This was a very delicious spot! It's Peruvian food with a really nice presentation. I had the Peruvian risotto which is risotto in a huancaina sauce and it was delicious! Very tasty sauce, and the grilled chicken had a lot of flavor. The portion was really big so can easily be split with someone or you'll have left overs for the following day, which is always great! My husband had the chicken saltado and really enjoyed it. I tried the rice with the sauce from his dish and was licking my lips- it was sooo good! We'll be back!

We tried this spot the other day for happy hour and we were amazed. The food and drinks were amazing. We tried their Jolly Margarita and Mojito which were passion fruit and watermelon flavored cocktails. They were SO good. I loved all the happy hour snacks like the Fried Provolone, Yuquitas, and wings. The ceviche was very fresh and for entrees we had the "Princess Diana" Grilled Churrasco, the Cajun Shrimp Pasta, and the Chaufa. The entrees were probably my favorites of the night. Each and every dish was perfect. Drinks: - Jolly Margarita - Jolly Mojito - Virigin Mojitos Appetizers: - Wings - Yuquita Bites - Fried Provolone - Golden Ceviche - Classico Tiradito Entrees: - "Princess Diana" Grilled Churrasco - Cajun Shrimp Pasta - Chaufa Desserts: - Double Chocolate Cake - Lava Cake: Dulce de Leche Cake

Went here on a whim wanting to try something new and new they are. Inside dining area is kind of small and not appealing, outside dining area is spacious and nice but it's open to the elements and being in Florida it's hot. The Peruvian Egg Rolls were delicious! The burger was average, not bad but nothing to brag about. Fish Tacos were really good and would probably order again. Yuca Fries not pictured were mashed yuca then battered and fried, hard pass next time. To their credit, they are new and working on it and it shows. We will try them again soon and give another review. Hopefully they'll improve. Bon Appetit

    Monday Menu..Community Day...Enjoy for free
    Laura G.

This restaurant takes one day a week ...every week ...and uses it to bless and enrich the community. Muse does this by providing a free meal to anyone and everyone who shows up at the restaurant on Mondays. It's a fixed three course meal that includes a soup, main course and a dessert. The regular menu is not offered and the fixed menu changes each week. Drinks are included and donations are accepted but not expected. After pulling a volunteer shift in the area a few of us decided to stop in for lunch and show support for this great program. Today they served tomato soup, beef stroganoff and cherry cobbler. We sat outside on the covered patio and enjoyed meeting several of the volunteers working and participating in this great cause.

Disappointing, boring, lifeless and who is doing the reviews 4.5 stars I'm lost???? String bean ginger soy, appetizer was like soaked cardboard wrapped and deep fried. So salty and the breading was really thick and dense. Not appetizing at all either brown and dark semi burned. Like it was pulled out from the bottom of an old oven? I ate almost all out of boredom and hunger I hadn't eaten since yesterday. Patty melt on rye. It wasn't awful but not great either. The sautéed onions tasted like jarred and you can see a dallop on one side but missing the other side. Whoever made it cared less on preparation. French fries were... hard to describe. Kinda firm on outside but it was crispy? Inside dry and fluffy. I can't say they were bad but certainly not good either. Friend had muse salad. It initially looked good. But had blu raspberry vingarett he said it was more like a fermented sour raspberry with no flavor and no sweetness he then asked for blu cheese dressing and seemed to be put off by it also he asked me to taste. It was like vinegar was in it? I hate complaining or writing bad reviews. But this place replaced another restaurant that failed. You get it I get the feeling the owners just don't have passion for there product? The service was good but I didn't feel warmth or a connection from the server but they weren't bad either. When I asked about the onions coming from a jar possibly he shrugged said he wouldn't know because he's allergic to onions and doesn't eat them.... Well ok then..,, hopefully things will improve but I won't know....

Ambiance is great! Quiet place to enjoy a meal as a single diner. Service was excellent, very attentive but knew when to stay away...Amuse was a surprise. I wasn't a fan. I believe it was a corn fritter, it was presented as 'an amuse' without further explanation. Bit to sweet for my preference but it was a nice touch. Loved the sides in my entree but I didn't enjoy the prime rib. I will go back for different entree as the entire rest of the experience was outstanding.

I saw that this was a new restaurant and that it had a good buzz in the reviews so we decided to try it. Appetizers were great fried beans, corn nuggets, and lobster bisque. We then went with truffle burger, fish tacos, and shrimp and grits. We all agreed that every entree was good and large enough for 2 meals. Service was excellent and efficient they really made us feel at home. We had a chocolate cake slice to go and it was also did not disappoint.

The ambiance is really good and the food presentation is out of this world! I came here on a girls night but wasn't able to try much since im vegetarian however the corn nuggets were good, the salad and the truffle fries. I wish they had one vegetarian entree. Just one. Also I posted a drink menu bc we couldn't find one.

Great menu! We only came in for a drink, but ended up having the Pork Belly, and it was delicious!! Beautifully presented and the flavors were perfectly put together. We will defiantly be back to try more.

