I've been seeing Sydney for years at Pink Cherry Nails. When she isn't available, I'll see her sister, Sarah. They both do a phenomenon job on acrylic nails. The vibe in the salon is good. I like that they don't blast music or try to keep up with the times like the other salons. My only feedback is that I wish they had more color options and got new colors in. read more

I'd had several pedicures here over the last few years and the quality has gone very downhill. My last pedicure at this salon was an awful experience. The woman who did my most recent pedicure here was incredibly rude and rough, rough enough that I have no desire to return to this salon. She also cut my skin around two of my toes which was painful for a few days following my service. read more

The nails done came out good. However, the falsely added charges are something that should not be occurring at a salon. They will put the full amount on the screen for you to pay after services are done without providing a receipt, it was only after I requested a receipt did the gentleman(Tim) in the front print one out and handed to me. After reviewing my items I noticed excessive charges for services I DID NOT receive. I did not request a 'long length' and the oxymoron of separate line items charging for 'cut shorter' and then 'long length' is beyond comprehension. I already had nails on to begin with. These business practices are unethical. I would not consider going here again without receiving a proper line itemization prior to paying. At the end of my service Nail tech Sarah continued to inform me that I should make an appointment before coming in which I DID. I proceeded tell her multiple times that I did. It appears as if Tim at the front scheduled me in between another client she had coming .This would be an internal error, not a customer facing issue...I did make an appointment and I'm not quite sure why she felt the need to mention to me. read more

Came here to get my nails done for my wedding and showed a very clear reference photo. I was told they could do it, so I sat down. Immediately, a man had to explain the design to the nail tech, who looked unsure of what she was doing. The nail tech never introduced herself on top of that and did not even ask what I wanted done. I wasn't offered a drink, even though every other customer around me were offered one. The whole experience felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. Halfway through, it became obvious the nails looked NOTHING like the photo. I asked where the white part of the design was supposed to come from, and she shrugged and said she didn't know. That alone says everything. If you don't know how to execute a design, don't tell customers you can. At checkout, I showed the photo again and explained that my nails looked nothing like what I asked for. Instead of owning the mistake, I was told it was "the lighting in the photo." Completely dismissive and honestly insulting. Lighting does not change the entire design and color. I spent $80 on nails I didn't want, right before my wedding. This was a waste of time, money, and trust. No accountability, no professionalism, and no concern for customer satisfaction. I will never return and strongly advise brides or anyone wanting detailed nail art to go elsewhere. Not to mention the fact that the nail inspiration photo has clear instructions on how to obtain the look. Photo on the left is the look I wanted and the right is what I got. First time customer: I called in to see if they takes walk ins and they had availability for two pedicures. I had V and she did my pedicure. Talk about attention to detail. Feet turned out fantastic!! Such great customer service. My sister had Teresa doing her pedicure and she was quick and very attentive. Her feet look great as well. The place has a great vibes Nice and cozy The bathrooms are very clean Super friendly staff! Most definitely will come back to this place even though it's out of our way I will definitely make a trip!! If you haven't been here you are missing out!! read more

I'm very surprised to see that this nail shop only has 4.5 stars. They definitely deserve 5 stars. I've been getting my nails done here for about 7 years by Gina. Gina does a wonderful job, pays attention to detail and always gives amazing customer service. I've also had the pleasure of getting my nails done by other techs in the shop. Love the staff here! They're so nice and attentive. They pays attention to details and are very efficient. I've been coming here for years now and nothing compares to Sydney's and Gina's work! They truly are wizards. My nails are magic every time I step out of here. I've done gel, gel-X, and SNS. The designs are always on point and they ask if I'm satisfied throughout the process. I'd recommend this place for sure, every tech I've gotten has given me a great service and they're always so friendly. When I called, the owner was extremely accommodating - she booked me for a pedicure and gel manicure that same day. Pretty happy with my overall experience! I'm not sure what happened to this salon I've been going there for the past two years and it used to be amazing. I think they changed management, because when I recently went to get my nails done, I ended up with the worst set I've ever had. I told them how unhappy I was, and they asked me to come back the next day. How did they turn out, you might ask? Slightly better than before, but still ugly and to make matters worse, the French tip started chipping after just one day! I am so impressed with Pink Cherry Nails! This was my first time and Sarah and Sydney delivered! Sarah checked in with me regularly to make sure I was comfortable and happy with my nails each step of the way. I added nail art after my booking so Sarah did as much of it as she could before needing to leave so Sydney took over half way through and did just as awesome of a job. Love my new set! Booked an appointment on a whim when I was up near Cedar Park and saw that Sarah had good reviews. I booked for a acrylic set refill with a design. Wasn't totally sure what I wanted, but I left notes when I scheduled my appointment online that I had a clear base with a chrome design and was considering something similar, but also curious about 3D nails. Showed up about 5 minutes early, quickly showed them a couple inspo photos and narrowed down on my decision. Sarah was really great and friendly and thorough, checking to make sure I liked the shape and that she didn't hurt my cuticles when she was filing. The design turned out great and she was super sweet! Priced well and would absolutely go back. This set took about an hour and a half for the refill and design. read more

