While looking for something a bit different, my husband and I decided to try Muse. Teallg glad to say this turned out to be a great choice. The ambience in the restaurant is really nice; we were greeted promptly and chose seats at the bar. The bartender and an assistant helped in the evening, and they were attentive to keep drinks filled and food orders moving. During dinner, the chef actually delivered our food and followed up seeking feedback, which really impressed us. He was unobtrusive, friendly and genuine. The drink specials are great, so take a look at them to be sure you know what is available. Sangrias were in special the night we visited, and it was a great choice. We tried the spicy ceviche with shrimp and tostados as an appetizer, and that's was absolutely delicious. Spicy but not uncomfortably; it was perfectly balanced. Our main dishes were the Saltado, my husband got beef and I got the chicken. Both were so good! Plentiful portions over (unexpectedly!) fried, and all of it awesome. So, my lovely husband and I wanted to get out together without the children for a while, we enjoyed World of Beer when they were at this location so we thought why not give this place a try? This was a very delicious spot! It's Peruvian food with a really nice presentation. I had the Peruvian risotto which is risotto in a huancaina sauce and it was delicious! Very tasty sauce, and the grilled chicken had a lot of flavor. The portion was really big so can easily be split with someone or you'll have left overs for the following day, which is always great! My husband had the chicken saltado and really enjoyed it. I tried the rice with the sauce from his dish and was licking my lips- it was sooo good! We'll be back! read more

We tried this spot the other day for happy hour and we were amazed. The food and drinks were amazing. We tried their Jolly Margarita and Mojito which were passion fruit and watermelon flavored cocktails. They were SO good. I loved all the happy hour snacks like the Fried Provolone, Yuquitas, and wings. The ceviche was very fresh and for entrees we had the "Princess Diana" Grilled Churrasco, the Cajun Shrimp Pasta, and the Chaufa. The entrees were probably my favorites of the night. Went here on a whim wanting to try something new and new they are. Inside dining area is kind of small and not appealing, outside dining area is spacious and nice but it's open to the elements and being in Florida it's hot. The Peruvian Egg Rolls were delicious! The burger was average, not bad but nothing to brag about. Fish Tacos were really good and would probably order again. Yuca Fries not pictured were mashed yuca then battered and fried, hard pass next time. To their credit, they are new and working on it and it shows. Food was good not great. Their Instagram page is very nice and the food pictures are a tad misleading for what we ordered (and got). I would give them another chance bc our server was very friendly and mentioned they have new owners and we're going to be updating their menus. I was extremely disappointed with this place. I feel like I aged many years while waiting for my food. The server was super nice but that was the only good thing about this place. We were there for almost 2 hours for one appetizer and two main dishes. When we got there, there was only one other table and no other tables came in after us. The food was ok but was heavily lacking in the protein portion and the fries tasted like fish. That means they don't change thier frying oil in the kitchen at all. This restaurant takes one day a week ...every week ...and uses it to bless and enrich the community. Muse does this by providing a free meal to anyone and everyone who shows up at the restaurant on Mondays. It's a fixed three course meal that includes a soup, main course and a dessert. The regular menu is not offered and the fixed menu changes each week. Drinks are included and donations are accepted but not expected. After pulling a volunteer shift in the area a few of us decided to stop in for lunch and show support for this great program. Today they served tomato soup, beef stroganoff and cherry cobbler. We sat outside on the covered patio and enjoyed meeting several of the volunteers working and participating in this great cause. read more

The sautéed onions tasted like jarred and you can see a dallop on one side but missing the other side. Whoever made it cared less on preparation. French fries were... hard to describe. Kinda firm on outside but it was crispy? Inside dry and fluffy. I can't say they were bad but certainly not good either. Friend had muse salad. It initially looked good. But had blu raspberry vingarett he said it was more like a fermented sour raspberry with no flavor and no sweetness he then asked for blu cheese dressing and seemed to be put off by it also he asked me to taste. It was like vinegar was in it? I hate complaining or writing bad reviews. But this place replaced another restaurant that failed. You get it I get the feeling the owners just don't have passion for there product? The service was good but I didn't feel warmth or a connection from the server but they weren't bad either. When I asked about the onions coming from a jar possibly he shrugged said he wouldn't know because he's allergic to onions and doesn't eat them.... Ambiance is great! Quiet place to enjoy a meal as a single diner. Service was excellent, very attentive but knew when to stay away...Amuse was a surprise. I wasn't a fan. I believe it was a corn fritter, it was presented as 'an amuse' without further explanation. Bit to sweet for my preference but it was a nice touch. I saw that this was a new restaurant and that it had a good buzz in the reviews so