My friend and I always go get pedis together. And afterwards, we walk to The Growler Bar to enjoy a few beverages. We used to like this place because of the location, and because they use the plastic covers in the pedi chair bowls, and it just seems cleaner. However, the past 2 times we've gone, we've had poor experiences. This last time, a young guy, who I'd never seen before, was the worst! I swear this had to be the first pedicure he's ever done. He cut my toenails super short on one foot, and left them long on the other foot. Then, when he started polishing, the nail polish was too thick and he left a clump on my big toe, and then just kept applying coats on top of it. I had to tell him that the huge clump was not going to go away, and he needed to remove the polish and start over. The nail tech that my friend got was an older lady that we'd also never seen before, and she cut my friend's toe and massacred her polish. Made an appointment on a Saturday at 11am. Went and was rushed through my entire appointment. I said that I wanted them almond shaped and she said that wasn't possible because they were too short (why not make the tip longer). The worst part for me is that I paid $40 and she didn't go all the way back to the start of my nail. I walked out with them looking like a weeks worth of growth. Just disappointing for me. read more

I've been to le nails a few ties and it seems like they really take their time and do a thorough job. The atmosphere is pretty average but good, not above and beyond but nice and relaxing. The have a great selection of colors and the folks there are really friendly. I'm happy with the work they do. read more

I have recently started seeing Lindsey and she is the best at gel manicures! I moved to Pflugerville end of Dec 2015 and tried most all the nail salons in the Stonehill area and ended returning to my beloved Beverly Nails in Cedar Park - which if you are in that area - UNTIL I was recommended to see Lindsey! She is amazing! Gel manicures can be tricky if not applied correctly so that the polish will stay on for two weeks! Lindsey does not leave air bubbles in the polish and is just as fanatical about your nails and toes looking great as I am! So glad to have found her amazing work! the lady who did my nails was nice but there were a lot of issues. Their color selection isn't great (especially when it comes to neutral shades) and she shaped my coffin nails very poorly. I chose to do a shellac (gel) full set and the polish she used was incredibly viscous and dry. Also, she cut me multiple times then applied glue to my cuts to get them to stop bleeding. It wasn't a great experience, only giving them two stars because my technician was nice. read more

First time trying this place. My usual nail place is closer to work, and I really wanted a pedicure today. They did a great job. When I walked in it was a little busy but to be expected on a Saturday. I waited about 20 minutes sitting in the chair so no problem. Even with they business I received a great pedi. My first and last time here. I chose Le Nails based on the positive reviews. My manicurist is out of the country until month end and I really needed a fill and some repairs. Next time, I'll wait! The positives: a) Salon is spacious and clean. b) No wait time c) Large selection of colors to choose from. d) Was offered a beverage when I was seated. The negatives: a) Manicurist looked at my nails, while removing my polish, like something was wrong with them. She kept stopping & peering at them. b) Her drill bits were kept stored in a small metal tin, which had nail dust in it. c) Her tools were not cleaned or sanitized prior to being used on me. d) She abraded my cuticles several times with the drill bits, no apology offered. e) Emery boards were also used. f) When I tried to pay before my nails were polished, she acted like she didn't understand me. However, when I thanked her for carrying my purse to the nail dryers, she replied with a no problem. I could also hear her having a conversation with the woman who sat with her after me. You shouldn't be hurting at the nail salon. I went in today after work to get the SNS (dip powder) taken off of my nails and to get them cut down. I just needed a nail fixed but I was tired of the color and having super long nails. I asked for a cut down and a removal. I'm not sure if it was a communication mishap but things did not happen like I expected. He started to buff the polish but instead of soaking them in alcohol or continuing to buff the polish off, he cut my nails at awkward angles and used an acrylic nail to pry the polish off of my nails. If he was having trouble he would cut them more until he could pop the polish off. It was very painful and I told him it was hurting. Once the polish was off one nail was cut down to the quick. I asked for a buff and shape and he hastily filed and buffed, leaving all of my nail uneven and looking very rough. I had high hopes considering the reviews but I will not be returning. I know it was only $10 but you should always have quality work no matter the cost. read more

LeNails provides an excellent customer experience. Lan does the best pedicures and eyebrows, she takes her time and gives the best massage. Le, the owner, does the best SNS nails. I'm very particular and usually get SNS biweekly, but when Le does my SNS nails, they last for three weeks and still look great!!!! Love this place. read more

I walked in the door at 7:02 p.m., a lady stops me in my tracks and states they are closed. I told her it was only 7:02 and she said she was leaving and besides that, no customers were coming in. I use to go here other week. April 14th the day of my birthday dinner I stopped here to get a pedicure. I left work at 9:30 and arrived there at 10:00am I was asked what service I was getting and told to go to the other side to wait for someone to do my pedicure. I watched people come in after me get there feet done and I was still waiting. Once she started my pedicure I asked her about the package I was supposed to be getting because it was already going on 2 hours I'd been there. I told her to just give me the regular pedicure because I'd been waiting too long. I went to pay and I asked why I was being charged extra when I got the regular pedicure I was told it was because they used a scrub on my legs. I gave my card and let them know of my dislike of the service I received today. The owners daughter proceeded to argue with me about the time I arrived to the shop. I stopped her by saying you are very unprofessional arguing with a customer. She then said I was just trying to let you know. No you can't let me know something that I'm telling you. Especially when you were busy on the other side. That was the last time I've been there. They will never get another dime of my hard earned money. read more

I have been going to this salon for about a year. I have been pretty happy with the job they do. The place seems very clean. Sometimes I would get someone who did a great job, and sometimes I would get someone who just did an okay job. I love their hours, and that I can do walk-ins. They offer you a drink, which is nice. The manager is not at all friendly, but most of the girls are very friendly. However, the last three times I have been in, the manager has given me the same lady. I was not really very happy with the other two pedis she did, but the last time I went in, she did a really poor job on the polish. My favorite part of a pedi is the feet and leg massage, and I pay a little extra, for that. She did not do thorough massages, and the massages were shorter in length than I had ever received from the other girls before her. The worse part though, was she washed off the file and pumice bar with the dirty water that my feet were still in, and placed the itms back inside the cart she was using, as if they were clean. Even though I had mostly good experiences there, I would just never go there again. If this lady does this in front of a customer, I doubt I was the first or last customer on which she will use dirty items. I have to wonder, now, about the how the rest of the girls clean their items. read more
