We hired them to manage a 3.8 acre common area for an HOA where users were occasionally leaving a mess behind. They came up with a plan to install three dog waste stations, service them frequently, and come out once a quarter to walk the property and pick up anything that still ends up left on the ground. It's been night and day. It used to be one of the biggest complaints to the HOA, now it's beautiful silence. Much appreciation goes to the team at Pooper Trooper! Also, through all that's going on, communication has been great. In the rare event that the schedule or staffing changes, we're notified in a timely fashion. In the fall we contracted Pooper Troopers to service our HOA common space and couldn't be happier. The HOA has several greenbelts that are heavily used by our residents. Pooper Troopers installed four pet stations with weekly service to collect the waste and refill the bags. It has been a huge hit with the community, receiving a lot of praise at our last annual meeting. Yeah so they are going to be naysayers and people who dont own dogs who dont get how wonderful this service is. I have two malamutes who drop 'presents' at least twice a day. We have a decent sized yard they run around in and for the most part use well. But the last thing I want to do is go pick up 3-5lbs of dog poop a week in my yard regardless of the weather. Hands down, the best money I've ever spent. We have two dogs, and especially at this time of year when it's disgusting and rainy out, we forget to check the back yard on a regular basis. Well, let's see... I have 4 large breed dogs. They have 3/4 of an acre of grass on which to play and poop. They each poop probably 2 times each day. With each poop weighing at least a pound, that's 8 lbs of poop per day. Wait one week and you're hurting your back trying to lift the bucket you put it in. Yeah, I'd say having Pooper Trooper out is a good deal! They come out, they're wearing uniforms, for heaven's sake! They walk a grid pattern to locate and exterminate each of my dogs' piles. While they're walking back and forth diligently seeking the stink-mines in the grass, the take the time to throw a ball or stick or rope toy for my insessantly toy-driven pups who will NOT leave the poor Pooper Trooper alone the entire time they are working. I mean, they clean up the smellers AND they exercise my pups! Does it get any better than that??? Yeah, I like Pooper Trooper. I LOVE Pooper Trooper!