we decided to try it. Appetizers were great fried beans, corn nuggets, and lobster bisque. Went here to try something new. The white sangria and lemonade were really good. We ordered the chicharron encevichado. It comes with yuca fries. Unfortunately the yuca fries were the frozen type because part of it was hot the other half cold. The chicharron that had meat on it was really good we did not eat the fatty part. Pasta a la huancaina was ordered with chicken keep in mind the proteins are extra charge and we were unaware until we paid. The pasta was ok. The risotto was ordered with shrimp. Same thing extra charge for that. It was very bland there the shrimp were cooked well. It truly wasn't the creamy risotto that I've had at other places. The waitress was nice. Restaurant was clean. If that's not your kind of thing, definitely skip out or make sure you are going on a night that it is not happening. I really just wanted to visit since I saw that they were new in town, I know that this used to be a world of beer. They have a small area for seating inside more area for seating outdoors. I like that they offer both options. Our bartender was kind and quick, But since they were closing, it was a lot of chaos. Now to the drinks !!!!! They were delicious!! Flavor was so good!! I would def be back for another drink! We didn't order anything off the menu, we wanted to, but nothing really called to us. Really love this restaurant. I ordered the black and blue cheeseburger, which comes with bacon and blue cheese. This burger was absolutely amazing. I was very happy to have stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant. On top of that I am from Miami, so I was missing some of the Hispanic cuisine that I got over there. My girlfriend ordered a skirt steak with the yucca fries and it was absolutely outstanding. The chimichurri was great, you can tell it was homemade. Definitely will be coming back to this place. The beer selection is outstanding. The vibe is nice, and the waiter that served me was absolutely hilarious. Shout out to Jeff for making me feel like I was at home when I was chowing down on one of the best burgers in Clermont. I have Been three times to Muse and have sat at the bar all three times. Let me first of start this by saying the bartenders have been amazing to be all three times and are why this isn't a lower review, Jeff and I believe David have taken great care of me. The First time I went I ordered the ribeye medium and unfortunately had to send it back because it was incredibly undercooked, no big deal they are a young restaurant mistakes happen. It was what I heard from the chef that upset me after sending the steak back he got upset and most not realize that people maybe able to here him from the open kitchen especially at the bar and I was insulted multiple times being called a local yocal or that these idiot guests should leave the cooking to him as we don't know what we are taking about. The bartender at the time even tried to tell that the I could probably hear him talking to save me but it didn't seem to matter. Steak came back out and was better so I happily ate it and paid for it. Second time I went was a whole different experience. Everything was perfect food was cooked perfect and seasoned great and the kitchen was laughing and joking the whole time even during a busy service, that's the sign of a great kitchen. I asked if the chef was working as I wanted to thank him and was told no he was off but Chef Jude was running the kitchen today. Kudos to him because again great experience. So after that experience I decided to come again seeing how things were great last time. This third time I had the Sweet potato grouper which was unfortunately a little over cooked and bland, but I didn't wish to send it back as I saw that the original chef was back l and wished to pare myself the insults. I'm glad I did I watched a couple other dishes come back because of different reasons and each time the chef had some snide comments either about the guests or the servers themselves if they made a mistake. Not ok from my standing. All in all this place has great potential I just hope their chef will hopefully mature I guess is the right way of saying what I'm thinking. We finally made it back after about 5 months. It's really a shame we didn't come back sooner. They are clearly trying new things. There is an amazing corn nugget and honey appetizer. It is out of this world. They are covered with powder sugar and honey. My wife had a salad with blueberry dressing and her plate was clean in just a few moments. She loves the dressing. I had the ahi tuna poke. It was excellent as well, but needed a few more chips. It was a generous portion and I ended up having a couple forkfuls of tuna left after all the chips were gone. It was still super tasty and had a nice kick, but the wonton chips would have made it a little more fun to eat. My wife got the shrimp and grits again. They made it more flavorful and the shrimp was, to quote my wife, "literally perfect in every way". I got the truffle burger. It was different than the burger I had last time. However, it was just as amazing. I really liked the flavors and it was cooked perfectly for me. For dessert we spilt a slice of chocolate cake. It was super chocolately and the perfect way to end the meal. The server Jeff was a lot of fun. He was on top of his game and we never had to wait for anything. Honestly might just come back to see Jeff. A great server is the icing on the cake of a great meal. Like before, management was around and attentive. It looks like they have a great team. Jeff recommended their Sunday brunch and we plan to come back soon to give it a try as well.
