Recently, set free into retirement but this will be the last expense I will cut !! I've lost track but these guys having been taking care of my sh1t for over 20 years. Highly recommended read more

Pooper Troopers have been coming to our house for a few years now and I honestly can't think of what life was like before them. Well, yes, I can. It was picking up poo in the rain and being very annoyed that I hadn't heard of Pooper Troopers yet. We love them! Ferguson and Pistachio approved. read more

I have used Pooper Trooper for 6+ years. They do an awesome job and clean areas of the yard I can't get to due to a bad leg. The staff both in the office and in the field are friendly and always helpful. read more

I have been a customer for years. They are swell humans who care about the planet, the canines, and their customers. They also give their employees snow days and holidays off. They are highly communicative and always, always, always close my gate :) read more

I have used Pooper Trooper for many years. They are a great group to work with! Their cleaners are very thorough, even checking around bushes and up along the fence line (places I could never get to). My doxies love to run out when my Trooper is here to give her kisses. I highly recommend using Pooper Trooper especially if you have more than one dog. read more

Pooper Troopers are an amazing group of people and they are always reliable. Nicki, Paula and the team are so plesant and thoughtful. I have been a customer for several years and can't recommend them enough. Great service and pricing. read more

Such a great service and the people are even better! Their work is very good and their communication is top notch. We are on a regular weekly schedule and are always told ahead of time if there are any changes. We could not be happier! read more

I am so pleased to know that picking up after my dog is taken care of, without me! My Maltipoo has to bark at them every time but he knows they are ok and have treats. The ladies are always friendly and not just to the dog but cats also. Thank you for being a service I can rely on to do the job consistently! read more

I've been using Pooper Trooper for many years now. I've always had big dogs -- Malamute, Husky, GSD. And they leave a lot out in the backyard. The Troopers do a great job finding it all and picking it up. They are very nice to our dogs when the dogs are out there at the same time and they are very nice folk. read more

We have been using Pooper Trooper for several years now and have always been impressed. Great service and price!

They are fantastic! They do a thorough job, and the scoopers are nice and courteous. Yes, I could do the scooping myself, but I'm so busy, so it's amazing to come out to a clean yard after a long day of work. Pricing is great, totally worth it!! Communication is amazing, Nikki is great! read more

Great service and a clean yard! ALWAYS on time and ALWAYS a perfect job. Saves me time and my back...

We're about 10 weeks in to using Pooper Trooper for dog poop cleanup and couldn't be happier. They come weekly (with the only exception being the recent snow storm), always arrive within the same ~20-30 minute window, text me when they are on their way, and my dogs like them. They spend ~30-40 minutes/week cleaning our back yard and do a great job cleaning up after our two German Shepherd mixes. Highly recommended. read more

The team at Pooper Trooper has delivered high quality services during the 8 months that I've been using them. First and foremost, they do a great job. Aside from that, the team brings a lot of professionalism to their work, especially communication. They are great at communicating when they will be late, challenged to service (e.g. ice on roads), and even when the vehicle that they will use is different that I'm used to seeing. They go out of their way to ensure a good customer experience. I cannot recommend them highly enough! read more

Fantastic team! These folks are reliable, consistent and do wonderful work. It was such a relief knowing our yard was tidy (and we weren't going to have a kid or guest stepping in the muck). Don't hesitate - reach out to book as they do run out of availability! read more

We hired them to manage a 3.8 acre common area for an HOA where users were occasionally leaving a mess behind. They came up with a plan to install three dog waste stations, service them frequently, and come out once a quarter to walk the property and pick up anything that still ends up left on the ground. It's been night and day. It used to be one of the biggest complaints to the HOA, now it's beautiful silence. Much appreciation goes to the team at Pooper Trooper! Also, through all that's going on, communication has been great. In the rare event that the schedule or staffing changes, we're notified in a timely fashion. In cases where we need to purchase more bags, they let us know. It's an easy decision to renew. No longer do we see the mess, bagged or unbagged. Now there's no excuse of "I'll get it on my way home", or "I forgot my bag". Now it's too easy to the do the right thing. Thank you Pooper Trooper! read more

