In one of the recent photos attached you can see he is well past-due since we typically trim him at home only taking him in if absolutely needed/when his grandpawrents offer. We dropped him off around 1pm and he was done close to 6:30pm. Poor thing has high anxiety so to say the least, he was not happy when we took him home haha. Disclaimer - we give him lots of treats and love. They were short a staff member who called out that day so rather than cancelling on clients, they split the dogs amongst the ladies working and you could tell they'd were strained but still treated the dogs kindly. Cheryl groomed Kona that day and we got a kick out of her bc she doesn't sugar coat - Kona was "not good" that day as he can be very dramatic and wiggly. She was stern in a nice way towards him but you can tell she is also a perfectionist so he turned out quite round and floofy - which we loved. His coat was growing out by the next week as expected. I'd recommend taking a look a the nearby shops while waiting as there are plenty of them.

However, multiple times now the grooming service has taken 5+ hours. The last time, we dropped our pup off at 12:40PM for a 1:00PM appointment for him not to be done until 6:00PM when Pawbillion closes. Not only did our pup take 5 hours to be groomed, but the result was poor. His head barely looked like it got worked on and his paws look like horse hooves with how they cut in between the paw pads. It is unfortunate because we have liked going and found the staff to be great to both customers and dogs. Seeing 10+ dogs leave the groomer before ours even got worked on means that our dog was sitting in a pen for at least three hours before he was attended to. And yes, we were sitting in the parking lot for 2 hours thinking our pup would be done around the 4PM timeframe (3+ hours, a more common time for a grooming) so we saw exactly how many other dogs got groomed before hours while ours just sat in a pen... If you book a customer for a 1PM appointment, then don't overbook which makes dogs just sit there. Very disappointing.

The technician was great - listened as I shared some history, gave clear info about the process, and let me know she'd be in touch with any issues. I got a "15 minute heads up" text and then a "ready" text and WOW did my girl look AMAZING! She looked terrific and happy, not at all stressed. I'll definitely be back!

But after monitoring hours on Google/yelp and looking to bring our dog for a bath, we have once again arrived at the location when hours have indicated they were open (this Wednesday) at 10 AM and they were closed. We waited until 10:30 in the event someone was delayed to arrive. There was no sign on the door. There was no education as to why this was happening and we were beyond frustrated. This has happened multiple times. We are traveling from Snohomish to drive to Redmond to get our dog washed at this location regretfully we have to now look for other spots. :(

The waiting line can be long at times but there is a little space under the eaves when its raining. They have multiple bays and can wash many dogs quite quickly. There are two prices, one for 8 minutes and one for 12 minutes. I usually get one our dogs washed and dried under 8 minutes. All soap and rinse is from the same hose with no need to stop. The bonus is they have an herbal soap that keeps the dogs smelling great for days.

My dog can be mighty and unpredictable and even aggressive and somehow or other, they are able to give him an experience that he is enthusiastic to come back to again and again They are able to accommodate my desire for the longer fur in the cold and wet months and then a shorter coat for summer. I'm from Los Angeles where it's hard to find groomers who are still willing to work on cats, but best friends has a cat groomer that comes multiple times a week and they have been really great with my older also somewhat aggressive cat getting and keeping him Matt free without a full body, shave in his senior years as he grooms himself less often. She was very polite and honest with what could be done and not. I had trimmed her face earlier and boss lady wasn't any about telling me that I messed up lol. ("Why did you trim her body if you knew she was coming here!") I personally appreciate her forwardness, feels like home I hadn't had good luck with other groomers in the past. Yorkies can be hard to trim and shape due to their silky hair so I was very skeptical. I kept telling boss lady that I want her to look very cute. When I got her.... VERY cute. Everything was very even and she trimmers her ear and paws very clean. I'll be coming here regularly now.
