Best Nail Spot in ATX! This place is hands down the best nail salon in Austin! My bestie and I walked in around 7 PM hoping to get our toes done, and even though they were busy, they kindly asked us to come back at 8:30 -- and we're so glad we did. They took their time with both of us, and the results are absolutely stunning. Our toes look flawless, and the attention to detail was top-tier. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, even that late in the evening. You can tell they really care about their work and making sure you leave happy. This is kinda painful; but I gotta leave a completely honest review the customer service (sweet lady) was great, but the actual service and cleanliness was TRASH! 1. I watched her try to hurry and wipe down the filthy chair she told me to sit in...then make me a drink, using her naked unwashed hand to get the ice from the tray 2. She was the only one working that day and that there should have been my cue to leave. Halfway through my pedicure (I came for a pedi and refill with a Valentine's design) a customer came on that had an appointment while I was in the chair...I felt awkward and told her after she finished my feet she could just take care of her and I'll wait....speaking of feet! I've never had anyone use a drill on my toes for a basic pedicure and I know my toes and that damn bad lol!! 3. After running errands; against my better judgment I returned...mind you I need a refill, we'll she said fuck that part and proceeded to do the sns powder dip stuffsomething in my soul that it wouldn't go well; but I didn't wanna fuss. .....needless to say, my index finger nail broke off that day while typing at work, and within a week I was missing 7 nails‍ if they didn't charge as much as other places I wouldn't even trip; but for this price I should've went to my normal spot where I get what I pay for, it's clean and all the instruments are fresh, I watched her take the same tools she used on me and used on the chick with the appointment Yep I won't be back...the lady was super sweet; but I work to hard for my coins to waste like that. I have been to Nailaholic twice now and will be a returning customer! I discovered them on Classpass and chose to pay a visit because of the gorgeous photos of their work on the app and on Instagram. They're a charming, family-run salon that offers a wonderful customer experience. I received a gel pedicure and full set of acrylics this last visit. Pedicure used classpass credits but for the fresh acrylics and tip I paid $80. Ly is incredibly detail oriented. She was so meticulous about my nails and took the time to make sure I liked them throughout the process. I struggle with acrylics because techs I've used in the past have been aggresive and my nails/cuticles are sore for the first couple of days, but Ly is so talented and I didn't have this issue at all. It is clear that this family cares about their work and they take the time to make sure everyone leaves satisfied and I noticed this in their treatment of other clients there at the time as well. Because it is just the three of them, be prepared to spend some time there especially if its busy and for a fresh set of acrylics. This is a hidden gem! Lee and her husband just opened this cozy salon a few months ago. It's very clean and organized. I came in for a regular manicure. Lee brought out books with the polish colors for me to choose from while she got started prepping. Her husband retrieved the color I picked and put the bottle in a shaker to make sure it was mixed well. Then they provided a drink menu with several options including Vietnamese coffee! Lee was quick but did a good job on my nails. There are 5-6 massage pedicure chairs, so I'll be back when I need a pedicure. Check this place out and support a small family business! read more

Got an acrylic manicure, I was probably here for about a little over an hour. I came in with a reference picture and they did not disappoint. My nails looks exactly like the reference I would definitely come back here again. The nail tech and her daughter were funny and played music the whole time which made it feel comfortable, the fact is that I was so relaxed I almost feel asleep. This review is on a lip and eyebrow wax. I booked the appointment for 11. That's what time they open. They didn't arrive to open the shop until 11:05. I had to wait for them to get everything set up. I get it, we're all late from time to time. But goodness, it was a bad wax job! She put the wax too far out each time. On one application she straight up took my eyebrow wax line into my hair! She proceeded to rip out a few long hairs! She then tried to clean it up by rubbing it around, ugh! She left wax on certain parts of my face, she basically waxed my eyelid on one place and then the epic harsh rub of the entire face... geez, I'm pretty sure she added a year's worth of wrinkles around the eye area. Very nice staff (only reason for 2 stars) but ruined my nails. I was the only one in the shop on a Friday at 5pm so I should have took that as a sign. I got dip done the day before a trip (no tips, dip on real nails). They used the hardest grind with to much pressure making my entire nail thinner than it's even been. I stopped them multiple times to ask for a less coarse tip and that it was starting to burn because there was nothing for them to grind off other than my real nail! Within 2 days all the nails were broken or cracked beyond repair. This has never happened to me with Dip powder. I had to have the rest removed and now waiting for the nails to heal from this damage. read more

Teresa does an amazing job! It is hard to find someone who paints the polish all the way back. She is very detailed and my nails last longer because the paint goes all the way back to my cuticle. The entire staff is friendly, they offer free drinks and always ask to make sure you are happy. I would recommend coming to this salon. read more

I had an appointment at 11:30 for two services. Unfortunately they only had one person working and she was in the middle of another appointment. They tried to tell me to come back but after waiting until 12pm for my 11:30am appointments, I had to leave. Unfortunately I can't rate the services as I didn't receive them. I would have loved a phone call to tell me that there was not staff to complete my appointments at the scheduled time. I know things are rough everywhere but like everyone else, my time is valuable and I lost over an hour of my day on this and now have to get my nails done on another day. The owner did contact me to apologize and try to make it right which I appreciate very much. Life happens to everyone but when you book an appointment for services and then can have them performed it certainly doesn't make for a good experience. read more

I just had an excellent walk-in appointment, and was pleased with the cleanliness of the salon, sterilized tools, and above all friendly and efficient service by Teresa and Tracey. An old gel manicure was a mess and they removed it, cleaned up my nails/trimmed cuticles and did a regular polish to spiff me up - all in about 35 minutes...plus a great massage. This place is so good! The work is perfect every time! I get dip nail /SNS and this is the only place I've ever found that includes a cuticle trim and a hand massage with the service. That's right, no extra cost for the cuticle work, which means your nails look perfect every time you leave, Like a perfect, fresh manicure. Even better - the nails last! They don't lift up or pop off like at other places I've been to. I only go back for a fresh dip when the color grows out too much. It's great! They're great at pedicures too. No other customers in salon, all 3 employees on their phones. I was never offered a drink, no one ever said a word to me entire time. I got the mani/pedi both at same time, both girls amazingly finished at exact same moment, Then the two girls got up and went back on their phones, leaving me to wonder what to do next. After a bit, I asked are you through and they nodded, then one came over and sprayed something on my feet and said check out now. I paid and there was no thank you, goodbye, nothing. Came here for the first time Yesterday evening for an acrylic fill and gell polish walk in. I am BEYOND amazed at the outcome of my nails She even fixed the shape from the original 2 week growth nails. They are very kind and nice in there as well! I accidentally left my ring in the shop yesterday and they called me this morning to inform me I left it to come pick it up The honesty from them just made me to always wanna come back! Friendly service, nice polish selection, competitive pricing, long-lasting pedicures. The ventilation could be improved a bit, but it's not bad and I've only noticed it when the shop is busy. Updating my original review from five to three stars: Your experience here really depends on which nail tech you get. There are a few ladies who are really great, but I've twice had a tech who painfully dug deep into the quicks of my big toes (which aren't particularly sensitive). I would still give this shop another try, but I think their newer staff needs more guidance from the more experienced techs. read more

This place is awesome ONLY when their owners are in town. Unfortunately they leave for 3-4 months out of the year. I'm pretty disappointed in my nails today.
