We did all the packing ourselves, but they did offer that as a service (note: we had a couple plates break, so next time, we'll probably pay a little extra to have them pack instead). On the day of the move, three very kind, competent staff showed up. They were quick, efficient, and wrapped all our furniture so carefully.