I love Pooper Troopers! It was a life changer! With two large dogs in the backyard there were doggy landminds everywhere! Nobody wants to go pick up poo in the pouring rain but these saints do! They deserve an award, a standing ovation, and my highest praise! Love you guys!!! :) read more

Great customer service, and here on time every time. No complaints at all. Good people to work with and small local business. Can't beat that! read more

great service, accommodating, flexible, helpful, thorough. We have been pleased with this service for years now. I thought I could do it myself, but with travel and weather, health issues, etc., I realize what a great service this has become. Thanks for consistently doing a good job. read more

I've been using Pooper Troopers for at least four years. This is a wonderful service, they always arrive when they say they will come, unless there's snow on the ground! Can't find poopy under the snow. I'm so grateful for their service and highly recommend them. read more

Waste of money. Not only over priced but we ended up cleaning up bags of poop after they were left...despite feedback, seen no improvement.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Nicki and Bill in a variety of senses, and only one of them is poopy :) They are kind, considerate, professional and serious about the business of poo! I love the enthusiasm with which they greet such an icky task. They are very fair and very affordable, and let me tell you, in a house with 2 dachshunds (with poop so tiny it might be totally missed all together) and one great dane (wth poop so big, well, I don't need to go into detail...) it sure is nice to know that there is Pooper Trooper! And unlike the questionable fellows who pick up your trash and recycling, Nicki, Bill and their crew are always friendly and uniformed, they arrive in their company trucks, and make light of some dirty work, and they know how to interact with dogs that might not be so keen on having an invader in the back yard. Two stars and 4 paws up for Pooper Trooper!!! read more

Been using Pooper Trooper for probably about 5 years now (maybe more lol) incredible service and everyone who has come out has been so nice. Highly recommend! read more

In the fall we contracted Pooper Troopers to service our HOA common space and couldn't be happier. The HOA has several greenbelts that are heavily used by our residents. Pooper Troopers installed four pet stations with weekly service to collect the waste and refill the bags. It has been a huge hit with the community, receiving a lot of praise at our last annual meeting. No more poop on the trails and sidewalks, no more poop bags thrown into the woods (why do people do that?). I highly recommend this company for HOA's looking to solve pet waste problems. We have used Pooper Trooper for 11 years and LOVE them. They have served us at 3 homes. Nikki is a top rate professional and a delight to work with. Her communication is out standing when they have had to adjust a schedule due to a storm. What I really love is their team of workers to come and pick up the poop. Paula has worked there for years and everytime I see her it is a better day. They are professional, honest and do a fantastic job. One time one them even climbed over our gate when it closed by mistake and locked him in. LOL. It is worth every dollar to have a clean yard and I just love the people in Pooper Trooper. read more

The Pooper Trooper's are FABULOUS. If it was not for them I am certain I would never have a yard anyone would want to visit. They are totally reliable, efficient and have spectacular customer service. They make my yard not only a nice place to be but also a safer and cleaner place for both animals and people alike. It is a small independent business which, for me, is a very important thing to support in our community. I highly recommend their services. read more

Yeah so they are going to be naysayers and people who dont own dogs who dont get how wonderful this service is. I have two malamutes who drop 'presents' at least twice a day. We have a decent sized yard they run around in and for the most part use well. But the last thing I want to do is go pick up 3-5lbs of dog poop a week in my yard regardless of the weather. I do it on every walk as it is. Its literally a joy to see the white truck roll up and the dogs get on so well with everybody who works on the team. Bill and Nikki who run the show are great. They make payments easy over paypal and very accommodating with moving up or down the schedule. I would whole heartedly recommend this service. read more

Pooper Trooper has been picking up after our dogs for over a decade! I just realized this and figured I'm remiss in not having left them a review. This is a very well run business, they are excellent at communicating and do a very good job keeping the yard clean. They have followed us to three different houses throughout the Puget Sound and have done a great job of responding to the few minor issues we've had (I can count on one hand the number of small issues we've had in more than ten years, which is a huge feat!) So very worth the money. read more

