Rope unicorn toy. 3 weeks later and she still hasn't torn it to shreds!

The West Seattle Mud Bay is small but the people are really kind and helpful. I also appreciate the price of small bully sticks. My dog chews one a few times per weeks and typically they are not cheap to acquire but Mud Bay sells them in a mini pack of 6.

PS: FAT CAT FISH has their own delivery truck which makes them more trustworthy as far as CDL's go for driving regulations.

I honestly love the atmosphere here! I was greeted at the door the second I walked in and when I asked for directions to cat food instead of just pointing I was escorted right to em, then given advice from an employee whom was also a pet owner on the treats she gives her cats.

Before buying kai the comfy cone from MUd bay. Poor guy and his DIY mommy. #ghetto #fabulous #paperbag #upcycled #itsrusticOK

    Review Highlights - Mud Bay

I've patronized both the West Seattle and downtown Mud Bay branches and have only good things to say about both.

Pros: Friendly staff that seems to really care about animals…read more Convenient location. Wide selection of decently priced products. Grooming and training services to cover pretty much anything you might need. Cons: Inventory seems to be shallow. It is hit or miss on if a given product will actually be on the shelf if you walk-in (Strongly suggest you buy online for in-store pickup if you need something specific to avoid a wasted trip.) Website is a mess for booking pet services and phone calls to book can take forever due to limited staff that seem to be very busy with all the pets. If you have a new fur baby or a wide range of product needs, this is well worth being you first West Seattle stop.

Dog harmed by groomer…read more I noticed my dog scooting and licking more than normal after a grooming appointment. After 3 vet visits, $400 in vet bills, and a week in a cone my dog is feeling better. According to the vet, there was razor burn and irritation caused by the grooming and the groomer did not express his anal glands. The groomer did not mention anything about this when I picked my dog up, otherwise I would have immediately put him in a cone to avoid further irritation. I will not be bringing my dog back to this location and caution others. I recommend pressing the groomer at pick up to disclose if there's anything to keep an eye on. It's been exhausting dealing with the impact of this grooming. My dog has been in significant pain and discomfort, which is awful to watch
