We had the absolute best experience at The Roasted Spirit in Clermont! From the moment we walked in, we knew this place was something special. First of all -- the drinks. FABULOUS doesn't even begin to cover it. They have this large jar behind the bar that's been marinating with what we originally thought tasted like some sort of "mead wine" I tasted honey Bourbon and vanilla vodka just ask for a Downtown Abbey-- it turned out to be a whiskey infusion packed with a blend of incredible ingredients. The flavor was bold, smooth, complex, and unlike anything we've had before. You can truly taste the craftsmanship in every sip. This is definitely a high-class cocktail spot, even though it has that cozy, intimate feel. We also had some other whiskey drinks and their Valentine special Martini was lovely can't Rave enough about it either. We ordered appetizers and tacos, and oh my goodness -- I can't rave about them enough. They were so amazing that we ordered a second round. That alone should tell you something! The presentation was beautiful, the flavors were layered and vibrant, and every bite was over-the-top delicious. As someone who used to run a high-volume restaurant, I don't impress easily. If I'm saying the food was superb, trust me -- it was exceptional in both taste and presentation. The atmosphere was perfect for a small patio bar -- music playing, great energy, and everyone seemed to be genuinely enjoying themselves. We loved sitting at the bar, but there were tables available as well. Service was outstanding -- lots of attentive wait staff, and we never had to wait for anything. One of the highlights was getting to meet the managers, a husband-and-wife team who were so welcoming and gave us personal attention. That kind of hospitality makes a huge difference. We actually started out at Lakeridge Winery & Vineyards, and they referred us here -- and I can't thank them enough. This place is absolutely worth the drive and easily one of the best little bar spots in Clermont. We will definitely be back and can't wait to try more of the menu! read more

Roasted Spirit has been in Downtown Clermont for awhile now. We never went because my boyfriend is sober. We always wanted to try their small plates & tapas but never made the chance till we heard they have brunch. I didn't even know but apparently they started months ago we found out when we went. We ordered almost everything off the brunch menu because everything sounded delicious. Very seldom do we leave an establishment without taking leftovers but we devoured all of it, so you know it was good. I even had a pineapple mimosa to go with it and it was perfect. We each had our favorites but trust me you can't go wrong with any item. We look forward to going back to try the tapas on their regular menu. As far as the service it was great, we couldnt have asked for a better server. Since it was a slow morning we even got to compliment the chefs on a great brunch menu. We always knew the ambiance inside was fantastic. All the tables inside are hightop which I'm not a fan of but its fitting for the establishment because they have regular live music and its one of the places that stays open late for locals that want to enjoy a late night out. Even though I'm not a big fan of hightops they have outdoor sitting and it was a nice morning so we opted to sit outside which was perfect for us. Like I said we will be back. WOW! Seriously, the best bar I have EVER been to! There were SOOOOO many options, more options that I've seen in a bar before. This place was so cozy, right by the water, and the inside was filled with so many people (which lets you know that this place is great). A couple of things to point-- 1) Service was TOP NOTCH. The bartender took my preferences and suggested amazing drinks. My goal was to stop by and grab a drink but.... The drinks were so good and I don't regret stopping by lol 2) I met the owner and the general manager and they were extremely nice and catering to me and many others who were in this bar. I saw them going around and making acquaintance with all of the patrons to make sure that we were all doing good. You can tell that they both really love the bar and it shows via their interactions with all of the patrons. 3) FOOD! I got the cheesesteak and holy crap was it good. I didn't get a photo because I ate it all on sight but you HAVE to order it when you are here. Literally heaven on earth. Philly... where?? lol Overall, 100/10 recommend. I usually don't recommend a lot of places but this place I am recommending to everyone. If you're looking to go out for a good time whether it's during the day or the night, you NEED to come here. I have been to this location several times and everything is always been good for their small plates. Their drinks are strong. Their bartenders are knowledgeable and nice. However, today we went to brunch for the first time and we were so impressed. We will definitely be back. We got three brunch food items. Rum Berry Waffle, Biscuits Gone Wild, and the Prosciutto Royale. Everything was super delicious. I wish I could bottle up their bourbon trace hollandaise sauce for real. The rum berries I would eat that on so many desserts. The two of us shared the three items so we could get the most out of our brunch today and we both loved everything. Brunch till 2pm! I would think Sunday is more crowded because of the Farmers Market so maybe come in on Saturday since brunch is newer to them it might be less crowded! The Roasted Spirit is definitely a cool stop downtown Clermont. There's a hip vibe and this place offers live music on Saturdays. I went with a group of friends. We chose to sit inside, close enough to the stage but far enough away to be able to speak with each other. The server was very attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and offered excellent service. The menu was pulled up through a QR code on the table with our smart phones. They had a variety of drink selection from the full bar along with signature cocktails. The menu ranged from small plates to dinner options. We decided to get a few small plates to share including chicken tacos, IPA beef skewers, Famous meatballs, chicken and bacon flatbread, Mojo pork sliders, turkey sliders, Pumpkin mascarpone ravioli, and a Proper Apple Pie Crisp dessert. Some non favorites of the small plate dishes included the chicken tacos. It was lackluster but probably would've tasted better on flour tortillas instead of corn. The pork and turkey sliders were so-so and didn't really stand out. My favorites were the IPA beef skewers which were tender and the Chimichurri was the perfect sauce to enhance the dish. The Famous Meatballs were also tender and has the right balance of savory tomatoes sauce and hint of sweetness. The chicken and bacon flatbread was well seasoned and popped from the Bechamel sauce. I really enjoyed the Pumpkin Mascarpone Ravioli more than I thought I would. It was beautifully paired by the rich ingredients and melted in my mouth. I was also pleasantly surprised by the Proper Apple Pie Crisp. It was a delicious combination of apple crisp, spices, whiskey, and caramel drizzle. Most definitely a divine conclusion to a fulfilling meal! There's plenty of parking in the free lot near a downtown. I would totally go back to the Roasted Spirit the next time I'm in Clermont. read more