The service here is so lovely. I got an SNS dip with french tips, and chrome, plus a standard pedicure. When Sarah was finished with my nails I was stressing about time and didn't think I would have enough time for the pedicure I booked. (My fault, I am going on vacation and need to finish packing, when my previous self booked the appointment, I had planned to have everything ready to go.) Theresa was able to speedily do my pedicure while maintaining the high quality. I will definitely be coming back. This was my first time getting acrylic nails. I saw a photo with someone with chrome green nails and that was my inspiration. When I got to the salon and saw the purple metallic chrome, I was in love. Gina was very informative with telling me when I should come in for a fill and what to look for. She told me my nails might feel tight for a couple of hours as this was my first time getting acrylics. We talked about length/shape. Very happy and can not get over how amazing they look. This was my third time visiting, and I've loved every dip mani I've received. Today Sydney did a rose gold ombre dip and I'm obsessed. I think I'll have to call this my go-to for awhile. I'm glad I stepped outside of my comfort zone it's a winner. This isn't the closest nail salon to my house, job or anywhere else I really need to go. This is a long overdue review but I've been going to Pink Cherry Nails for the past 5 years every 3-4 weeks. I always see Gina for my SNS manicure and have been seeing Dianne for my gel pedicures. They do an amazing job. Gina is so detail oriented which I appreciate. My nails always turn out perfect (and I'm very OCD about my nails). They have so many color options and are able to do every crazy design and style that I show them from Pinterest! I've received many compliments from strangers asking for the info of this salon. The spa itself is always clean and welcoming. They offer a beverage as soon as you sit down (wine, sodas, water). I appreciate how easy it is to make appointments on their website too. I've even broken nails a few times in the past and made a last minute appointment to have them fixed and they have not charged me which is really nice. All in all, don't hesitate to try this place out! I drive 30 mins each way to go here and there are much closer nail salons to my house but I refuse to go anywhere else since the quality, service, and pricing can't be beat! Just had the best pedicure! I've been going to this place since they opened and they never disappoint. Very clean, friendly service, and I always leave feeling great about the outcome, even sometimes better than I expected. This time especially because last summer I broke a toe and the nail was not quite grown out all the way but they added a little acrylic to make it match the others. I'm so happy about the results! Thersa did a fantastic job on my pedicure! My daughter also had a pedicure by Anna and hers was wonderful as well. Gina did my nails today and I'm completely in love with my nails and Gina. I normally see Sidney who also does an absolutely fabulous job on my nails. I highly recommend this nail salon. I cannot say enough good things about them. They are so sweet and so talented . I have been to several salons in the city since I moved here two months ago and this was by far the best service, and quality I have received. The owner did a great job of helping me pick out the polish that would achieve the look I wanted and Gina was fantastic at changing my dip powder to to a gel manicure. She was so pleasant as was the woman who did my pedicure. I was offered a drink and everyone was very kind. This is the most I have ever liked my nail design. While it was more expensive than I usually pay, I got what I paid for. I definitely recommend them! read more

I'm hard on my hands and tips help me grow them out, but lots of time it can look THICK and obvious. All my manicures at Pink Cherry are perfect, they're careful with my real nails, and they have a light and gentle touch. I've been in a few times and tried different nail techs, and all of them are friendly (how do they remember so many names?!), gentle and professional, the salon is clean and hygienic, and I love how REAL my nails look! Also, as someone who hates talking on phones, I love the convenience of online bookings, especially since they can get pretty busy for walk-ins! They're officially my new nail salon! honestly really didn't wanna write this review because the staff was nice for the most part but was so disappointed.came in about 2 weeks ago to get a gel x manicure got simple chrome nails and one week in a nail popped off then another and another within 2 weeks lost 3 nails based on poor application they all popped off doing normal tasks to the point where i didn't even notice ,glue is still on the nail and is smooth.I called even to see if there was a way to fix the situation and they just told me I had to pay to get it fixed even though my boyfriend had already paid about 85 including tip for them to not even last.wouldn't recommend. read more

