In addition, when I picked him up, they just let him out of the backroom to roam, I had to ask where his collar and leash were, then she couldn't get the collar on, so I stepped in and put on his buckle collar. He was visibly stressed and overwhelmed. I asked if anyone had taken him out in the 3 hrs, no one knew. So I ran him out, he did both businesses. I went back in and asked another question while I paid about the service, again no one knew who did what. Cut wasn't too bad. Not the worst, not the best. I also asked if on the next one we could shorten the time and services and they said no, so I am going to try somewhere else sadly.

The wound is still pretty fresh and sensitive to touch. Called to ask what happened but they just straight up claimed it didn't happen at their place, no apology or anything. I would have taken an apology, but they just brought out this "it's-your-words-against-mine-what-can-you-do" attitude. Stay away from this place. UPDATE: For full context, we dropped our dog at 9:00AM at the place and picked her up at 3:30PM, for a total of 6.5 hours. The owner is claiming that the wound does not look "fresh" enough to be caused by them. With a 6.5 hour window, I am not sure how "fresh" the wound have to be in order for the owner to start taking responsibilities. I know for a fact this happened at the business. What I loved about Suds is that there's no crate time. They start working on your dog as soon as you drop them off, and you can pick them up about two hours later when they're finished. Our experience was wonderful. Honestly, I was much more nervous than my dog was! The staff were very accommodating and reassured me that they would take things slowly with him. He was quite nervous during the grooming, but they were so patient and caring, and they did an excellent job. I had noticed some older reviews from about two years ago mentioning nips and cuts, which made me a little hesitant. However, our experience was completely different, and I'm so glad we gave them a try. The pricing is a little on the higher side, but I do think you're paying for a more premium, personalized experience. For us, it's absolutely worth it. We'll definitely be coming back, even with the 45-minute drive!

The cost for the service is very reasonable when compared to others. The self wash offers the best self wash experience I've had by a mile. It's not always a perfect experience. I also have found that groomers come and go a lot but that's true at many places. I wish they were closer but that's my biggest complaint.

I'm so glad Paradise Pet Lodge (PPL) was able to accommodate me and my dog, Simon! The campus is fantastic! Definitely gives camping lodge outdoors vibes. Reminded me of something you'd see near a national park like Yellowstone or Yosemite. The staff was kind enough to give me a tour of the facility before boarding my dog there. They have a variety of kennels that are well kept and a comfortable size for most dogs. The building was incredibly clean and I even saw people actively cleaning during my tour. Their outdoor trail area is stunning! Perfect for dog walks. I got one of their packages for my dog, the snacks and snuggles. It includes 3 walks, snacks, and snuggles; as advertised. This was the best package for my dog and was a great fit! They have many amenities to choose from. The price couldn't be better! Very reasonable for the level of care provided.
