The staff has always and I mean, always the best. Everyone is always friendly and so helpful. The Energy logs are used in our wood stove to keep our family room downstairs nice and toasty. I think this is an absolute winning combination to have friendly staff, excellent customer service, price and availability.

But the BEST part - my girl LOVES it. We have used chicken, pork, and beef - all of which she loves. I have a large breed dog and requested of the owner if he could make it in bigger pieces so it would last thru a whole go-over and leave me with 5 fingers still on my hand. He already had a solution in place and prepared an order for us in the meat of our choice. Came in the mail a few days later and it is a huge hit!! My girl has never stood so well for a judge to go over her! Ordering more so we have enough to finish out the year. Excellent product - pure, no additives, and yummy (my dog told me that part)!

First time visited this spot because of a friend's referral. Jackie did an amazing job with Lanbao!…read moreLanbao needed a summer cut because the weather is getting hotter, and I have failed to get to some spot when I tried to DIY. I haven't brought him for professional grooming for 5 years now. However, as Lanbao gets older (he is 11 years old this year), it's harder to do the grooming myself. Lanbao got a bit of old man attitude :) Jackie was so kind and detailing how she will make sure Lanbao gets breaks during the grooming. Lanbao is sensitive with his paws and his face being trimmed. I wasn't expecting she would have a success trimming it. However, Jackie got to it so well! Lanbao is a happy old man going into summer! If you are concerned about taking your best friend for grooming, highly recommend this spot!

I really had high hopes for this place. Good location, nice website and even puppy practice…read moregrooming services. Unfortunately and sadly my experience was not good and I won't be returning. 3 hours is a long time for a 12 week old puppy first off to be at the grooming salon. In addition, when I picked him up, they just let him out of the backroom to roam, I had to ask where his collar and leash were, then she couldn't get the collar on, so I stepped in and put on his buckle collar. He was visibly stressed and overwhelmed. I asked if anyone had taken him out in the 3 hrs, no one knew. So I ran him out, he did both businesses. I went back in and asked another question while I paid about the service, again no one knew who did what. Cut wasn't too bad. Not the worst, not the best. I also asked if on the next one we could shorten the time and services and they said no, so I am going to try somewhere else sadly.

Dog injured at this place during a hair cut. My dog has been acting sad since we picked her up…read more Turns out there is a swollen bump on her forehead with scab on it, probably due to cutting too deep or getting pulled too hard. The wound is still pretty fresh and sensitive to touch. Called to ask what happened but they just straight up claimed it didn't happen at their place, no apology or anything. I would have taken an apology, but they just brought out this "it's-your-words-against-mine-what-can-you-do" attitude. Stay away from this place. UPDATE: For full context, we dropped our dog at 9:00AM at the place and picked her up at 3:30PM, for a total of 6.5 hours. The owner is claiming that the wound does not look "fresh" enough to be caused by them. With a 6.5 hour window, I am not sure how "fresh" the wound have to be in order for the owner to start taking responsibilities. I know for a fact this happened at the business. We had a great experience with the lovely staff at Roscoe's Ranch these past couple of weeks…read more My partner and I flew to HI to visit family for a week and a half. We did a site tour ahead of time and got to view the indoor and outdoor facilities. They provide clear instructions for getting to the ranch. I loved the ample space but a part of me was a bit nervous leaving our dog there (reminded me of the movie Homeward Bound lol). Fortunately, the staff were very communicative before and during our dog's stay. They made sure we turned in all of the required health information and sent regular "pupdates" (updates) through email with photos. They were always really friendly and welcoming to us and our pup. When we picked our dog up, they gave us an envelope with a receipt and the papers that they kept very detailed records on. Their staff does a visual check of your pet each day, notes if they had any digestive issues, etc. I would highly recommend checking Roscoe's Ranch out!
