When I tried to exchange them, the general manager, Vanessa Escobar, refused to accept them and acted like the issue was my fault. These weren't worn-out shoes; they were barely a week old and clearly defective. Instead of helping, she was dismissive and made zero effort to offer a solution. For a store that claims to stand behind what they sell, this was honestly terrible customer service.

The front sections carries latest designer shoes from platforms to running shoes. The side perimeters display limited handbags, backpacks and socks. I tend to shop here for my running shoes. The staff are always helpful. I stopped by today, as every New Year and Spring Cleaning, to donate shoes. The Soles4Souls program makes every shoe donated count! It's win-win for all.

Shoutout to homegirl with the braids and brother with the curly hair -- y'all are awesome fr. I've been helped by other people like Asif for instance. That guy's genuinely great at his job. He knows the store's stock while representing what VANS looks and feels like. Solid employee I met the store manager not too long ago either and he's helpful and friendly!