This service is wonderful. My lawn is clean. My dogs love to see their poop-friends twice a week. The company is aggressive with communication regarding service (even notifying us that schedules may be impacted by the viaduct closure). The billing is always correct and completely electronic. I'll be honest, I signed up because the name is funny, I stayed because the service is top-notch. read more

Pooper Trooper takes care of something none of us really likes to do...pick up our dog's doo! Their professionalism, outstanding customer service and love for animals really shines through in everything they do for their clients. Really, a top notch company! read more

Kindness and a genuine sense of caring count for a lot in my book when it comes to dealing with any business. Nicki and Bill (the owners), are just about two of the most warm-hearted people you will ever meet. Plus they have the most darling Dalmation puppy named Branimir. But don't get them wrong- they take their business very seriously and are extremely professional, diligent, and most importantly- fair. They really aim to please and go out of their way to satisfy their customers. All of the dogs and people in the Puget Sound area should thank them for keeping our Emerald City (and beyond!) doggy-waste free! read more

I was a client of Pooper Trooper's for nearly 3 years - this was my yearly "gift to myself" on my birthday. I've now moved away from the area, and miss them! They are, quite simply, a wonderful service for the busy dog-owner. Nicole and her wonderful crew were always respectful of my home, diligent in getting the job done and professional. In fact, Friday mornings was a highlight of my dog's week - the weekly visit from Paula, Nicole or someone else from the Pooper Trooper staff. These guys are good at what they do, but they also love dogs - and it shows. Highly recommended! read more

Hands down, the best money I've ever spent. We have two dogs, and especially at this time of year when it's disgusting and rainy out, we forget to check the back yard on a regular basis. There's nothing worse than your dog coming in and tracking poop all over the floors and onto the couch! Every Monday, they show up and the yard goes from doggie land mines to sparkling clean. I couldn't get poop off the grass like they do, even when I had my own scooper! HIGHLY recommend! read more

We've used Pooper Troopers for years and absolutely love them! Everyone is so very friendly. If you prepay for the year you get a 15% discount - check them out, it's more affordable than you think! read more

Been with Pooper Trooper for 4 years now and I can't imagine ever leaving. I love having this service year round. My dogs get so excited when the truck pulls up out front they go running to the back yard for their treats and loves from their Trooper. read more

I highly recommend Pooper Trooper! Everyone I spoke to was super nice and helpful. They even send a very sweet card when one of our dogs passed away. This service is awesome for anyone who doesn't like this particular chore, or has more than 1 dog. Very affordable too! read more

Well, let's see... I have 4 large breed dogs. They have 3/4 of an acre of grass on which to play and poop. They each poop probably 2 times each day. With each poop weighing at least a pound, that's 8 lbs of poop per day. Wait one week and you're hurting your back trying to lift the bucket you put it in. Yeah, I'd say having Pooper Trooper out is a good deal! They come out, they're wearing uniforms, for heaven's sake! They walk a grid pattern to locate and exterminate each of my dogs' piles. While they're walking back and forth diligently seeking the stink-mines in the grass, the take the time to throw a ball or stick or rope toy for my insessantly toy-driven pups who will NOT leave the poor Pooper Trooper alone the entire time they are working. I mean, they clean up the smellers AND they exercise my pups! Does it get any better than that??? Yeah, I like Pooper Trooper. I LOVE Pooper Trooper! They can come out and Troop all over our Poop anytime they want! It's a great service and they're extremely nice people to boot! Just the way I like it! David Bishop read more

Five stars means "Wooohoo! As good as it gets!" and that accurately describes this service. This company does such a great job so consistently it's an actual rarity in the world. My dogs love it when those Troopers show up although I would say we're pretty much as excited as they are to see them! I really can't recommend them highly enough. I hardly ever write reviews but if anyone deserves five stars, it's these folks. read more
