He responded, "sure will do". I've asked him four times and he's refusing to respond to that request and the fact that there was some damage! Licensed/Insured and INCREDIBLE. These guys are on point, my like 3rd time using them and I refer them to all my clients basically because I am in real estate and moved a bunch myself in the past. This was my absolute worst nightmare/experience working with a moving company. I spoke to Bojan on the phone a few days before my moving date, got a moving quote & booked them the very same day. I requested them for a CIO a couple of days before the move, which they provided to me. I requested them to come at 9am for the move on Sunday as I had booked street parking space & elevators for a 9am to 12pm slot. I called Bojan on the day off to ask about their ETA. He said he'll call be back to confirm. I waited for a while, and then tried to call him again several time, no one picked up. I called from my friends phone, he picked up & said the same thing that he'll ask his guys about the ETA and call me back. I didn't receive any call back after. This was at 11.30am when they were supposed to show up at 9am. Fortunately I was able to book another company in a short span of time but it was very difficult to get permissions to extend the parking space & elevator slot as others had booked the elevator for rest of the day. I booked Bojan 8/11/2022 for 9/1/2022 at 9am, he sent a contract stating I was in Larchmont moving to Harrison, the price and details. Yesterday morning (DAY OF MOVE!!!,) I receive a text from him saying his truck broken. He couldn't give me a time he was coming then he tried to push it off to the following day. I was adamant that it get done the day we booked. I brought up the contract. Not once did he call me except the first conversation 8/11/2022 to quote me. Yesterday the only way he would communicate with me was through text messages. He then had someone else call me to deliver the news they couldn't arrive until 4-6 because he and his crew were in the Rockaways, he was a very nice man but clearly he was spread to thin and left to handle me. It was an absolute nightmare. When I had booked MyMove or Boyan I asked if he was insured, I asked for a contract, and I confirmed two days prior and he still did this. Not to say "car trouble," doesn't happen but know that he doesn't have a back up plan when a truck is "broken."By a miracle I was able to find another RELIABLE, HONEST company (I had reached out to this one first.) The moment the other company was able to come I blocked Bojan's # and called his "foreman," and let him know that I found someone closer, the gentleman was very kind and wished me well. I typically don't leave poor reviews and don't sweat the small stuff but this was BIG thing. It's about human decency and courtesy. There is a right way to do business and a wrong way to do business. We scheduled a move for 9/3 because it would help us settle in over the Long Labor Day weekend. Bojans crew arrived on time, we're friendly and courteous. They did great work and unloaded my 10x10 storage unit into their truck in about an hour and a half. Whatever furniture they broke down was also built back up inside the destination location. I had very little time to move furniture out of storage and into a Manhattan apartment. So many movers were understandably booked already. DARKO got back to me quickly . He got all my info. He needed as much as I could tell him about the items in the unit ( preferably with photos which I didn't have) size of unit, location and destination. He could determine the size of truck and how the move should be staffed like this. He gave me a base price., NO extras, for tolls/ gas / surprises etc. Just a tip for the gents if I was happy with the move. These 3 strong, very polite fellows, arrived on time, in an 18 foot truck, with wheelies/ blankets/ tape / boxes etc . They immediately set to work.
