My key was locked in the trunk of my car and I was camping at Brazos Park, which is pretty far from downtown Houston and not the covered area by another locksmith company. In less than 1 hour after I called the service, a really professional man came to help open the trunk without difficulty. If the key was locked in the car, you may call police to help get into it, but I don't think the police can open the trunk which needs some tricks to open without a smart key. read more

They put on to illegal residential locks and said the bill was $560 plus. Called the owner who would NOT ACCEPT THE $350. My Locksmith is definitely worth leaving my first review on yelp of my experience. They were very quick (within 2 mins) on giving me a response and quoted a reasonable price on my lost vehicle key. I was even given the option for them to come to my residence if i could not make it to the business location. I accepted the given appointment time for service at the business.The staff very professional and informative. It only took them 20-30 mins. to make my replacement key. If i every run into this issue again of a lost key (hopefully i never do lol), My Locksmith will be the first business i reach out to for assistance. read more

Ripoff artist! Owner quoted a service fee of $25 plus a cost of service starting at $29. The charge was $120. plus the $25.!!! It took five minutes for the tech to open the door, no complications or extra effort needed. Called the owner and complained. He was a jerk! Tech said he gets complaints all the time! Do NOT use this company. They charged $350 for a key to be created for our vehicle. After missing work because they could not get the key to work they left my son with a key that didn't work and told me to call the dealership. They want to only refund a $150 dollars when their technician, for whatever reason, could not complete a job that another locksmith was able to do. Then tried to argue with me that some how the other locksmith used the key code they had and therefor I should still pay the $200. Not the case. He tried their key and said it was a bad key and did not work. He used a key fob (not just a valet key like the one you gave us) that he had to program and had it done in 30 minutes. The technician also left the vehicle battery completely drained unknown to me and it set like that until the other locksmith I paid came out and he had to recharge the battery for me. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. read more

DO NOT use this company! I was quoted over the phone for$ 39.95 for service fee and when asked what type of lock (my front door) I was quoted an additional $25-$35 . They confirmed that as the total fee TWICE. The man shows up and after looking at my door informs me that it will be and additional $94 on top of the other total mentioned over the phone "because of my lock" ( which is a simply turn lock on the back knob). I was shocked! He then told me that I was confused and was told this over the phone( which I definitely was not). He also told me when I insisted that I was quoted differently that I " was trying to sound smart and that I am not". (SUPERB customer skills ,right?!) ...So, I called pop a lock instead. I did not want to do business with a company that has sketchy unquoted additional add ons and rude technicians. My pop a lock locksmith informed me to watch out for some of these companies. He said there are many that quote a cheap price to get them out there and then charge outrageous fees once they get there. I would advise to discuss pricing thoroughly if anyone was contemplating this company or any other and to avoid scams, but good luck ,because I did and it didn't help, haha. After the treatment I received when trying to tell him I was NEVER quoted an additional $94 (rude and lingering) ,I would have paid double for another company just to not do business with them. I know what I was quoted and will not be told that IM confused or not smart when by reiterating an original quote. Either a mix up on the calling services end or a scam. Nonetheless, the treatment was very poor. I have never written a review but felt I really needed to after this. Hope it helps! read more

Re-keyed my entire home. Great service in a timely manner at an affordable price. Was having issues with the smart lock that I purchased from Home Depot so we decided it was defective. The tech waited at my house while I took the lock back and got a new one. New lock took 10 minutes to install. Great job! read more
