Had Airborne come out and replace locks on a newly purchased house. The tech who came out was knowledgeable and efficient. he replaced 4 locks and keyed them all the same as requested. One lock was 'tricky' but he made it work. We were pleased with the service. After the good experience, we asked them to also move a gun safe to the new house. This was done with a bit of effort. They didn't have the 'gun safe dolly', but made it work anyway. A good experience with them. When I need gun safe moved again, I'd ask them to be sure to have the proper dolly. I have used Airborne twice. First when I purchased my house and needed all the locks rekeyed. The second time when I got a keypad lock installed. One thing that stands out to me is how honest and knowledgeable they are. The owner installed my keypad and he was so helpful. He was helping me strategize and gave me several options. I was looking for a solution to avoid accidentally locking myself out as I live alone but I wanted a solution where I could have someone come in from time to time without needing a key. He suggested I leave the deadbolt as well to lock the door in emergency so that someone cannot get in over night or when I don't want them to. He was giving me the pros and cons of every scenario.
