One of the key fobs is OEM and the other isn't - yet both aren't working as desired. They haven't been used as we had another key, but when we tested we were bummed. 1APR2023 I got a call and he came out to help examine the key fobs after I updated my yelp review. He opened the key fobs and showed me where water must have gotten inside the key fobs. After replacing the batteries on both of the devices they are working perfectly. It was a simple battery issue. He then rekeyed all the locks (including the interior door to the garage). I needed to go back to my partner's home to let in the plumber before Red had finished. He locked up and drove over to drop off the new keys. When I asked for 2 more keys, he made them right there using a portable machine that he has inside his car. All the keys work perfectly. I thought I could call the office discuss this with his Manager, because I have used a company by the name Cypress Locksmith name several years ago. When I called the phone number on the website (not Google), the person that answered the phone refused to give me an email or name of a manager so I could send a copy of the bill and an explanation of what happened. She finally admitted that this was just a call center and there is never a Manager in the office. I requested a call back from a Manager, but no one called. I looked up the address listed on their website (14128 Cypress Rosehill) and that is the address for a completely different, unrelated business that has been there for many years. Google does not find this name as a legitimate company name and the BBB was no help either. If you are looking for a call center, call them but the address they advertise is not an address for Cypress Locksmith. There does not appear to be any company that has a compay name of Cypress Locksmith.
