I tried giving this place a few tries, but no more. I went to get a pedi and fill set and the lady doing my nails ripped my nails off Instead of soaking them and broke them almost in half. I told her to stop and to soak the rest, very rude. I asked for a nude pink and got some clear pink that look bad so she put color and was worst with all the brush marks on the nails HORRIBLE. THEN MY $55 DOLLAR PEDICURE WAS CRAP NOT EVEN A HOT TOWEL OR HOT STONES OR A LEG MASSAGE. Save your money go elsewhere. read more

My nail tech is normally Lam at Grand Nails check him out! He was busy and I heard that Le Nails where very efficient and quick because they have so many employees. My experience was horrible. I wasn't greeted upon entry, it was very warm, didn't offer me a beverage. They had very little solar colors and the employees where playing cards while I waited. There was a younger lady working there acting very childish and loud. Of course my nail broke in just 2 days so I returned to the same thing as before... 4 ladies playing cards while I waited 25 min for someone to fix one nail. I wouldn't recommend them. read more

I am so disappointed in my experience. I'm not sure who I had do my nails, but within the first five minutes she was rushing through the cuticle cut process and cut straight up skin on my finger that kept bleeding. I had to ask her to wipe some blood off before painting.. otherwise she was just going to paint over it like it wasn't red and crusty. In the end I still had bad looking cuticles so what was the point in being cut at least 3 times. She did well with the gel polish but only because I had to harass her for another layer and to fix areas. Another man employee did my friends gel nails and it is so thin it looks like polish and you can still see the white of her nail. Save your money go elsewhere! read more

The first time I visited this salon the male owner gave me a manicure. He was very rude and borderline abusive telling me I needed to relax as he squeezed my hands. I was convinced I would never return but decided to give it another chance as one of my coworkers had had a good experience with one of the other artists there. I returned another time or two and received decent services. Today, I went in to have my tips/dip nails soaked off. I told the man who was helping me that my one nail was very sore. The male owner was sitting next to him and when he heard my concerns he rudely stated they could not take the nail off without cutting it. I replied, "okay, go ahead". He further commented that if I yelled out it would hurt worse. I reassured him that I had not planned on yelling out and stated to his current client that he was always very rude. Fortunately, the man who helped me was gentle and kind and did a nice job removing my nails and making them look nice after the fact. There seems to be some very talented, friendly stylists at this salon. However, due to the ill treatment that I have received from this nightmare of a salon owner, I will not be returning. PS On another visit, his wife did my eyebrows. She, too, was very rude and abrupt and had no customer service skills. She simply ripped off the wax very quickly and didn't say a word to me. I hate giving a bad review bc I know it has the potential to affect the owner's livelihood, but I also know I rely on honest reviews from other yelpers. A friend had a great SNS manicure from here and I had had so-so experiences here in the past but I tried to give it another try and book with the owner- she said he did her nails. The color turned out lighter than what was shown on the sample so I decided to say something nicely even though I'm usually shy about this kind of stuff, but I thought "hey I'm spending a Good chunk of change for this." He kind of stared at me blank faced and then offered to put shellac over the sns In a darker color. When I said Okay he told me that he couldn't do it. He decided To put a Darker sns over it but the result was an extremely thick nail with color all over my cuticles. I had pointed out the color and he told Me it Would come Off with the oil he rubbed on the cuticles... No kinda bummed I wasted my time and money. read more

First off, the inside of this place is gorgeous, neat and clean! All of their utensils come out the bag fresh so it comforts me know I won't be leaving with something I didn't bring in or ask for ;) I got my nails done here yesterday morning and the young lady was very professional and nice. She wasn't too rough with my hands and she gave a nice massage. My nails came out great, but the problem came the next morning. I woke up and my pinky on my left hand's gel had lifted, 3 nails on my right hand had dents in them. Of course once you've spent money the first thing u think is oh hell naw! So I decided to give them a chance to rectify the situation. The gentleman at the front had me sit down and fixed not only the 4 nails I came in about but found another nail he didn't like and him and the other young lady fixed it promptly and quickly. They were still very awesome about the situation and treated me very kindly. And the best part, they didn't make me pay LOL. This was my first time here and likely my last. They charge $2 extra for taking off gel polish even when getting another gel mani afterwards. Obviously the actual cost isn't the issue, it's that it isn't listed on the menu and isn't verbally disclosed until you are paying. I find that dishonest as well as not customary for any nail spa that I've ever been to across the country. Furthermore, my color wasn't even and the polish on some nails would go to my cuticle and others would look like I had a week of growth. The only positive would be that the eyebrow wax was decent. There are at least 3 other nail spas on the same road within a mile or 2 so this salon really needs to step it up. read more

