This was a girl's day trip and it was SO MUCH FUN! The Alice in Wonderland theme is so cute! We had the best time! The service was great, the drinks were delicious albeit boozy but not complaining. They had interesting options for food and were quite filling and definitely shareable. With most of the crafted cocktails that you order, you get a card so we tried to drink as many as we possibly could. It was definitely worth the drive out. They did a really good job theming the bar from visual aesthetic to menu items. It really did feel like you were stepping into a wonderland. The decor was perfection and exactly what you think an Alice in Wonderland themed bar would look like. I'm not sure how long this is going on until but it was fun! read more

Came here for the Alice in Wonderland Themed Pop Up. They call it the Hatter's Garden of Curious Curiosities. This visit was such a dream, there are so much whimsical decorations here in all directions. They did the full place up. There is no reservations for this so there was a little wait. Maybe 30 minutes at the longest but it sure got busy after we were seated. The menu is part of their restaurant already and what we had was tasty. It was a shareable pulled pork app. Everything was lovely and everyone around was so friendly. The one thing that was an issue was the A/C. They had wall units but possibly everytime the door opened the heat came in so it was a bit warm inside. This was such a fun experience nonetheless. People even dressed up for this. I felt casual when in the one usually dressed up. It's going on through end of August and then their theme will change to Halloween. read more

This place looks non-descriptive from the outside but when you get inside, it's magically themed to Alice in Wonderland. We were told but a very friendly bartender that they have three themes throughout the year. The themes are Alice in Wonderland, Halloween, and Christmas. The drinks were good and strong. Since this place is only a mile from me and had great reviews figured I'd give it a shot. Was rapidoy sat at the bar by the extra friendly and warm staff. Tried their house old fashioned first, which is fat washed with brown butter, and was immediately impressed. The fat washing made a world of difference, and this may have been one of the top old fashions I've ever had, if not the outright best, and it only 15 bucks, is really reasonably the priced. Next up I ordered a pine barrens, and was again taken aback with how good this simple cocktail was. It took all the strength I had not to down it immediately. It was unique flavorful and strong. And also very reasonably priced. If your cocktail person and you stop here, this is a must try. Lastly I had their wedge salad that didn't skimp on the dressing or the toppings. I know it's hard really to give high marks to a salad, but this was fresh, tasty, and a great value. I know it's a little bit out of the way, but my highest recommendations to this place. I need to stop by again and try a couple more drinks and dishes, I was incredibly impressed by all of it. read more

We went into Crafted Concoctions after the trunk or treat, an hour before closing, and there were no tables available. I asked if we could wait for something outside and was told it wouldn't be anytime soon because everyone had just been sat. No problem, there was a table outside we didn't mind sitting at and we were told they don't serve you outside you order food from BTW and then they'll give you your drink in a plastic cup. It wasn't ideal, and mainly, they were just rude and made everyone feel like we'd done something wrong by simply trying to be a customer. We ended up getting our food from BTW and ordered the drink "to-go" from crafted. It was a special espresso drink but didn't taste anything like an espresso. I kindly explained I was thinking it was an espresso and asked to swap for a traditional espresso. The gentleman then very demeaning described the drink to me (ingredients and how it's prepared). I acknowledged his information and asked again, if I can just have a traditional espresso. It simply wasn't good but I wasn't going to be insulting to who prepared it. Ingredients or not everyone who tried it said it was awful. His response was "I can't pour the ingredients back into the bottle and serve it to someone else. So you can order a different drink but you'll be paying for it". How absolutely rude of a response. It's was an $18 drink that was awful and then when I kindly explained and asked for a traditional espresso since this wasn't good, to be talked down to in such a rude way was not only unprofessional and uncalled for but down right cruel. We've been here several times in the past and some of our friends have as well, apparently the service team here really needs a team customer service training today. I worked in customer service for years, and can confidently say this was less than a 1 star experience. I hope the owner's take the time to really explain how the hospitality business and experience should be. The staff is rude, acts as though you're the biggest inconvenience of their day trying to be a customer from the get go. An overall awful experience for the entire group that just got worse with each encounter. read more

Super fun little bar that hosts Miracle Pop Up Christmas bar during the holidays, so we stopped in just for that. Been to BTW a bunch of times (restaurant connected to the bar) and learned we could order BTW's food in the bar area, so that's what we decided to do. Service was pretty slow but we didn't mind since we were just hanging out talking for a long time. We ordered a few of the holiday drinks and they were delicious. I got the Koala Cooler, a friend got the Christmas cosmo. Also ordered some tacos from BTW and they took awhile to come, but were absolutely fantastic as usual. The atmosphere at this place is always changing. It was decorated as whimsical Alice in Wonderland. Around Christmas time, it is decorated from top to bottom with festive decorations. The service is always top notch, and the food is delicious especially, the pretzel charcuterie board filled with cheeses, meats, and two different dipping sauces. Our siblings took us here while visiting from central Florida. The place was empty when we arrived and great drinks. They offer so many drinks here. I had the black shampee and all of the drinks that everyone else had was great. This place is the best place in the region for cocktails. Their specialty drinks are both creative and delicious! They are currently themed for Halloween and the decor does not disappoint! I hear they have an amazing Christmas themed pop-up bar. Came here with my wife and her mother, and it was a terrible experience. The food brought over from BTW was fantastic, but the service at crafted concoctions was terrible. The server was rude and disrespectful for seemingly no reason, as we were the only ones there. Cussing at us multiple times and making statements that are highly unprofessional. I understand that this is a bar, but some things you just don't say to people who are paying to be there. Another downside is all of their Christmas cocktails are highly overpriced. 17 dollars for one cocktail is absolutely absurd. Coffee, beer, liquor, and food in an awesome environment. They have an espresso maker and make excellent lattes while your friends are pounding their beers or sipping cocktails. Tonight I watched the most unprofessional thing I've ever seen in a bar. I watched the bartender come up to a customer and stick his tip back in the customers drink because he was unhappy with it. The bartender then continued to cuss out the patron. "Get the f*ck outta here" I was literally just trying to enjoy my night and had to listen to this. That's besides the point of the customer was a friend of mine that I personally know comes in multiple times a week and spends a lot of money in this establishment and tips the bartenders a respectful amount. The owner Craig then entered Bru tap house where he owns also and began yelling across the bar that the customer needed to leave the establishment. The owner caused a huge scene that was completely unprofessional as well. I eventually asked to speak with the owner Craig who acted annoyed to even speak with me. I explained to him how unprofessional his employee was and he attempted to defend his bartenders actions saying " you don't understand what happened before hand" I'm sorry I don't care what happened before then. It was unprofessional. When I called him out for defending his employee for acting so unprofessional in front of a full bar he got very angry and told me he doesn't care if I ever returned. I then spoke with Craig's wife Rebecca luckily she's a lot more level headed than her husband. I might return in the future but not really wanting to spend my money at an establishment that has such a unprofessional bartender and a even more unprofessional owner Craig. *** I should also add a positive to this.
