Updates!! Thank you!! 28Mar2023 -- (HE FIXED IT! Read all!) for some reason the key fobs for both vehicles I had made don't work by proximity. I have to hold the key up to the start button. One of the key fobs is OEM and the other isn't - yet both aren't working as desired. They haven't been used as we had another key, but when we tested we were bummed. 1APR2023 I got a call and he came out to help examine the key fobs after I updated my yelp review. He opened the key fobs and showed me where water must have gotten inside the key fobs. After replacing the batteries on both of the devices they are working perfectly. It was a simple battery issue.
