It can be a gamble when giving someone access to your home. Asking that person to take care of your family (pets) brings it up a notch. Carrie immediately won my parents over (not an easy feat) with her bubbly personality and clear passion for animals. We use Carrie's services when my parents travel. I am the go-to overnight pet-sitter for them but due to my long, unpredictable work hours, Carrie will come over 1-2 times daily to walk and feed Sadie. Carrie does not charge extra when my dog Bentley is there and takes him along on walks. Each visit Carrie leaves an adorable note on the counter with a recap. My parents dog (Sadie) is extremely fearful due to an abusive past owner. Carrie has won her over with patience and treats. This note is one of my favorites from Carrie: Sadie did excellent on our walks!! She and Bentley were so happy to see me each time I came. In fact, they never even barked at me (Not even on my first visit). We had a few beautiful sunny days which the dogs loved. Twice we went to the park. It was such a pleasure walking Sadie (and Bentley). The three of us became good pals. She is a great dog! What stood out most was how thoughtful and thorough they are. They do not just let any dog go to anyone. They ask questions, learn about your lifestyle, family, and living situation, and help make sure it is the right fit for both the dog and the adopter. They truly want every dog to find a forever home. I originally came in to meet a specific dog, but Sarah and Eliz helped me think through whether that dog was really the best fit for me, my family, and the dog. Their honesty and care meant so much. Sarah, one of the volunteers, spent over three hours helping people, answering questions, supporting the animals, and making thoughtful matches. She helped match me with the perfect dog for my family, and I am so thankful for her time and patience. Eliz, who runs the rescue, clearly pours her heart into these animals and advocates hard for every one of them. After visiting in person, I have an even deeper respect for rescue work. The volunteers give their weekends, time, and energy to help animals who need someone to fight for them. I will absolutely continue supporting Forever Home Dog Rescue and encouraging others to rescue instead of shop. Especially from this rescue.

She is very reliable and will give me as many or few updates as I want when I am gone. At first I wanted to be in constant contact contact. I am now more relaxed. My dog is very glad to see me get home, but is so spoiled by Christine that he misses the extra play ( fetch) time and attention she gives him and I get too busy to do at times. She saw a pet care market that was struggling--especially for people with multiple animals--and she completely reimagined what great care should look like. To this day Aubrey and team still look after my four tuxedo boys, and I can honestly say I never worry when I'm away. Their communication is top-tier: thoughtful updates, proactive check-ins, and zero hesitation when it comes to answering questions (even the ridiculous ones). They always makes you feel informed, included, and completely comfortable. Rex and Roxy rates are incredibly reasonable--especially for multiple pets--and the level of service far exceeds what you'd expect at that price point. But beyond logistics, it's the connection that matters most. Aubrey truly cares about your pets and your home. Somehow, she's made it feel normal--and even comforting--to have someone in your house while you're gone, which is kind of wild in today's world. Even better, her team is equally wonderful. Anders completely disregarded all of these instructions. He purposely let both of our dogs loose together in the living room. He also lied to us and charged us for one hour of dog walking, 20 minutes for each dog. Instead he walked both dogs together, we had specifically told him he needs to walk both dogs separately, and he was in and out in 30 minutes. Do not trust these people with your pets. They clearly do not care about their safety and will not follow your care instructions.

Carol was able to make a home visit within a day or two of inquiry, which was amazing. We discussed our cat's history and current condition, and she did a physical/wellness exam. Next up was the claw trim..,success!! With a bit of determination from cat to parents to vet, I suppose. We paid $230 which was a reasonable amount for the services, expertise and convenience provided.

I never made any political statement, racial comment, insult, or personal attack. Nor would I ever. I did absolutely nothing that could justify the accusations you have now publicly made about me. Your response appears to be an attempt to discredit me and put me on the defensive, rather than address the misconduct, or the harm, which is consistent with your previous unethical mistreatment of us. I came to your clinic as a new client seeking only routine care for my dog: preventatives and a fecal exam. From the moment Dr. Mohamed entered the room, she was abrupt, hostile, and repeatedly stated that she "did not understand" why I was there, despite my calmly explaining multiple times exactly what I needed. Then, without warning, without first trying to make my dog comfortable, and without any introduction to my dog whatsoever, Dr. Mohamed forcefully inserted the otoscope into my dog's ear hard enough that my dog yelped loudly in pain. I had never heard my dog cry out like that before. We had been to other vets before who checked her ears using this tool, without any issue. I witnessed how unfriendly and roughly she treated my very sweet submissive dog. What shocked me most was that Dr. Mohamed did not react at all. She did not stop, apologize, acknowledge my dog's pain, or show any concern whatsoever. Again, as my previous review which you replied to stated- to this day my pup will no longer let a vet touch her ears. Dr. Mohamed's handling of my dog fell far below an acceptable standard of care, and directly caused lasting trauma. Your response to hearing this report is once again shockingly unconcerned, and dismissive. No vet should ever roughly handle and harm a dog because they are for whatever reason bothered by the human. That behavior is entirely unethical and unacceptable. Again, as stated previously to which you responded- we have no idea what prompted this behavior on her part and that is really the most baffling component here. Because we are friendly, reasonable and professional people. I work in customer service. I was excited to meet what I thought would be our new vet! I was polite and respectful from the jump. NOTHING in my behavior was even remotely close to what you describe, even AFTER she harmed my baby. I did not yell or get aggressive. I simply asked immediately to end the interaction and speak to the manager. My only possible guess was that my shirt had an American Flag on it, and this was some kind of politically motivated retaliation. I cannot confirm this, but have no other explanation for what was seemingly a very personal attack from a total stranger. Again, I immediately told Dr. Mohamed in a calm manner that I was ending the appointment and requested to speak with the clinic manager. At that point, Dr. Mohamed abruptly changed her tone, apologized, and asked if I wanted to continue with the appointment after all. I declined and again requested to speak with a manager. Dr. Mohamed then left the room. I remained there for more than twenty minutes waiting to speak with someone. No one came. No one checked on me. No one asked what had happened. After waiting, I finally went to the front desk myself, at which point I was told to leave without ever being given the opportunity to explain my side of the situation. I was left in tears. The only person who showed any kindness or professionalism was a member of your front desk staff, who came to me in the parking lot w/ tissues and apologized. Her practiced manner in this strongly suggested that this type of incident is not unusual there. You have now publicly accused me of being "abrasive, rude, racist, and abusive." Those statements are false. I unequivocally deny them. I will not allow false accusations to be used to deflect from what occurred. I will not accept being falsely maligned in order to protect your staff from criticism. I stand fully by my account of what occurred. I did absolutely ZERO to deserve the way Dr Mohamed treated me or my dog. In fact, there exists no possible justification for the rough way she was handled, nor the lasting pain Dr Mohamed's misconduct caused. Both of these are points which you have, yet again, completely neglected to address. I further object to your implication that, because I posted this review years later, my experience is somehow less valid. It took me years to feel removed enough to seek any justice here. As clinic manager it's your duty to ensure correct conduct by staff. You never even gave me an audience, and conducted no investigation. You neglected your duties, and as a result have not obtained the truth. I am formally demanding that you retract the false statements you made about my conduct within 14 days. If you do not, be aware that I am preserving your response and all related communications for further action.
