They came right away, took cash or card (which is quite convenient) and finished the work within 20 minutes. I am a veteran on fixed income and they scammed me for thousands of dollars. They said their locks are used to secure the Pentagon. Thousands of dollars later I am still being burglarized because the locks are easy to pick. They refuse to change the locks back and they are nasty people. I thought I left my one and only car key inside my rental car. I first called Abbot to jimmy open and get me in my car. The response was prompt and they quickly worked their magic and opened the door...but my key wasn't inside. So I definitely lost my car key. Linda was very understanding and sweet. I've needed Abbot locksmith services twice now. Both times have been amazing. I called pop a lock or something like that bc I locked my keys in my car. They told me they would come in 20 mins.
