I texted back saying what their email said and I need Wednesdays as Thursday is trash day and I don't want it in my garbage can for a week, stinking it up. They informed me Friday was the only day they serviced my area. They sent me the text below. I complained how they were misleading. My account was promptly canceled by them! Since this guy said i was selective in my messages, I added my responses that got me canceled. There was one more telling them to FO after they canceled me. I was pissed. This guy obviously doesn't read any of the awful reviews and it's nothing new. Do not use them!

Then Thursday I called and had claimed the person was 4 hours away and then Friday for our regularly scheduled service but never showed up again. I cancelled the account and went with another service. This isn't the first time this has happened. They are not able to keep staff which leads to terrible service. There are way better companies to try instead. When you call customer service it goes to a national line not a local one.

I like that all of their staff walk the dogs in the same manner with the same type of leash; my dog even picked up some better leash manners with them. The overnights are pricier than Rover, but worth it knowing they are so reliable. They schedule the same staff whenever possible. On their app you can leave little quirks about your dog. For example my German Shepherd likes to be chased in circles around the kitchen island, so I usually get a pic of him running away around the kitchen. I was really nervous to leave my big dog with leash aggression but he seems to have more fun when I'm gone than if I never left! Even had one time when my return flight was delayed and they were able to find a last min early morning walker (for a fee which was totally fair). I can't recommend Frolic enough and I am so happy my Rover sitter started working there! :-)
