I really thought I would never be one to do this. But I have also NEVER had a company leave me in THIS much of a bind so I must. I did my homework and read several reviews of Muscle Movers. We scheduled them in advance: 3 guys for 3 hours included the truck etc... they even confirmed last night they would be here at 10am today. This morning at 9:21am I get a text asking if it's ok if they are an hour and a half late. I asked for their reasoning to make a decision even though we had friends/family scheduled to be there to help on time. They said they were running behind. Ok no problem get there when you can. ‍ 10:16am - they call me, the truck they are renting broke down and uhaul didn't have another one available. Closest was Irvine. I said okay did you try budget/Penske. Or possibly drive to Irvine and get the truck we needed to complete the scheduled job. It's not easy to reschedule a MOVE! I was on the phone confirming with uhaul no other trucks were available and my husband was already on his calling Penske. They had one available so we reserved it and off he went to pick it up. I messaged Muscle Movers asking if they were still able to come load/unload and NO response. Tried calling a few times and went right to voicemail. I have never in my life been ghosted. But I was today by this moving company! I could not even believe how much they left us hanging. Please do not use them. read more

I saw an ad on Facebook that really caught my attention. I was curious as to what his prices were, so I called about an inquiry. After a couple of rings I was warmly greeted by the man himself. We talked for about 10 mins ironing out details and finally planned a move that best fits my schedule. The day of my move, They were right on time, and even came prepared with face mask. The movers came heavily equipped with everything they might've needed, whether it was uninstalling my 70'' Tv on my wall, to taking apart my kids bunk beds. And the best part is that I didn't even have to ask them to wrap anything fragile or that scrapes easily! Highly impressed with this moving team! These guys are smart, fast, and incredibly efficient. They came well-equipped with high-quality tools, not just a basic dolly! and used everything to its fullest potential. Their teamwork was seamless, and they moved my entire home without damaging a single item. I did a local move through Muscle Movers and I'm very happy with the experience. They ended up coming with 3 movers rather than the 2 that I had booked, and did not charge me any additional. My items were very well taken care of, wrapped and padded and there was no damage to anything. I have a large treadmill that they were ultimately not able to fit into the new location; however they graciously tried their best to accommodate and take it apart as much as they could to try to get it in, and then subsequently had to put it back together so I could use it in the garage - I really appreciate the effort. Hired Muscle Movers to move my stuff out of a POD. First off I was a little anxious about getting the POD door open as my stuff had shifted and I couldn't open it. They knew exactly what to do and got the door open with no issues. They are hard working, attentive to being careful with my items, easy to communicate with and had really cool professional moving tools to move the heavy stuff with ease and being safe. They even took the time to put my refrigerator doors back on. Moving can be so stressful but with these guys they made it really easy and stress free. This moving company was by far the best deal that I could find in my area at $125/hr. I moved from a 10 x 20 storage unit in Rancho Mirage and moved into my new five bedroom fully furnished home in La Quinta. The three movers that I got had excellent personalities and were very professional but very down to earth. They were all in good shape and handled our items with care as if they were their own. Muscle Movers were so professional. On time neat worked fast, hard, and professional. They were able to move a piece of furniture that was oversized out of my house without damaging anything. When it was purchased and put in the house, Mathis Brothers Movers dinged my ceiling. I will be moving again within the year and I wouldn't call anybody else but Muscle Movers.