I made an appointment a few days before, but even though I was right on time, I still had to wait another 15 minutes. Seems like only two women were on call. The woman who helped me was really nice and explained why she thought sugaring was better than waxing. She mentioned that they've been getting a lot of first time customers who normally go to the European Wax Center that is close by! I personally found sugaring to be more painful than waxing, but at least it didn't take too long. Given that the prices tend to be the same as waxing at their competitor, I think I'll probably stick to waxing unless they offer some cool promos or deals in the future.

The outcome was clearly due to a lack of communication. The stylist could not speak English, which made it impossible to clearly explain what I wanted or didn't want. This isn't about race -- I'm Asian as well -- it's about basic communication. If we can't communicate, the result speaks for itself. I won't name the stylist because I don't want anyone personally targeted, but I will not be returning. I'd rather pay double to work with a stylist I can clearly communicate with.

My technician filed my nails down twice to completely start over, which left my natural nails extremely thin and sensitive. By the end of the appointment my cuticles were cut and bleeding, and several of my fingers were raw and irritated around the nail beds. I didn't ask for anything crazy literally just square nails with one solid color. The absolute most basic nails you could get. I should've stayed home, saved myself the money, headache, and pain. Throughout the entire appointment I was asking her to make adjustments and explaining what needed to be fixed, but she still couldn't seem to understand what I was asking for. Multiple nails are uneven, the sides are over-filed, and the shaping is inconsistent. After sitting there for four hours and not getting anywhere with the technician, I went to the front desk to explain what had happened, and the receptionist literally laughed in my face like it was a joke. A nail appointment should never leave someone with cuts, bleeding fingers, and nails that look like this after spending that much time and money. I'm attaching photos so people can see the condition my nails and skin were in when I walked out. Will never be returning here again that's for sure.

I'm a dental hygienist- I manage bacteria and biofilm for a living with sterile instruments all day. NOBODY is getting near my eyes, the only pair. I'll ever get, without being clean. Period. 2- Professional. Just meet her. 3- Fast! The girl knows what she's doing and gets it done. 4- Fabulous. See pics and story. I've gotten my lashes done by many people and for a long time. This is it. I followed her from her previous salon. And will continue to do so. So we went to NYC for New Year's Eve in Times Square 2019. I'm including a pic before lashes (me in white top at church by the tree with my honey) as a reference. I thought I looked good in this pic.... until I went to write this review and include pics of how well my lashes did in extreme circumstances. The next pic is our 6am flight- tired- with my honey. Y'all I don't wake up looking like that without Lisa's magic. That day we rode planes, trains, automobiles (ha! Like the movie!) and the Staten Island Ferry. Then a few fab places (windy at the Met pictured) to visit, walked the length of 5th Avenue and then on to our night out in Times Square. We had been walking around all day in the rain: we weren't allowed umbrellas... if you watched it on tv you saw CNN coverage where the took Andy Cohen and Anderson Coopers umbrella away because of security- so you know this girl wasn't getting one. Then you see us before during and after the ball drop- please- zoom in and note the water on our faces. It was pouring. Do you know what mascara/eyeliner would have looked like??? I don't have to wear eyeliner because the lashes do enough for what I'm looking to achieve. ROBIN THICKE. Yup- we ran into him on his way exiting our hotel- close enough to say happy new year, make eye contact and grab a quick pic. Y'all I was a wet rat by then after tons of rain, confetti and tears of joy- and Robin still got to see some pretty lashes. #hotterinperson Moving on- I'm distracted. Now here's the important part: the next pics including Wicked and Rockefeller Center tree and the red and black sweater are all AFTER... these lashes were still on point and holding strong... making me feel beautiful and confident and not having to do a dang thing but brush them. Go. To. Lisa. Like now. Well not right now because I'm probably getting mine done again- but go get you an appointment, I promise you won't regret it.

Her place is adorable and she is so sweet and knowledgeable of what she does!