Went here to try something new. The white sangria and lemonade were really good. We ordered the chicharron encevichado. It comes with yuca fries. Unfortunately the yuca fries were the frozen type because part of it was hot the other half cold. The chicharron that had meat on it was really good we did not eat the fatty part. Pasta a la huancaina was ordered with chicken keep in mind the proteins are extra charge and we were unaware until we paid. The pasta was ok. The risotto was ordered with shrimp. Same thing extra charge for that. It was very bland there the shrimp were cooked well. It truly wasn't the creamy risotto that I've had at other places. The waitress was nice. Restaurant was clean. That was our first and last time going unfortunately.

Few things to consider before going out to the Muse bar and bistro. Karaoke is going on until close. If that's not your kind of thing, definitely skip out or make sure you are going on a night that it is not happening. I really just wanted to visit since I saw that they were new in town, I know that this used to be a world of beer. They have a small area for seating inside more area for seating outdoors. I like that they offer both options. Our bartender was kind and quick, But since they were closing, it was a lot of chaos. Now to the drinks !!!!! They were delicious!! Flavor was so good!! I would def be back for another drink! We didn't order anything off the menu, we wanted to, but nothing really called to us. Didn't see any traditional Spanish food, which is what we thought it was going to be based off the vibe and environment. Overall it was a nice place and would like to try the food in the future.

We were seated right away. Our server was very friendly and almost immediately after we were seated, we were greeted by her taking our beverage orders. I opted for the lobster grilled cheese with the kettle chips. The sandwiches were really big, but it was very delicious. The lobster is slightly chilled and they add Swiss and cheddar cheese to it. It was very tasty. The chips were good. I definitely could've done with less chips as it felt like they were overtaking the plate. My husband got the Texas wings. Which had the Texas dry rub with a honey glaze over them. Kind of gave you a spicy and sweet take. He said they were very tasty. Well seasoned and well cooked. He also got fries as his side and there is a dollar up charge for regular fries.

Restaurant was not overly busy and had plenty of staff to accommodate the small amount of guests. Waited almost an hour for our food with no apology from management. When our burgers were delivered our server claimed the kitchen made our burgers incorrectly- she either forgot to put it in or it had been sitting for quite sometime. Top burger bun was luke warm. Fries (that were an additional cost) were burnt. For the $17 price one would expect more than a thin slice of bacon for a burger with bacon in the name. "Enjoyed" the meal without anything to drink as I was never offered a refill of water.

I know there are a few locations but we planned to stop at this location specifically during a last min birthday staycation (but not *on* my brthday) If you look online this routinly is on lists of date night and good group dining spots and there will inevitably be a ton of people in the comments complaining about it being "mid" or "basic" but that wasn't our experience at all. We had a great experience here. We initially booked for the first time of our staycation but called last min to push back a few days as I wasn't feeling very well. It was no issue at all and they changed our reservation without issue or complaints & wished me well. The space is really cool. MCM in design with a touch of California beach bungalow. We were seated in a back room with a view of the lake behind. It was a bit loud but most places are these days. I am deaf in one of my ears so one I told our server & she spoke up over the noise and it was a non-issue. Appreciated because that's not always the case. We ordered a glass of wine and the "Shirley After Dark" cocktail (I know it's a wine bar but I just felt like a cocktail) loved it. Would absolutely order it again. We ordered the house salad which was far from basic and delicious and fresh. Very light and decent size. My husband also aired the Cauliflower app which was massive. The hummus was delicious. I'm not a fan of cauliflower but he raved about it. We also split the Butchers Pizza and had them out the hot honey on the side. I can't do spice after destroying my stomach in college so they brought me a side of normal honey so I could hector full flavor profile within my dietary needs. We got to speaking with our server whose name I unfortunately can't remember (light blonde shoulder length hair if management reads this) & she was very knowledgeable about the wine selection. We're not white wine drinkers but the FL heat is a little too much for a glass of red most days so we're trying to get into it. She had 3 recommendations and brought me all three to taste. Unfortunatly I enjoyed was sold out by the time we ordered it (which at the height of tourist summer isn't beyond the realm of reasonability) We then ordered the affogato and olive oil cake. Both were delicious. It was my husband's first time trying an affogato and it has since become a favorite of his. It was mentioned in passing while chatting that we were in a last min staycation as it was my birthday week and we didn't plan anything in advance and made it clear it was not my birthday but she still comped my cocktail and the olive oil cake and wrote a lighthearted "sorry we were out of the wine" on our receipt. Which was a genuinely nice & unexpected gesture. The entire meal was quite affordable even before anything got comped compared with other options of the same caliber in the area. Portons are quite large as well. While I don't love communal tables typically, almost no one was seated at the same table and if they were it was quite far apart (see photos). I can see that being bothersome on a busy night but we were there on a summer night (busy enough to run out of a wine) so I can't imagine it being typically worse than that So I say again, I don't understand what people don't like about this place. We'll be back.
