Progressive assigned this company and I was given an estimated arrival time of about 90 minutes. I waited the full time as instructed. However, during that wait, the service status was suddenly marked as "completed," even though no one ever arrived to assist me. After noticing this, I reached out for clarification. I attempted to contact the towing company directly, but my calls were ignored. Instead of a proper response, they only sent a text message (which I will attach as a screenshot). In that message, there was no real explanation or resolution--just a confirmation that the job was marked complete on their end, despite no service being provided. At that point, I also contacted Progressive roadside assistance again to report the issue. I ultimately had to submit a new request and wait for a different company to be dispatched, which added even more unnecessary delay and inconvenience. The second company arrived and completed the job in less time than I had already already spent waiting for the first provider. This experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Marking a service as completed when no assistance was actually provided is unacceptable. Communication was poor, response time was misleading, and the lack of accountability made the situation worse. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau regarding this matter, as I don't believe Yelp alone is enough to address this type of issue. Insurance companies like Progressive and other contractors they work with should be aware of how this type of service is being handled. I would not recommend this company and hope they improve their communication and reliability moving forward. Update and reply to business owner : Thank you for your response. However, if your company knows it cannot handle certain roadside issues due to lack of equipment, those requests should not be accepted or dispatched to you in the first place. Being sent out unprepared delays help and leaves customers stranded longer than necessary. It's also concerning that the service was marked as completed when the issue was not actually resolved, especially when it's billed through insurance. I believe it would be more appropriate to only accept services your team is fully equipped to handle so customers can receive proper assistance without unnecessary delays.

Boy it's been a while and it was long search for the receipt and the ability to locate the company…read moreto which I used. Thinking I used my Credit Card - i used that for the cross-connect after i located the receipt and the date of service. I am not writing this lightly - I do thousands of reviews but...... Use this company at YOU OWN RISK - I WAS SCAMMED! I orginally called on 29 MARCH 2026 - being I lost BOTH my FOB's for my vehicle and it was locked. I called nad was told that it would be about $300 and "x" and "x" amount for this and that. I got a call back and the tech was inbound so I was ready on my drive for him - he explained he had to unlock the car one of two ways - one way would damage my window and the would not. {the whole propuse of calling the locksmith was NOT to damagae my window - RED FLAG}, the other way was using so locksmith key to create a physcal key which cost double $150 plus the two cut keys $120. To do so I asked if Iw as getting the JEEP FOB (manufacturer key). he walked me to his trunk and pulled out the exact KEY FOB's or a near exact copy of what I had lost. With that decided for the FOB - he proceeded to open the door and start the programming of the FOB's ($175) - then told me I would be chard for obtain a security code ($55) and I was told that I could not have just one FOB and get the other at JEEP - I had to get TWO FOB's or the Jeep would not work. So thing doubled my cost. I was getting steamed but I thought he was telling me the truth. He tells me to go inside being he was having issues programming and it would take awhile. I did - then after about an hour - the tech hands me the cost keys from those jeep fobs AND AUNIVERSAL REMOTE (which I was totally side-swiped by and DID NOT AUSTHORIZE). He hands me the bill $837.10 for an item I DO NOT AUTHORIZE - to top it off he added in himself a credit card processing fee of 10% or $71.40.... I REALLY GOT SCREWED!!!! 1) After the tech left I noticed that my security system on the Jeep no does not work - I will need to have JEEP service it. - does do not lock properly now and the proxy lock is not working. 2) The FOB's must be touching the START BUTTON or the vehicle will not start, NOT what I paid for. 3) While in drive the FOB's will not recognize by the wehicle and forces me to cut off the engine or hit ok for it to clear. I am furiious and I hope this reaches the right person before i go and apply this on all other platforms as to the level of diservice and how scammed I was. Don't learn the hardway like I did - and yes locksmith have you over a barrell but I was sold on bill of goods and got another and they messed up my seecutiy system and computer on the car! *****DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY***** Services Car lockouts, Car digital & remote key reprogramming, Car key copying, New key fob creation
