Well, even the best laid plans for Christmas can go awry and send you out on Christmas Eve for a…read morecouple of last-minute gifts. I was so impressed with the inventory that this store had, any kind of shoe you want they have it. But the highlight of my experience here was the employees! They were all so welcoming and helpful and patient while helping me find the exact shoes I was looking for. When I was finally ready to check out the ladies behind the register were so sweet and accommodating. I wish I had gotten names, but I do know the manager was amazing and said she had to work Christmas Day because they don't close. I will definitely be back here to shop again, with the crunch of the holidays and how hard retail staff work I can't believe how incredibly high their spirits were. Thank you.

I originally planned to buy a pair of shoes for each of my two children, but this store had very…read morelimited options for kids' shoes. After trying on just one shoe and letting my child run a few steps to see if it fit properly, a male employee immediately came over with a very rude attitude and demanded to know where we had taken the shoe from, as if he was more worried about the display being disturbed than helping a customer. How are customers supposed to buy shoes without trying them on first? When shopping for children's shoes, it's completely normal for kids to walk or run a few steps to make sure the shoes fit comfortably. To make matters worse, a female employee also had a very unpleasant attitude and looked annoyed the entire time, making it clear that customers were not welcome. I decided to leave immediately. We went to WSS instead, where the service was excellent and the selection of children's shoes was much better. We quickly found and purchased two pairs of shoes. My advice to others: think twice before shopping here. Respecting customers should be the bare minimum in any business. If normal shoe fitting is treated like an inconvenience, then this store doesn't deserve your business. Unless you enjoy being treated poorly while spending your money, I recommend going elsewhere.

My boyfriend has almost been hit by other cars here. I've been to plenty of VANS locations and I gotta say, this one does it for me on terms of customer service. I came in the other day to buy something and needed some help deciding what to go with. Funny enough, the two workers came across the counter and modeled the clothes to help give me a visual I have never had people help me like that. Shoutout to homegirl with the braids and brother with the curly hair -- y'all are awesome fr. I've been helped by other people like Asif for instance. That guy's genuinely great at his job. He knows the store's stock while representing what VANS looks and feels like. Solid employee I met the store manager not too long ago either and he's helpful and friendly! I'm glad to see a place have consistently great customer service. Everyone here genuinely cares about what they do and that's honestly really great. As for the selection here? Unfortunately this store's really tiny. Do I still have a great time looking at everything? Absolutely. It has the essentials so it's still worthwhile for those looking to check it out. This VANS seems to have good discounts as well. In terms of value, I find it reasonable. Given the space they have, they made it work.

The selection was small offering a few Wolverine and CAT styles. The prices were at or slightly below ot above $100.00. Which is about average. If you are looking for Sketcher work boots I didnt see any. Remember boys, coupons cant be used on these boots. For us ladies, they have beautiful shoes at affordable prices. I am already tall enough and trip over anything a lot of these shoes would cause injury. They also have a great selection of sneakers, boots, etc. I saw some teeny tiny adult pocket umbrellas that can be folded up and placed in a purse or back pocket. ($19.99). Parking sucks here. Do yourself a favor and park near the old Sears building. Im not sure why parking sucks. Maybe it has to do with the resturants.
