Better late than never.... I want everyone to know that this gentleman is an amazing business man. A couple of months ago, my vehicle broke down on me after I had just lost my place to live and I was stranded in a parking lot, homeless, no money, no place to go, no friends or family to help. I had already spent everything I had trying to figure out what was wrong with it, on top of another $100 for a transponder key because another person out of many that looked at it, suspected that was the issue. I reached out on Yelp for anyone to help me, I was willing to pay but didn't have much. Well this gentleman contacted me and said he would come over and help me out. Little did I know he did not live close and took the time to drive all the way over to me. Unfortunately, it turned out it wasn't the key but he did what he could to help and trouble shoot any issues he could while he was there, even making a possible determination that it could be my PCM. He was even so kind enough to offer if I didn't find one programmed to my vehicle already he would again return and help me. When I asked him what he was going to charge me for all his help, he responded that he would not be charging me anything at all. I was so amazed and truly greatful that people like this man still exist in todays world. If you are in need of this type of service I very strongly recommend this gentleman because not only did he do a great job trying he has the most amazing kindness I've seen in a long time. Thank you so much sir for your help. I'm very sorry for the late post but like I promised you I would, Here's your amazing review for the world to see.... read more

From the moment I called to inquire about their services, their team was professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. The locksmith arrived promptly and was not only skilled at their craft but also went above and beyond to ensure that I felt secure and confident in the work being done. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set them apart. I highly recommend Car Key Guy to anyone in need of reliable, trustworthy locksmith services. I have placed Ruslan in my contacts for safe keeping! He and his company are top-notch! Lost my key to my car and he set the appt, stayed in touch prior to coming and came sooner than I thought. Plus, his prices were reasonable, something we are not seeing a lot of lately in many situations due to people taking unfair advantage during COVID-19. I called 2 'national' locksmith companies that work in the Cypress area. Their prices were sky high and service was slow. By the time Ruslan and came and gone, I finally heard back from their technicians. It was so refreshing to see a business that cares and not only demonstrated top quality service very quickly, but was reasonably priced as well. Thank you Ruslan! IG read more

Ruslan is a great guy. His prices are very reasonable. He communicated to perfection on his arrival to our house where he was quick and professional in the completion of the job on site. I had bought an aftermarket key for my son's Tacoma and realized it needed a programmer. He programmed the key fob and cut the included key. He also provided and programmed an aftermarket fob and cut the included key for my wife's Escalade. As indicated, I provide high marks and greatly recommend Ruslan and his service. I would not hesitate to use again. read more

Oh-em-gee!! This guy was ah-mazing. He called LITERALLY within minutes of my inquiry, managed to make it to my house in minutes (he was in the area), respectful, made sure the fobs and keys worked before I paid him, great business etiquette, and to top it off, his prices were beyond reasonable. As a working mom who lost her keys, he was my life savor!! Highly highly recommend, and I will refer him to anyone who asks. I hope I never lose my keys again, but if I do, I'm calling him back. read more

It was very frustrating when the only fob we had was flushed down a toilet by our 3 year old son. I found car key guy on yelp and definitely made a right choice by calling this company. Ruslan came out within an hour and made a new fob in less than 30 min. The work was done very fast and professionally. The charge was a lot less than the dealer and no towing, everything was done in our driveway. If we ever need a locksmith again we are definitely calling back this company. read more

What a nice young man Ruslan is! We lost the key fob to our vehicle, and Ruslan was able to progr the replacement in record time! The dealership wanted to charge me an outrageous amount, as well as requiring me to tow it to them. Ruslan saved me a ton of money and further frustration. I wholeheartedly recommend the Car Key Guy to any and all who need a highly competent and courteous young man to help with keys! Thanks, Ruslan! read more

I recently searched for a key FOB replacement for a Genesis GV80 and yelp directed me to this company. Best offer and timing were the game changer when deciding on CKG, plus, they were true to their word on pricing and scheduling. Very professional technician who tested all the FOB's features for me before we signed off on the services. The response was immediate. Quote was reasonable - explained everything in detail. Communication on ETA was awesome - I knew exactly when/what to expect. The work was done quick, professional, and very clean. Finest quality & reliable service. I got my new programmed key within 15 minites along with a 30-day guarantee. It's been more than a few months since I got my key, and so far haven't had any issues. read more

Ruslan actually came to help me with my key fob for the car. While he was here, he helped repair our front door knob/lock, though he was not here for that. My husband is disabled and I was made without a repair chip, so the front door has been precarious, at best, for a month or more. His price was reasonable and we appreciated him taking the extra time for the door knob, though it wasn't scheduled. read more

Excellent service, excellent work. I can't say enough about how great this transaction was. He was fast, had great communication, and his price was definitely more than reasonable. If you have an issue with your keys you have to call this guy. It could not have gone better. I've literally saved his number and given it to several friends and family should an emergency come about. read more

I highly recommend Ruslan for any and all car key solutions. I had an ongoing key issue with my Ram 3500 and rather than temporarily fix my problem, he helped me resolve the issue and save me time, stress and money. He's always on time and straight forward with his pricing. He is the only source I would recommend to my friends and family. read more

Great experience with this company! The individual was very professional and new what he was doing in a very short time. I purchased a used truck from the dealership and only came with one key fob. Ruslan the car key guy did an awesome job getting and programming 2 new key fobs and cutting the keys on my 2014 corvette stingray convertible. Others where charging me twice as much for just one key because of the convertible option. If needed I would use again. I would highly recommend!! Thank You Ruslan, Rudy Cypress,Tx. read more

Excellent service, timely, prompt and no haggle. You don't have to have your car towed to a dealership and wait days to get it back. Within 2.5 hours, I had a brand new key programmed to my vehicle and back on the road. I recommend you give him a call if you ever find yourself in the same position I was! Great guy. read more

Helped me out of a accidental bind! The keys I had cut didn't have the correct circuit board so it couldn't be programmed. Thankfully he had a spare toyota key that worked so for a fair price he sold me the circuit board and we swapped them to my newly cut keys so they could work. Very knowledgeable and fair priced! read more
