What a great spot! Great place to celebrate any occasion. First thing first, this place is so so pretty. Not your ordinary cafe. The atmosphere is beautiful and the staff are so lovely and friendly. I never write reviews, I've been to plenty of restaurants some not so great, but I have never been to one as bad where I'd have to write a review. To begin, once we got there we started off bad. We were so confused as to how the seating/ ordering worked because there was simply no staff around. We waited to see if maybe someone would come out, after waiting a while I decided to ask the market right next door the cafe, (which seems to have the same owner) because once I walked in a lady working at the store said someone will be out shortly? Anyways we ended up waiting another 15-20 minutes just for someone to come out and help us get seated, just to get told they weren't sure if they were going to be able to seat us because they were extremely busy (yet half the tables were empty). After waiting another 20 minutes, we finally got told they were able to seat us, not sure why I didn't just leave at this point, but it was a place I had been wanting to eat at for a while so I sucked it up and stayed. Then, we were given the menu, ordered, and waited... the longest I have ever waited for a simple breakfast... 45 minutes. The food was not bad, but it is definitely not worth the worst service, bad attitudes, outrageous wait time and price. Yes, this place is beautiful, my friend and I were able to take really cute pictures here, but we definitely will NOT be returning and do NOT recommend. I'm going to start with saying I don't usually write reviews, but this first time, poor experience merits it. As a party of 10, we came to celebrate a friend's birthday. We didn't have a reservation but they were able to accommodate our party in what felt like a reasonable time frame. Took a little bit for them to take our orders but it happens. Needless, they take the orders and it takes a while for them to come out. Once orders come out, only 2-3 come out at a time, and in short, everyone was at very different points in their meals throughout the brunch because of how much later some plates came out. While things were coming out we had to remind them of some of the missing plates/drinks. Im pretty confident they forgot the Nutella waffle (it was dry and do not recommend) because everyone was close to the end of their meal when we reminded them it was missing the last time. Granted, it was somewhat of a dessert but what if it wasn't? What if it was someone's plate. So I'm not ecstatic about any of it, but what took the cake was that one of the plates came out with molded bread. They took it back, said sorry, brought a new plate but it was still a plate with bread that had mold on it. When you go out, you're not only paying for the food, you're paying for an experience. At the bare minimum, that plate should have been comped from the start. From a customer service perspective, you expect more that sorry. The lack of reaction on their end was baffling. For what it's worth, some of the food was decently good from what everyone said, but not enough to overshadow everything else. We got the bill, paid it, and called the manager over. He apologized, but obviously was not previously made aware of the bread issue or how it was going on the tables. The place is really small and it wasn't packed so it only made it feel like there really was no excuse. He shared the server was really new, which could speak to the timeliness, but I also have an hunch they're a small spot looking to find a rhythm in their kitchen as well - which is totally fair. But, with all due respect, it's not free. And honestly, I I'm only getting into the big things that were deal breakers for me. Because they had already charged the card they couldn't comp anything to today's check and offered a $50 comp on a return visit. He was nice about it but i just wouldn't go back. This place was chosen because it looked like a trendy Tik Tok place worth checking out. For those that have a big party to cater for to, just know this wasn't it. read more

Service was ok from my understanding it was the servers second day on the job but nevertheless items were late arriving to the table, things were forgotten and the icing on the cake was there was mold on the bread that was served.
