The menu which is just ok. I got the jarcuterie and it was not great. I didn't even finish it and it sadden me to.

I do not often give bad reviews. I have to say first off the view is incredible! I would go for maybe 1 cocktail and the view. I went there and had the jarcuterie and it was not great. I had very little of it and didn't take it with me. It took me about 45 mins to get a drink and we had to go up to get the drinks and food. We sat and had a dirty table until just before we left. I'm not sure how they believe this place will last. The bartenders didn't acknowledge us. There is only one bathroom upstairs for everyone. There needs to be some serious improvement with this location. I was looking forward to reviewing this place and unfortunately was greatly disappointed. Again the view is amazing and worth one drink.

Slow service, expensive drinks, 1/2 the umbrellas don't work. Middle of afternoon- not even busy. Sad - could be a great place.

The service was great, the drinks were delicious albeit boozy but not complaining. They had interesting options for food and were quite filling and definitely shareable. With most of the crafted cocktails that you order, you get a card so we tried to drink as many as we possibly could. It was definitely worth the drive out. They did a really good job theming the bar from visual aesthetic to menu items. It really did feel like you were stepping into a wonderland. The decor was perfection and exactly what you think an Alice in Wonderland themed bar would look like. I'm not sure how long this is going on until but it was fun!

This visit was such a dream, there are so much whimsical decorations here in all directions. They did the full place up. There is no reservations for this so there was a little wait. Maybe 30 minutes at the longest but it sure got busy after we were seated. The menu is part of their restaurant already and what we had was tasty. It was a shareable pulled pork app. Everything was lovely and everyone around was so friendly. The one thing that was an issue was the A/C. They had wall units but possibly everytime the door opened the heat came in so it was a bit warm inside. This was such a fun experience nonetheless. People even dressed up for this. I felt casual when in the one usually dressed up. It's going on through end of August and then their theme will change to Halloween.

We sat at the table and the server made several suggestions with the new seasonal menu. I had to Mushrooms Demi Burger with a house side salad with blueberry vinaigrette. The burger was one of the best I've ever had! Very juicy and non salty. That salad was great. We also had the candied bacon as an appetizer. The bartender made my old fashioned to perfection. He also suggested James E Pepper and Whistle Pig 12 year which I liked as well since I have not had James E Pepper before. The inside of the restaurant was interesting with the cod, wheels and dark lighting. I noticed this restaurant has a happy hour for you which give off. But... keep reading.. The reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of the bartender... he will end of tanking the business because every time I go in there he is not friendly (unless sitting at his bar). Never greats hello unless you walk up to the bar. Also, I am all for being friendly and making conversation but when I get my appetizer every time before my ordered cocktail because I watch him have regular day to day convo with the people for 10-15 mins at the bar and then just moves on to the next person. I have never received a drink in a timely fashion or before even receiving food because either he doesn't pay attention that he has to make drinks for outside of the main bar or he only cares about the people who are directly tipping him. It's disappointing that the servers have to constantly say something just to get a drink at all. They either need a new bartender or he needs a bar back because he doesn't know how to time manage. I paid $60 for a drink I had to wait until almost my food came out and at that point I don't want to drink that with my food. That's for before. I 100% would go back and recommend this place BUT only for the servers and the food. I'd tell someone to skip the bar all together.

Even on a busy Friday evening, I was able to snag a cozy round table in the back for my friend and me, which was a pleasant surprise. Bonus points for the upstairs bathrooms not requiring a code (unlike the ones downstairs)--a small but appreciated detail! I ordered an espresso martini that was dairy-free (which I love), but it ended up being a bit too sweet and slightly watery for my taste. I only took a few sips before deciding not to finish it--not bad, just not quite for me. Since I was the DD, I didn't bother swapping it out, but it was still the right call. My friend's gin cocktail, on the other hand, was light, mild, and super refreshing--she loved it! Also, shoutout to the bartender for bringing the drinks over to our table--such a nice touch. I'd absolutely come back and give another cocktail a try. The atmosphere & service alone makes it worth a return visit!

A quaint little town northwest of Orlando…read more There's shopping, some nice little restaurants, and a big ol' lake that you can rent a catboat on and drive it around. That's what we did that morning. Ambiance was great. It felt like each little dining area was a different room in a big, semi-haunted mansion. Eclectic books and paintings and mirrors and other baubles adorned much of the walls, making for plenty of looking around time during you meal. Very fun. Service was really good. The pacing of the meal was great, and our server was very friendly. We were always with drink, and she knew the menu backwards and forwards, even the special dishes of the night. As for the food, we went whole hog with two apps, two mains, and a dessert to share. Out of everything we ordered, only one of them remains on the current menu, which is a great sign. I love a rotating, seasonal menu. It shows effort, and it definitely encourages return patronage. We started with the Ciabatta Board (toasted ciabatta, house butter made with sun dried tomato, roasted red pepper, parmesan, garlic, chive). This was nice. It was very sun dried tomato, so if you don't like them, don't get this. But very soft, toasty bread made this very lovely. We also got an escargot app which was very creamy and soup-like. The snails were complimented well by the spinach. And the whole thing came with a nice little breadstick. I saved some of the bread from the board for some sopping. Pro move. For our mains, we got a miso butter New York strip and some sort of Asian themed duck. For both mains, the proteins were cooked very very well, and the portion sizes were a good size compared to what I was expecting. Both sets of taters were good. The mash was very smooth and creamy, the roasted baby potatoes were cooked all the way through and were nice and naturally buttery. Both were served with a seasonal veg mix that was pretty ok. It rounded out the plate, but it won't change your world or anything. We finished off with one of the best slices of cheesecake I've ever had. Incredibly smooth with the perfect cheesecake density, the perfect amount of chocolate chips inside, and a nice little crust that added that little bit of texture that is needed from the crust. Overall, quite a meal! To survive in a small town with these prices and those quality ingredientes and that unique of a menu design is very impressive. I will certainly be back.