There is nothing in Clermont like this. We came on Friday night around 8pm and this place was jamming. They have outdoor seating so you want to bring 4 legged friend. Live music inside was great very fun atmosphere. They have a wall with color changing lights that's pretty cool. This bar's extensive selection of spirits is greatly hobbled by poor menu development, lack of creative talent, lack of supporting ingredients and an overall absence of IBA cocktail knowledge The fast service is a plus. Sadly it's all wasted by a menu that would be at home in 2005 where count pours and sugary drinks were acceptable. I'd have given this establishment a better review had both cocktails I ordered arrived correct. The first had an incorrect substitution, the second was far too diluted and unbalanced. read more

Upon entering the establishment, I was unexpectedly approached by a young female bartender with brown hair, who grabbed my arm in an attempt to turn me around. She quickly backtracked with an apology, mistaking me for a guest "causing trouble", which left me concerned about why she felt it was appropriate to handle a patron in that manner anyways. The situation attracted security where instead of addressing the issue, the man hit on me and asked for my number. I excused everything trying to enjoy my night and move forward. To add insult to injury, another issue that raised my eyebrows was the apparent leniency towards underage drinkers. It was disconcerting to see a group of young women, clearly underage, being served drinks, while it seemed only men of legal age were permitted. I know the young Asian male bartender, that was servicing them, knew precisely what he was doing because he very openly discussed it with the young women. This felt like a significant red flag, as it created an uncomfortable atmosphere that detracted from the intended experience of relaxation and unwinding. I prefer not to be associated with any illegal activities while I'm trying to enjoy my time at a bar that clearly states it's 21+. While the venue was clean, the decor was overly vibrant and somewhat chaotic, making it less suitable for a date or a fun night with friends, and more aligned with a college crowd. Was my experience terrible? Not quite. However, I would never ever consider returning or recommending it to others. Unless you're 18 of course. I have contacted management in pursuit of a resolution and will update my post within a week, regardless of whether I receive a response. read more