Went here because my usual nail salon is closed on Sundays. They did an ok job but not as good as my regular salon. It seemed like they rushed through because so many people were waiting. Came for pedicure and acrylics. Waited over an hour w my feet in the tub for some reason ? Why put me there if your not ready. Ok they started my toes @ 7:15, they close at 7:30. Obviously she finished around 8... This was for my bachelorette party weekend so I was really excited for my nails of course. She said no acrylics for me only polish(cuz they were already closed at this time however, there were still other customers there too). I was so upset because I didn't have time go anywhere before I flew out. If you are too busy for customers please tell them to come back a different day when they first walk in, because I could have driven somewhere else instead of sitting there waiting for something I did not want. Le Nails is the best!! A co worker suggested I try it after we noted her gel manicures lasted much longer than the 14 days. I have been for pedicures, waxes and gel manicures and never left dissapointed. All of the ladies who work there are friendly and do a great job. My mom drives from Georgetown every 2 weeks for her gel mani and pedicure with Rachel and hasn't been back to her old nail plsce which wss just minutes from her house. I have been a getting my nails done at this salon for several months. NEVER had a bad experience. Today that changed. If you want to have a foreign language verbal assault as you get your nails done - this is your place. If you want to be insulted and yelled at as you complain about a terrible job this is what will happen here. My daughter repeatedly told her technician that she was filing the edges of her nails too narrow. She was completely IGNORED! Then when I complained I was told to come back tomorrow. Uh..NO. My nails look like pink lumpy jelly beans. When I told my guy -- (the one with a lipstick print tattoo on his neck) while he was yelling in a foreign language yo other nail technicians the ENTIRE time he was attempting to do my nails -- he told me he would fix. He didn't. When he told me I was finished and I complained. He proceeded to be disrespectful and yell at me in a foreign language. When I told him that his actions were not how any customer should be treated he THEN offered to fix our nails before we left. I told him I didn't want him touching me or my daughter anymore. We were the last customers and at this point I felt unsafe. We left with terrible looking nails. We will NEVER go back I hope that this review helps someone else make another choice. One last thing, there was a lady next to me getting a full set. When she came in she said she wanted lashes. She kept asking her nail person who would be doing her lashes. They kept ignoring her. Finally she got stern and reminded that she came in expecting her lashes done. No acknowledgement whether they would do this. Finally she is told (by my disrespectful nail person) they don't have lash supplies. Again, in a foreign language there was a disrespectful toned dialogue directed toward that poor customer. I called around to check prices before deciding on Le Nails last Wednesday. I was in need of a pedicure and eyebrow waxing. I was also looking to get in fast. This was around 3:30 in the afternoon. Prices were average for the area. The pedicure was either $25 or $26 and the eyebrow waxing was $10. There was just one lady getting her nails done so I was taken to a pedicure station immediately after selecting my color. They have a large variety of colors, btw. It also looked like they have plenty of extra nail services to offer...tips, etc. This place is nice. They are fairly new and appeared to be very clean. The lady who did my pedicure was very friendly and nice. We chatted some but she basically let me zone out and enjoy myself. There are several levels of pedicures offered. I chose the $25 one which included a soaking in the tub, heels, hot towel on my calves and calf massage. My toes look great and my heels are still nice and smooth. My eyebrows look great too after my waxing. For $35/$36 dollars plus tip I am very pleased with what I walked out with. Also, they gave me a punch card that goes toward....something. I forget what, but it's a nice gesture and incentive for me to return. Which I plan to do =) read more

I really wanted to like this salon. It's clean and very spacious. You don't feel like you are bumping into everything to walk around. There are plenty of stations and chairs. The staff was very friendly and welcoming! HOWEVER, my gel nails are already peeling off and it's only been 4 days. My sister had a great pedicure by another lady. I was discouraged looking on Yelp for nail places and came across the positive reviews for this business. I moved here from Seattle, and the quality of some of the other places I have been in Texas have been subpar at best. I made sure I was there right at 9:30, as some of the reviews said the place can be very busy and I didn't want to wait. There were already people right at 9:32 which I think is pretty indicative of the quality of the work that is being done. I didn't have to wait. The staff was friendly, but not overly so which I prefer. The amenities are very nice. They have 16 pedicure chairs and two small chairs for children. The establishment is esthetically nice with granite and wood tile. Very clean. They use plastic covers on the pedicure basins. I opted for an organic pedicure $50.00 and organic manicure $30.00 plus the gel. Includes hot stone, menthol mask, and sugar scrub. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and atmosphere. The person doing my nails was rude and too busy having a conversation with someone across the room to even realize there was someone sitting in front of her. She was also very rough when working on my cuticles. I should have said something, but I felt awkward doing so, since she hadn't actually said a word to me the whole time I had been in front of her. Then the gentleman at the front overcharged me for the manicure, which I only knew because someone came up and told him and he had to do a refund. Of course, he only refunded the extra amount for services, not the extra for the tip; which I didn't realize until I left. (My fault, not theirs, but still you think they would have checked.) The manicure didn't even last a full day before it started wearing off, even with my being gentle with my nails. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. read more

I love this place! For my birthday present, I was told to spoil myself. I met Rachel's mom in the Walmart establishment where she would do my eyebrows and sometimes manicures. She told me to call her daughter because she would take care of my needs and when I did Rachel was the most personable person I have ever met over the phone. The hospitality did not stop there, Rachel made me an appointment with her trusted employee Lindsey who was just as sweet. She catered to my every need from my head to my toes; e..g., providing me with some wine so that I could relax and a much needed chair massage. I decided to get my eyebrows tinted to see what they would like tattooed. I will definitely be going forward with the tattoo in a few weeks. I cannot afford this service often; however. I will definitely be returning for maintenance. I cannot figure out why this place would get bad reviews, all of the employees are so nice and courteous. My friend and I always go get pedis together. And afterwards, we walk to The Growler Bar to enjoy a few beverages. We used to like this place because of the location, and because they use the plastic covers in the pedi chair bowls, and it just seems cleaner. However, the past 2 times we've gone, we've had poor experiences. This last time, a young guy, who I'd never seen before, was the worst! I swear this had to be the first pedicure he's ever done. He cut my toenails super short on one foot, and left them long on the other foot. Then, when he started polishing, the nail polish was too thick and he left a clump on my big toe, and then just kept applying coats on top of it. I had to tell him that the huge clump was not going to go away, and he needed to remove the polish and start over. The nail tech that my friend got was an older lady that we'd also never seen before, and she cut my friend's toe and massacred her polish. This place has also recently done away with their loyalty cards. Time to find a new nail place... read more
