Three of us stopped in for a late lunch. It is a very large place with lots of nice seating at tables, in booths and at the bar. The Caddyshack theme is everywhere! Burgers seemed to dominate the menu and we all had various burgers. They were above average. I also had the fries, which were done nicely and with some light seasoning as well. Pricing was reasonable. The full-service bar area looked like a great place to have a beverage and watch a sporting event. Service was pretty good, we were well looked after. Stopped by Murray Bros. Caddyshack and had a really fun time here. The place has a super laid-back vibe with all the Caddyshack movie references, which gives it a unique personality. It doesn't try too hard--just a chill spot where you can kick back and enjoy yourself. Food was solid. I went with a burger and some wings, and both came out fresh, hot, and packed with flavor. went to Caddyshack when they had entertainment. the place is on two tiers with a nice bar and is decorated with tons of Bill Murray and Caddyshack memorabilia. The food was a mixed bag with some nice ideas that would elevate it above standard bar food but the execution often lacked the necessary finesse. we stared with the buffalo broccoli which was a nice portion of deep fried broccoli smothered in a tangy and delicious buffalo sauce. unfortunately, the broccoli was so over fried that it was almost inedible. Their fish of the day was redfish (and it really was) so I had the blackened redfish sandwich with a side of coleslaw and my wife had a broiled redfish dinner. Each dish had a very generous portion of fish that was bit overcooked. Additionally my fish looked blackened but it had little flavor and no heat. My coleslaw was actually pretty good but my wife's buffalo cucumbers were less successful and should be avoided. Our friends had more traditional bar food as one had fish and chips which was a huge piece (two actually) of nicely fried cod and nicely cooked french fries. The other had a half pound burger and a humongous Wedge salad. while the salad was huge (dinner sized) and tasty the burger was flavorless and disappointing. The service was efficient but our young waiter showed no personality at all. The entertainment was very good and the crowd was into the songs--singing along on some and frequently dancing if the food was even a little better I would recommend Caddyshack. However, unless you want to go to a lively bar and don't care about the quality and taste of the food I think that you can find better options. read more

Been there a bunch of times and usually get the jambalaya or the Ruben. Jambalaya is on point. Ruben is also good but ask for extra sauce if you like a lot. Also could use a little more corned beef. We always eat at the bar and service has always been great as well. The place is obviously a golfer/movie theme with some cool artifacts and movie memorabilia. My 5 star rating is comparing it to similar priced and styled places which is how I do all my reviews. read more

It was 2 nice sized pieces of haddock in a light batter with crinkle fries. He said it was good. I had the poke bowl which was a nice portion size, but I wish the rice was seasoned and the cucumbers were cut thinner. It was good, but could have been so much better with some small changes. We stopped at the Renaissance and Caddy Shack was in walking distance. Always been wanting to stop in here. Typical pub feel. Pretty busy for a Sunday. Wondering if all these folks are staying in our hotel. All kinds of Murray stuff in the walls. We still got a seat right away and our server Ellie was so nice. She took good care of us. I was here about 10 years ago, and it was good. Very disappointing experience recently however. Although the waitress Kim was great, the food was mediocre at best. The men's and ladies bathrooms were dirty and needed a lot of attention. I can't imagine Bill Murray would have approved. If the bathrooms were bad, I don't want to know what the kitchen was like. Definitely comfort food and it was enjoyable. Service was quick and accommodating, the Ambiance was nothing less than a Caddyshack Fans Mecca. Stopped here intentionally on our way up to Hilton Head. Hitting this and Buckeees at the same area was spectacular. The moment you pull up to the restaurant you'll think it's cheesy with the golf ball and gator. But then you realize it's on a real golf course. When you enter you're engulfed by Bill Murray memorabilia, mostly and expectedly, Caddyshack. What a fun, out of the way spot! I've lived in the area for a few years, and this was my first visit to Caddyshack. Food is pretty standard Pub food, with some very tasty "Gopher Holes" for dessert (kind of like beignets dipped in cinnamon sugar). Service by Connor E was efficient and friendly. Pricing at about $40 per person all-in was at the higher end, but that was because we got an appetizer, a meal, drinks, dessert and tip. Overall the value is quite reasonable. The environment is fun and themed with the original movie - there's also a wonderful sized lounge room for larger parties, and many outdoor tables in a covered area to protect from sun and rain. This restaurant is located within World Golf Village in St. AUGUSTINE. It has indoor, outdoor, and bar seating. We were quickly seated by our waiter, Connor. The restaurant has great theming and decorations inspired by the movie. The menu has plenty of appetizers, salads, sandwiches, burgers, entrees, and dessert. We started with the crispy, deep-fried mashed potato balls. They were accompanied by a tasty horseradish sauce. I ordered the smokehouse BBQ burger with cheddar cheese and an onion ring on it. It was really good. My husband had the pastrami sandwich. For dessert we had the gopher balls, which were sugary fried donut hole, and they were delicious. I have been wanting to visit Caddyshack ever since I first saw the sign along I-95 after moving to Florida more than an decade ago, since I was camping in the area I took advantage of the opportunity. We arrived just after their opening at 11:30 AM, after being greeted by a few members of the staff at the hostess station we decided to go directly to "The Shed" to maybe grab a few souvenirs, the selection is pretty small I was really expecting to have a pro shop type experience so it was a little disappointing once I entered the small space. After that we decide to grab a few seats at the bar, by this time a few more customer were seated in the country club like setting ordering drinks and food - we were greeted by Kim who was tending bar she was very nice and brought a few menus over and took our drink orders (spicy Bloody Mary and a Mimosa) both arrived quickly and met out expectations especially when we cashed out for under $16 excluding the tip. We decided to pass on food so I can't speak of it, it's a very nostalgic venue especially knowing the history and a fan of the original movie. Took visiting family to Caddyshack last week. We are all fans of the Murray Bros. films and were interested in trying out the restaurant. We were not disappointed. The memorabilia alone was worth the drive. So many photos, props and nods to Caddyshack and so many other Murray Bros. films filled the walls. Very cool space. Service was ok considering the place was busy due to it being a weekend night. Had the jambalaya. It was good, however could have used just a bit more in the way of salt and spices. I ate one and felt it was decent! Another in our party ordered the fish and chips (and has been searching for "English " fish and chips. Overall Great experience. Staff was friendly and on point. Food was great, exceeding. already high expextations, given the location. I had a burger and fries. The burger was cooked perfect and the crinkle cut fries were crispy and tender. We shared the onion rings and as an onion ring connoisseur can say that they weren't my favorite. The onions were a bit thick for my taste and the breading to onion ratio was off...as in too much onion and not enough breading. The breading also didn't seem very seasoned. The fish and chips were just right - fish was done perfectly with a nice crust and a very tasty tartar sauce to go with it. It has been years since our last visit here. The quality has dropped down beyond repair. The portion sizes were so small. They did not even fill our 4 year old niece who was with us. The service was horrific. They did not seat us for 30 minutes with over half the place empty. When we asked about that. They told us they will check with manager and never got back to us.
