We have been using pet butler for about a month now and they are amazing. My husband and I are both very busy people and don't have to time to pick up pet waste as often as we should. It got to the point that we didn't have a single weekend free for a few months. Because of this the dog waste didn't get picked up from the yard at all during that time. When I went to sign up for Pet Butler I saw that there was a one time fee of $30, because there was so much waste I didn't think that was fair and requested a callback. When I explained the situation I fully expected to have them tell me that the fee would be larger, but no. They said $30 is all it is no matter what. We have them come once a week and the cost is only $104 for 2 dogs. They have consistently showed up and they it all. I have used Pet Butler for more than a year. Always on time and does a thorough job rain or shine.

Sometimes service don't come pick up poop. They say that we have aggressive dogs but we don't let our dogs out on the day that they come. I do not recommend them for consistency. The person that comes to service is nice but when she's not available, Pet Butler don't seem to send someone else or when they do, the person doesn't pick up poop. Petbutler is a solid service for all your doggy solids. They have had no problem showing up on the right day, they do their work effectively.
