DO NOT COME HERE. This place needs to go out of business. I have never had a worse experience at a nail salon or any establishment. Filed 2 of my nails until they bled, one was bruised and didn't apologize. (Update: they might be infected!!!) Each nail is a different length and shape and charged 40$ for an acrylic removal. She said this added cost is because they're "special removal". Whatever that means, I payed it anyway. I couldn't find any pricing online or in the store. It feels like they're just charging whatever and it feel extremely sketchy. I gave her exact change and she gave me the nastiest look realizing there was no tip. Usually when I get my acrylics removed it costs 15$. It also took them around an hour, usually I'm out in 10-15 minutes. My nails now have weird idents where she drilled to hard. My nails started splitting despite later despite being healthy prior. I will take accountability, I should've left at this point, I have no idea why I stayed and continued the painful service. The staff is not friendly. She started shaping my nails before the acrylic was fully removed(I'll attach a photo below). When I asked her if she was using acetone, she said no, because I was bleeding. I asked if she would use acetone and actually remove the acrylics like I asked. She ended up soaking my nails in acetone 3 separate times(which was painful). She ended up getting it all off. once it was off she continued to file, which hurt, included using the drill file under my nails thinning them out. The filing techniques had no regard for nail integrity and health. Please don't come here if you don't want your nails destroyed. UPDATE: they called me twice and showed no remorse and offered no solution. My name also wasn't connected to my appointment when I called, so they went out of their way to find my personal number. This made me extremely uncomfortable and crossed multiple boundaries. If they wanted to reach out they shoudve done it a different way. She was nice but was basically saying I was lying and to take it down and insinuated I couldn't afford the 40$ and that's why I was complaining. Extremely insulting. She then tried to get me to come back In to get acrylics. FOR FULL PRICE. The conversation then got extremely hostile, and I hung up. My original review was much more considerate and kind but that response was gross, accusatory and had 0 empathy, so I upated it. I really question these people's morals. I added photos of my nails to show the damaged. I've never left a yelp review before but I've never had such a terrible experience. I've been getting my nails done for 5 years and have never had a problem with a nail salon. Even if some people had a good experience don't risk it. Please don't come her if you don't want your nails destroyed. This is dangerous and negligent. UPDATE 2: my nails are in worse condition than yesterday. read more

Hands down the worst pedicure I've ever gotten . I paid $65 for a 20 min pedicure she suggested the "smart" pedicure when I requested callus remover (did the blade runner for like 10 seconds) made me bleed, tried covering it up then drenched it in alcohol so it burned and no massage at all . I came here as an emergency and I regret it so much. I pay 65$ at my other nail salon and literally get paraben wax A MASSAGE hot rock massage everything . Also this yelp page is fake it has nothing to do with the real place it even has a completely different name. Horrible service! I went here two weeks ago for a full set. I have never has such a terrible experience at a salon. the nails were lopsided and took a very long time. the nail tech seemed like she had no idea what she was doing. beside that the staff was AWFUL. I present white but speak Armenian. the nail techs didn't know I could understand them the whole time. ive never experienced such nasty customer service. they said so many terrible things about me and my appearance. not to mention the nails were incredibly expensive for the quality of service provided.
