We do not know what happened while she was in their care, but her changed behavior strongly suggests a traumatic incident occurred during her last stay. Before this, we had used them many times in the last year without any issues. Our last experience, however, was unacceptable. Her change in behavior is heartbreaking and our trust in this facility is completely broken. I wish we had paid closer attention to the red flags other customers have noted in reviews, such as injuries and a lack of accountability from management. Like other reviewers, we now believe this facility's quality of care has seriously degraded since July 2025. Do not be fooled by past positive experiences or the assumption that your pet will be fine. I cannot in good conscience recommend Tails-A-Waggin Dog & Cat Inn to anyone. Please consider a different facility for your pet's safety and well-being.
