Our dog and the cats were so well-loved and taken care of. I never worried for a minute about them. She shared some photos of our dog with us on his multiple daily walks and sleeping on the sofa. My aunt's cats were a nightmare - they had been traumatized by a cross country move only a month earlier and had horrible accidents in the house.
