OVERALL: HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I was referred by the pest control company I use. I found termite droppings late at night and phoned Mystical Termite Exterminators at 7am. The v-mail indicated you can also text, which I did. Janet responded immediately. To my surprise, they were able to schedule me that same day (other companies I reached out to told me 3-5 days out!). This was definitely appreciated! CUSTOMER SERVICE/PROFESSIONALISM: Very professional and they came with booties (shoe protectors). Albert and Anthony arrived and communicated/explained the process the entire time. Albert was very knowledgeable and I felt very safe to have both of them in my home and around my dog. They were very friendly! COMPLETION OF JOB: I have high ceilings and they needed to use an extended ladder, which had to be brought in through the third floor patio. They performed this and brought in their equipment with extra care. They took care of the termite kick-out hole and ensured areas near by were also treated. CLEANLINESS: Overall, they did a great job and a clean job! I would've preferred that they vacuumed prior to treating, since the droppings spread and made it harder for me to clean after. To clarify, they vacuum the droppings the best they can, but because my bed had to be moved, it caused the droppings to spread on the floor (so this is not a fault of theirs). PRICING: Very happy with their service and reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again and have already referred them to my neighbors! read more

This company went beyond what I expected of their service. They also did all recommended repairs removing damaged wood areas super clean results and great job! Janet, Albert and Anthony were such a joy to work with! We were referred to Mystical as we were in escrow for a home. Albert was able to come short notice and do a full inspection of termite damage, and his eyes do not disappoint. He was able to spot all the termite damage and even wings in the attic which lead us to needing a fumigation before moving in. Their price was fair for both fumigation and repairs. Fast forward, Janet was so incredibly flexible with us during our escrow period as close of escrow fluctuated last minute. They were able to tentatively secure a date with us for fumigation the day after we were supposed to receive keys. Anyway, they came and fumigated on time! Anthony then did the repairs with his crew and he has so much pride in his work. Even did a little extra just so it would look nice. He walked us around to show everything they fixed and it truly looks great. This is one family business that should never be looked over. They are honest, prideful, and transparent with their work. The team at Mystical exceeded our expectations. We had to call them in a pinch after our painters discovered termite damage. We have an existing contact for pest control so we first called them. Their quote seemed high so we decided to get a second quote from Mystical. For the same price Mystical inspected and treated for termites all round the house to include the attic and crawl space. Our existing company wouldn't touch the attic! Albert was able to fit us in ASAP considering we had painters waiting on us and they even came back after I found a spot that looked suspicious.
