It got to the point that we didn't have a single weekend free for a few months. Because of this the dog waste didn't get picked up from the yard at all during that time. When I went to sign up for Pet Butler I saw that there was a one time fee of $30, because there was so much waste I didn't think that was fair and requested a callback. When I explained the situation I fully expected to have them tell me that the fee would be larger, but no. They said $30 is all it is no matter what. We have them come once a week and the cost is only $104 for 2 dogs. They have consistently showed up and they it all.
