Had Airborne come out and replace locks on a newly purchased house. The tech who came out was knowledgeable and efficient. he replaced 4 locks and keyed them all the same as requested. One lock was 'tricky' but he made it work. We were pleased with the service. After the good experience, we asked them to also move a gun safe to the new house. This was done with a bit of effort. They didn't have the 'gun safe dolly', but made it work anyway. A good experience with them. When I need gun safe moved again, I'd ask them to be sure to have the proper dolly. It would be easier on them and I'd feel better! I'll use them again. read more

I have used Airborne twice. First when I purchased my house and needed all the locks rekeyed. The second time when I got a keypad lock installed. One thing that stands out to me is how honest and knowledgeable they are. The owner installed my keypad and he was so helpful. He was helping me strategize and gave me several options. I was looking for a solution to avoid accidentally locking myself out as I live alone but I wanted a solution where I could have someone come in from time to time without needing a key. He suggested I leave the deadbolt as well to lock the door in emergency so that someone cannot get in over night or when I don't want them to. He was giving me the pros and cons of every scenario. You guys rock and I accidentally gave praise to the wrong company instead of you guys. The gentlemen who work and run this operation are amazing. They replied to my inquiries quickly and gave me real quotes. Not only were they the quickest to respond, they were the cheapest. They updated me on ETA and everything. I had don't think from inquiry to service took more than 25-30 minutes. They were super patient with me especially since it wasn't my keys that were stuck, but my mothers. I had to drive all the way downtown to meet her to see what I could do. After realizing that Fiats do not had a traditional unlock button so l couldn't DIY this with a coat hanger.
