We've been working with Erica for almost a year now, and our dog walking experience has been spectacular. She's transparent, reliable, professional, communicative, and trustworthy. Our pug, Killah is a senior gal (she sometimes has accidents, and her back legs don't work as well as they used to), but Erica always takes excellent care of her. Also, she takes the best pictures, and the gives most detailed status reports I've ever seen from a dog walker. Like paragraphs long (jk). I feel like we were there on the walk with them with the level of detail she provides her in her reports! We don't know what we would do without her. She is that person you meet as know instantly that she genuinely LOVES dogs. She has not only provided hours of entertainment for them during standard doggy daycare dates while I'm at work, but she just kept my pups for a week at her house while I was away-- and WOW. She goes above and beyond just boarding dogs! She sends daily text/pic updates, returned them to my house before our flight arrived at night (so we wouldn't have to go a night without them upon return), she lifted blinds, brought a package in, etc. I cannot say enough about what a wonderful dogsitter AND person she is.
