. And when I asked for anything to be fixed they preceded to talk crap about me and my mother. We felt so rushed and the quality of our nails shows it. read more

I am giving three stars rather than two stars simply because I have experienced a range of quality work as well as polite people here. Last week Ty gave me one of the best pedicures. In the past I've gone in for a nail polish change for my hands. This usually includes cut, file, clean, and polish. Generally, the tech asks if I need my nails cut before filing. This person did not ask. She just started filing (very quickly). I asked her to please cut. She said I should have told her to cut before she started. Then I had two nails that needed cleaning. She was reluctant. She did one nail, but not the second. She told me I wasn't paying for a manicure and she wasn't going to do it. I think the take away is to call and ask for someone who is personable and who does quality work. read more

I was very disappointed with my service. Although the employees were friendly, within 5 minutes of removing my acrylic nails they cut my finger so much it was bleeding (not just a little) and then proceeded to superglue it shut. In the end my nails turned out very nice and I liked them, I got the SNS with shallac over, and the shallac is chipping within 24 hours. Not only that my pedicure was not great, they didn't do anything to scrape the skin off my heels, and the polish job is rough, leaving polish on my skin. I was pleased with the kindness the workers showed, but very unhappy that I paid $75 before tip, and my nails look as if they're over a month old, are are currently 36 hours old. read more

When I first starting going to spa pro, I loved it because of their color selection and Nancy (she's great)- But then I started noticing nail shellac nails would come off after a week, sometimes sooner.. So then I decided to only do toes here. I just went in Sunday and got a pedi, but I won't be returning again. The ladies were all talking in their language.. Rubbing my feet looking across the room talking and gossiping. Don't you people know pedicures and manicures are something people go, not only to get their nails trimmed, but also to relax. I want you paying attention to me , the gal sitting in front of you. Rub my dang foot with INTENTION! Turn some relaxing music on, have your TV on chick flics. Offer me some wine! These girls are more interested in talking about everything under the moon, than paying attention to their customer and providing a relaxing "spa" environment. Very disappointing. read more

I've been here many times and before they did a fantastic job. But my most recent time going however, I didn't have the best customer service. When I first got there it was my mom, my sister and I. They were pretty busy, but there were two chairs open for my mom and my sister so I let them go before me because their pedicures would take longer. So I was waiting for quit a while (about an hour) I was mad I had to wait but I knew it wasn't their fault because they were busy and took a while for each person so that they could do their best job. While I was waiting a young woman came in asking for what I saw was a pedicure but I'm not totally sure what she got. They told her there was a wait so she said she would come back later, and so she did. She then came back around an hour after (when I had been waiting longer than her because she came in about 30 minutes after I had gotten there). She told them she had came in before so they started getting water ready for her. When I had been waiting longer. My sister had been done with her pedicure and notified the lady that had done hers that I had been waiting for a while and she got to doing my toes and apologized for the long wait. The pedicure had been done very quickly and more rough than had been done for others. I'm guessing this is because I had been complaining earlier. Another negative is that the nail job was very poor and not worth $35. read more
